Three people working and only one running the register! There was your people in line. When I just put my stuff down (one coffee) and left they said “they get paid hourly!” And they had a half naked man waking around the store!

It is a very complete store, is big, with many lines of shelves all of them replenished and polite employees, it is good visiting the store, because we can find many articles that we need!

I gave an extra star because the clerk who greeted me and rang up my items was attentive and friendly but otherwise.. this was the roughest dollar general I've ever been to. Boxes and product all over the floors in an already claustrophobic store with aisles you can barely fit the cart through much less multiple people/carts. It felt old and outdated.. small with a very little to choose from.

I always find great deals. You never know what to expect!Sometimes some employees are just downright rude to each other and customers! Their organization could also be a lot better. There's usually random boxes in isles or whole carts full of stuff needing to be restocked.So mixed feelings. Will keep going. it's close to home, but maybe they need more employees or a better system.

Been there 2x in 3 months. Both times they didn't have what I needed. This time I came for sanitizer. Last time I came for a detangler, they only had some for children when I went.

This was my favorite Dollar General up until today. I live in Palm Springs and ran some errands in Banning & Beamount planning ahead to stop there on my way home and did so. Skipped using the restroom at Walmart saying to myself I will do so at the Dollar General. When I arrived, their customer restroom was out of order. I asked the cashier first if I could use the one labeled "Employees Only", and she said no. I then went to the manager rand received the same answer. It was at this point I walked out and on my way, called the number posted on the door and spoke with Michael whom I assume is an area manager and explained the situation to him. He was very nice, but even still, Dollar General is now off my shopping list, and it would appear I'll be taking more of my money to Amazon. Don't really want to, but feel Dollar General has left me no choice.

This place was a pleasure. After a long trip on the road I came in for a resupply. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Sandy. She directed me to the aisle. What a warm smile and helpful. Thanks for making my trip a pleasant.

Customer service needs improvement. I have been told I can't bring my large purse in the store. So next time I went I bought my smaller purse and was told the same thing. Now I can understand not allowing backpacks, but not allowing a woman to bring in her purse is not not normal and I have never been to another store that does that.

Awful, and I do mean AWFUL customer service on behalf of the store manager as well as a few other main full time employees!!! On more than one occasion at tht, so much so that it has become the only thing to be consistently expected from this specific store at this location. And in fact the down right unprofessional attitudes as well as actions taken by the employees at not only this location but in fact also occurring at the dollar general store's banning location as well should be cause for major concern in terms of employees disrespectful and unprofessional behavior!

This store no matter what time of business hours I go. There is alway, always a wait to check out. I have been there with three associates working. Two talking in an aisle. One at the register and 6 people in line. I try and try to give them the benefit of a doubt. But no it does not get any better. Now I only go here if need be.

Racks and ladders left on isles, can't shop. You have to move racks yourself to shop certain isles. Always empty shelves, they run out of tortillas often. Other items too. People loitering outside front door sitting on chairs for sale. Not well managed, big opportunity for more sales. It needs to be organized and clean, huge opportunity in ordering and stocking.

Awesome store! amazing workers! Went in yesterday and there was line everybody decided to go shopping at once, but every worker in there kept a smile and worked as fast as possible! Love this store!!!

This store was very clean , organized and well kept. The service was good. Friendly and helpful. I liked this dollar general. Besides being in the area it was in it was a great store to shop in.

Great place to shop, finally in Cabazon. Staff is so nice and always double checks prices for me if it does not ring up the same price shown.. all we need now is maybe some fruit and vegetables and I'm happy.

Dollar store no, but they do have a dollar aisle at most of there locations. I like this place better then family dollar, and they do have more cheerful employees it seems then the other chain.

f you are traveling through to the desert, stop here for your snacks! There is a wide variety of items, and the prices are muchore reasonable than the convenience store/gas stations.

This place is a gem tucked off the freeway and it's the cleanest one I've been in worth the drive from Palm Springs to shop there.
