I wasn’t planning on buying anything I just went because my partner wanted to check it out. I ended up finding a jacket I liked but they didn’t have any in my size on display. We went up to the register and asked the associate/manager at the register if they had my size in the store. He was super helpful, he went to the back to look for it and was happy to do it. Although he was the manager he went himself to look for it. Great customer service. He was very friendly and making conversation with us. I was very impressed with this store. His name was Chris.

Roomy store and full of nice offerings from the brand. Plenty for the whole family. A few things on sale but not a bargain shop by any means. The entire outlet mall is nice and plenty of quality brands abound. Definitely recommend if you are into the Columbia brand. Has shoes, gloves, jackets, belts etc. Men and women and some kids and pet stuff. Staff are super friendly and helpful.

Excellent customer service! They were willing to check the stock from other stores. Even though I couldn't find the short sleeve shirts as I planned, I ended up buying a lot more other items because the salespersons are really patience and attentive. This store location has wonderful staffs and store manager. But, I forgot the name of the wonderful staffs. The experience really wants to make me to call them for their names.

I ordered multiple sizes (and styles) online and returned the ones that didn’t fit in store, and honestly it was a lot. Alexis and Karina were both super helpful. I had clothes across 3 orders I was returning and I felt bad that I didn’t sort them ahead of time, but they were more than willing to help me out. There was even one I didn’t have a printed receipt for somehow, yet Karina worked with me with the online order/invoice to return those clothes. Again, both were super helpful and super understanding and patient. Thank you again Karina and Alexis!

Prices you can't beat! Worth the 50 min drive !!!!Luis is very helpful and always ready to answer with any question. He is bilingual which is a plus. 👍👍👍👍👍🔭

Denied return of faulty belt. Bad product but worse service. The associate attempted to help me as my receipt was in the system however the manager came and stopped him, demanding I find the the missing clasp which had broken off. Unfortunate waste of time.

Laughable. If you are coming to this OUTLET store, expecting good customer service, I promise you will have to look somewhere else every time. As a former associate and shopper here, I advise the public against this location and management. Unless you enjoy being completely ignored by the local teenagers or hit on by the incompetent management, online shopping will save you time and energy folks. Good luck xoxo

I am a regular here! Love the product! All of my hiking clothing is Columbia. They have a great selection, great prices and the staff is FANTASTIC! Definitely stop in.

This store location has some great deals, and is a must-stop-and-shop place every time we travel to Palm Springs. They have the greatest selection of women's clothes with men's coming in second place, then shoes, hats & accessories, and then maybe kids'. Sign up for their free emails and receive exclusive coupons. My favorite are their garments with UV protection! These are ideal for the active lifestyler who must be outside.

It was next to the premium outlet next door, not connected. Better to have some signs showing here. This is not very big but does have good discounted products. It is even better to have additional discount for visitors.
