I have been to this outlet a few times and the only thing I dislike is the sales persons on the floor approach you several times. I had 4 employees approach me in less than 30 minutes. Another thing is the line moves very slow. They only have 2 people at the register. Both times I've been there the wait is over 15 minutes to be the 2nd one in line. They have great deals and good sales!

Edit - THANK YOU ALEXIS!! 😍I have a local store in AZ that I love and when I was looking for a mini Daisy wallet they advised the closest store to have stock was in CA - on a musing, I called Alexis at Coach Cabazon late April 28 before closing(1850 pm) and quickly asked if it is even possible for them to send it to me after purchase, she immediately was so sweet and said YES! I was so thrilled but they were closing and a phone order sounded complex. I waited til today to call back and was greeted by the lovely Cynthia and she got me into contact with Alexis! She was super sweet again and apologized to me for being busy the prior evening when it was not even her fault! I advised I didn't want to rush her that night so this was perfect and she quickly retrieved my item and was able to complete my order and send me an emailed receipt in 10 minutes! I'm totally floored by COACH! New favorite store for sure - thanks SO MUCH ALEXIS!! I know you don't get paid extra for being so wonderful and kind, but I appreciate you so very much and will treasure my new mini wallet to go with my Ellen crossbody! Thanks Coach Cabazon 💗

The assistants were all nice, but they DIDN’T CHECK the condition of the item.When I was shopping, I was holding like 6 bags and one of the assistant came to me and suggested to hold those items. I was appreciated it.Among them, there was a bag ‘Leather Jules Hobo’ with only one strap(short one), but later I got home I found that there has to be a long strap too.They should have CHECK THE ITEMS PROPERLY before they hand it to the customers.

My mom purchased me a purse from this location I rarely use it cause I do not really go nowhere took it on a trip and the zipper broke she took it back to the store one person said they could look up the purchase with her card since she couldn't find the receipt when she went back another person told her looking up with card would not work. That she could pay 70$ to fix the zipper on this small purse which is ridiculous since it's been less then a year since purchase. Can't believe that they do not honor their bring it back and well replace or fix it policy. Don't understand why they couldn't atleast try to come up with a solution we definitely would not recommend nor go back to this location.

My recent shopping trip to this store was marred by the behavior of one employee. While the majority of staff were friendly and helpful, this woman was downright rude and made us feel like we didn't belong. It's a shame that her behavior detracted from an otherwise enjoyable shopping experience.

Rudy was VERY helpful!It’s our first time coming out here to this outlet in Cabazon . Rudy was able to help us decide on shoes for my husband and gave input on getting myself matching heels . He was very friendly , and professional. Would definitely come back if we’re given the attention Rudy provided us.

The staff is awesome! They went out of their way to make me happy. They had lots of patience with me because I was so picky but they took the time to make sure I found what I was looking for... An hour later..lol they were great! I even got introduced to the lady that deals with the ordering and bringing in product. She gave me a sneak peak so I could come back the day they were released! Thanks!!

I paid $224.55 for a shoulder bag. The material has discolored it looks horrible. The exchange policy is only good for 30 days which I have exceeded, now I'm stuck with this ugly bag I can't use. I called customer service and was told it could be a manufacturer defect. I would like an exchange or store credit.

Great deals and good selection of goods. Staff were generally friendly and some are trained to speak in Japanese which was good! Ronnie (a Thai/Laos staff) was very glad to help us. Find him if you need anything.Back here again on 22 June and Tristan served us. Really great guy!

It's Coach! They didn't really have a lot of choices, but they had great deals, affordable, and great deals for gift giving. Thought they would have had a lot of the products advertised in emails and website, so was a little disappointing.
