Chuck was very attentive and nice. We are early twenties and he took his time going over watches and prices, he didn't act like we couldn't afford anything and was very respectful. Very happy to hear he's getting a promotion as he was an excellent salesman.

I bought a watch worth just 244 dollars. And when I gave my credit card, the lady was asking for my ID, to verify whether if I'm the owner of the card. Yes, I'm a foreigner, I'm dark skinned. Doesn't that means I'm a thief. Or I'm so unethical to pick up other people's card and make a purchase. I still bought it because I love the watch. But it hurts.

I had purchased a Citizen Nighthawk watch online. After going to numerous jewelers and watch outlets, I finally stumbled on a Citizen store in Desert Hills Outlets hoping to get my watched adjusted for size. It was 2 links too wide. Extreme disappointment in that Citizen won't adjust a Citizen watch, only if purchased from the store directly. So I'm assuming it's a policy to turn away a customer because it was not purchased from the store. Where are online customers supposed to get Citizen watches adjusted if Citizen stores will not?

Drove to the Desert Hills Premium Outlets to buy a new Citizen watch. The gentleman that helped me was friendly helpful and knowledgeable. I am happy with my watch, the service I received and the price I paid.

The salesman was being so rude after my mom told him we are looking for a 300-dollar watch. He refused to give us a new watch but only the one for display. I guess we are not good enough to wear a Citizen watch.

I litterly just left this store. I felt it necessary write a review reflecting the environment. The manager and employees were awesome. The manager was extremely helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. I enjoy a company that chooses well mannered passionate people to work for them. I will continue to purchase Citizen watches in the future.

So I went into this store looking for a watch for my father in law for his birthday, he doesn't even acknowledge us as we walk in because he's too busy on his phone since that's more important than a potential customer. So we continue to look at the watches in the store,My buddy was with me I said to him " I need to bring my father in law so he can pick his own watch since watches are personal" this great employee scoffs at me when I say that... I couldn't believe he did that so I tell my buddy let's get out of here before I get scoffed at again... If I can give this place zero stars I would! Never again will I step foot into that place and I recommend you don't either! Stay away terrible customer service!!!
