It’s always fun to come into Brighton. They are having a sale. How much are items? Good question. You need to read the pricing guide then, calculate the price according to the color code on the tag. Ugh .. so cumbersome. It would be great to be able to choose an item and know exactly what the price is. With COVID still causing problems, why would I want to use the calculator they have out?!

BEWARE - This store does not take returns. I accept that it's an outlet, and maybe has different merchandise, but this purse started "pealing" a weird plastic layer about a week after I purchased it. I was told that sale items are not returnable. EVERYTHING is on SALE!! Sure it was a good deal, but not if the merchandise is defective!! I'll never shop there again.

The “manager” Megan and her back up manager Dawn is rude as can be. They put items out on the retail floor “priced incorrectly” and want to ring it up higher and remove tags saying it wasn’t there fault. They are very rude and ready to pick a fight. If an item has stickers showing it’s price and they try to say that’s not the real price marked they should price adjust accordingly. It isn’t the consumers / customers fault if they had a wad of bags priced incorrectly. They even told my grandma that she was trying to get everything for free for a customer spending over $1,000 they were very rude and inconsiderate.Also wanted to say that I asked to see if they adjusted all prices and I asked if the lady can scroll up because I didn’t want to touch there register the lady dawn pushed it in my face and said in a rude tone “you can do it yourself”

The older lady with the short red hair was very rude. She was giving me attitude from the beginning and was following me around the store fixing everything that I touched. She made me feel uncomfortable the entire visit and made me just want to leave the store and never come back.

Buyer beware. My credit card was authorized for $45 more than the total on my receipt! Not sure how this happened but customer service is a joke. Tried blaming it on the bank. Transaction was finalized and I was charged the higher amount. I live our of state or I'd go back.

Belts are sized wrong and manager is totally unfair customer servicesI have been buying Brighton belts for decades even before there were stores. Decided to buy belts for my son, son in law and husband and verified. All their sizes. Bought 4 belts and they were all too small so managed to have them try the bigger sizes and was able to keep 2 of them but the other two wouldn’t work. Went back less than 24 hour later to swap out two of them. I spent over $50 on them and the response was NO repeatedly even afterIs politely asked. I will never buy Brighton again and warn my friends. The worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Products are my favorite... but if you expect the same service from this outlet than you do at a retail store than you will be very disappointed by your experience. A friend and I went during lunchtime on a Saturday and were told we had 5 minutes to shop when we walked in the store because they were “going on a lunch break”...a lunch break (seriously!). And they were so rude to both myself and my friend. I worked retail for many years and we staggered our lunches to make sure we were available for our customers. What’s worse is I have a disability and had to stand outside leaning on my friend and cane till they came back because of the limitations on store occupancy (understandable w/Covid but all the more reason to stay open) and I didn’t want to lose my place. Wish I could give high marks for the product though! Too bad the Vegas outlet closed. That was a great outlet with amazing customer service! Might want to call on those folks to do some training for this establishment.

Love their merchandise. There are too many sales people on the floor. I felt like I couldn't look without being asked constantly if I needed help. Personally, I would prefer one sales person helping me through my entire shopping experience.

Very mean sales lady, older, short hair, glasses, been at the outlet store a long time...too long...... she's been rude to me for years, since 2013! I was one of the best customers at the store until that employee...always rude, she ignores me then cuts me off when I'm shopping especially when she has a customer. I bought a charm bracelet last week and almost left because she and her customer were so rude to me! Brighton, you've lot a LOT of money because of her!

I bought a necklace while traveling through Cabazon when I opened it, it was broken. I returned two days later when coming back and was told all sales were final, even though it was broken. The manager commented that even employees could not return merchandise, as if this was going to make it better. I have been a Brighton customer for 20 years and stopped here many times but will not go back. When I voiced this the other employee said good. Because I was unhappy and I felt the manager should make this right I asked to speak to someone else and was given a customer service line where I had to leave a message. Don't shop here not worth it.

Awesome place. One of the ladies has an attitude. She thinks she knows what you want, and if you don't agree she looks down her nose at you. Everyone else is fantastic. Great prices.

Good deals but had to wait a very long time to check out today. That was very unusual. For some reason both registers couldn't be used at the same time. That was a bit irritating.

Annoying... one person wouldn't stop talking when I was trying to shop. Another I asked a question too acted as if I was bothering her. Prices are really over the top for what they are selling.

Only half of the store is now outlet, so can't get your hopes up for the big discounts you used to see there at Cabazon. Still some great finds if you really look, but always hit and miss.
