Went the other day and they were having a sale, so of course I had to get something. Pretty good selection of clothing (men and women) although I wish they had more bags. The sales associate Precious was great! She helped my friend and I with our selections and was very personable!

My friend brought me here shopping for some new clothes, hadn't seen this brand before but found a bunch of t shirts and sweats that look good and are very comfortable. They had a big variety of sizes available too. Both staff members I worked with were very friendly will definitely come back next time I'm in California!

I understand it’s for security but I would suggest put all the jewelry at the register or just somewhere safer so that I don’t feel treated like a thief watched by 2 people behind me just by looking and trying them on.

Interesting experience. Upon entry there was an SA near the door, I said hello, and she just looked at me and left. Browsed the rack near the counter, same thing, SA’s were just there standing, no hi’s hello’s. The SA with big hoop earrings just looked at me, yet when another customer came in she was loud welcoming them. Interesting! To think there were only 2-3 male customers inside the store. Got zero help, greetings, zero customer service so I left. Thank you because I spent $0. The vibe here was wrong. Good brand, good clothing & quality, but is poorly represented, just an FYI.Went to Prada, Burberry & Longchamp. All were great. Had quick conversations with at least two of their SA’s since they approach you and ask if there’s anything they can help with, promos being offered at the moment etc, even joked with one of the Prada SA (tall guy, middle-aged Asian - accessories) and we were laughing. He was awesome! The Burberry SA was nice enough to acknowledge I was soaked, upon entry she was like, come, get in and dry up (it was pouring rain), then Erin introduced herself and made herself available, just like other premium brands, they follow certain protocol. Excellent customer service! Shout out to them!

They have covid protocols for fitting room which is fine but they fail to inform guests of it which is not cool. The female attendee by the name of Vanessa was on her knees occupied steaming clothes, was not attentive and I was the only one in line. Initially, she told me to go in but realize I had more than 5 items and informed me that I could only bring in 5 into the fitting room and the rest I can place on the rack. By the time I got out to grab the rest of my items and was still half dressed, there was a line. She stopped me and told me to get back in line. I was confused so I grabbed my stuff and obliged but confronted her why I had to go back in line. She lied and said she informed of the policy that you can only bring 5items and then have to go back in line and to try another set of 5 and added did I not see the sign? I was like what sign? The only one sign there was all the way in the corner between fitting rooms 1 and 2 with small font. My fitting room was straight ahead if you were to stand in line at fitting room 4. There’s like 5 to 6 fitting rooms. Based on where I am at, how would I see that if she didn’t inform me? While still standing in line I was discussing this scenario with my family and she interjects with attitude and arguing with me making a scene. I had to tell her don’t argue with me and talk over me. This is unprofessional and I wanted to see the manager. First off, only one notice for 5-6 rooms, they should have it posted at every door or one where ppl line up right before they get to the doors. There’s a brick wall right there. I understand employees get busy and forget to inform guests but take accountability. We all know there are rules set in place due to Covid they just need to be conveyed. Which is why the first time around I grabbed my things from the fitting and finished getting dress while I was in line. It’s not like I went back in the fitting room closed the door and ignored her for her to behave in that manner. This situation could easily be handled differently and diffuse the matter which I was hoping with the manager. The manager Carmen really did nothing and was equally incompetent. She has the audacity to say it has always been like this. Again, I understand that but I don’t work here how would I know if you didnt inform me. She went on saying I know she informed you because Vanessa radio all of the staff to remind them. I’m like duhhhh because of me! An employee can only be as incompetent as the person training her so I can’t blame the employee now because the manager enables this negative behavior. I forgot to take a photo of the sign nor did I get the chance to read it or take a photo of where it was placed so I came back after I left. All of a sudden the sign was now moved to the center of the fitting rooms and the manager had to mention it in a backhanded manner, oh did you see the sign, it’s right here. I just rolled my eyes and left. I wasn’t trying to get into it again
