Wanted to find a couple deals.This Adidas location offers 30% of quite a few items in the store! Had a great experience with Luis, very knowledgeable. I was looking for shirts on a stand that had numerous types of shirts and he was able to tell me exactly which designs were in my size. That saved me a lot of time. Cashier 00743463, I believe her name starts with an I. Was very corgual and gave us a pleasant experience. Thanks.

Great store to buy and rock your Adidas! This is a great location because its part of the Discount Outlets and they have good deals on shoes that would otherwise be 100 bucks, or more! Plus, they bear the same name as a Korn song: A.D.I.D.A.S. 🎵 🎶 🤘😹🤘‼

This place is awesome! Most sneakers were 50% off. They had a great selection of shoes and their classic leisure wear. The staff was attentive but not overbearing. The line moved quickly and the store was sectioned off for social distancing. It never felt too full. You'll be happy you stopped by.

I found some Dame 5s for $20. That is an incredible deal. Everytime I come here I manage to find a great deal and not to mention it's top quality adidas gear. You can management is big on customer service because employees are super helpful. I believe his name was Jay, but this employee saw me with my hands full and offered to keep my items at the front desk so I didn't have to carry them around. I may be a simple man, but that attention to customer care is really outstanding.

We stopped on our way out of town to pick up some shoes for my son. We weren’t able to find what we were looking for and were getting a little frustrated looking for some assistance. An employee named Chase was walking by and offered assistance. He was extremely polite and helpful. He walked by again while we were checking out and we found out he was an assistant manager. Our experience was made better by this young man and we will definitely come back because of it. Thank you again Chase for all your help. Adidas is lucky to have you as an employee.

Really bad customer service i told the cashier i want it to return a pair of shoes i just bought like 1 or 2 hrs ago but i notice my son was falling down and i want it to get something else he said i will call my manager to see if we can accept it. So this manages Or assistant manger only said he put it on of course how i was going to find out my son was not walking right with them he didn't care and he said i cant even give u store credit for it so i was ok i only ask his name he said am assistant manager Brandon chase...Nike store is the best they do care if you tell them i couldn't walk right with them they give credit for u to get another they fixed so Thats why they say you pay for what you Get....

Prices are reasonable but I found out staff deliberately damages boxes so that customers can't return or exchange. I bought a clearance shoe and the sole reason I cannot return or exchange is because the box had its lid cut off (i found out they had more WITH lids in the back). Clearance items WITH a lid have the option to return or exchange at least it......they cut the lid off. I may be overreacting but I understand if a customer has no box because of their own cause, or if they damaged the box, but this is the company or the store causing it. Not sure of its illegal but feels immoral considering travelers buy gifts often at this mall

Slim pickings at this store. It mostly has the genericly over produced, OR the one off colors no one wants. I was able to find one mini rack of golf clothes. If you want shoes or soccer clothes this spot is a gold mine!

There was a line to get in but the wait was not long. Sales associate said shoes are allowed to try on, but not clothing. I was told they get their shipments on Friday so best to get there early Saturday morning. I was there around 1 p.m. and sizes were limited. Abbey was very helpful, friendly and cheerfully checked for sizes I've requested from her. Masks required to shop.

No one greeted us, no one tried to help us, and there wasn't really any shoes on sale in comparison to my local area. I feel as if I'm going to drive all the way out to cabazon at least try and do one of the three.
