I have been using this pharmacy since moving to Burney in August. I have not had any bad experience like I'm reading about. It's always scary to move when you have to find new doctors and pharmacy. At this point I am happy with the pharmacy.Blessed Be

The pharmacy is awful. Prescriptions are never ready when promised. You have to call ahead of time to make sure they have your medication in stock because they will not call you if they don’t. My daughter had a partially filled antibiotic, and my husband went in 3 days later to pick up the remainder and they still hadn’t ordered it. Things like this happen time and time again with this pharmacy. If you value your time, patience, and sanity, take your prescription elsewhere.

Doctor called ahead of time to make sure my daughter's antibiotic eye drop was in stock. They told him it was. My wife drove 45 minutes to go get the prescription only to be told the medication was not in stock and they had to order it. Will not be going back.

Really really unsafe covid practices. Employees and customers not only unmasked but combative about putting them on. If you make a vaccine appointment be prepared to wait 2 hours with a bunch of people who think masks are a scam and absolutely do not bring your precious small children with you at any cost- we have quarantined our kids for nearly a year and a half just to put them in such an unsafe environment because rite aid can’t get it together. I am horribly disappointed and will never spend another $ there as long as I live.

I ordered a refill at 9:00 am on Tuesday. They said I could pick it up any time after 2:00 pm. At 6:00 pm I drove 60 miles round trip to pick it up. I waited 15 minutes in line and the assistant said it was not ready but that if I waited a few minutes it would be ready. I waited another 15 minutes and was told that they didn't have the product, but that they have a shipment coming in the next day, Wednesday. I waited until Friday and drove another 60 mile round trip to pick it up. I waited 20 minutes in line and was again told to wait a few minutes and they would get it ready. After 15 more minutes she called my name and said they still did not have the product. I transferred the prescription to Walgreens in Redding.

Phones don't even work anymore. Prescriptions NEVER get filled on time. My dad gets his pain meds way later then he's suppose to. I'm so upset with this pharmacy.
