No Restroom, PUBLIC that is! Management needs improving. Either or Niether stocked properly. Sometimes the aisles are blocked.with carts that have not been emptied for stocking shelfs. When trying to purchase DG trademarks only to find less of a deal. Makes a different environment for shopping. Always wondered about the employees and what they do about a non working restroom

The sales person called me a liar when I tried to return an empty propane bottle I had just purchased 20 minutes earlier. The bottle was supposed to be full, but wasn't. She claimed it was not her propane bottle because I had removed the ugly Amerigas label. She was rude, belligerent and nasty. Don't shop here.

Previous reviewer was correct. Very difficult to get around the store, most of the aisles are blocked with merchandise still on the delivery carts while shelves lie empty. Some employees, but not all, have surly attitudes and are extremely unhelpful. Others can’t do enough to help.

At the time of this review (October/2020): Our county just went into the purple zone with COVID-19, and in our small town filled with a large amount of elderly ones, we already have 9 active cases. The other two chain stores enforce their employees to wear their mask. At this Dollar General, I’ve seen many employees NOT wearing a face covering of any sort. I understand some people have breathing issues and wear a face shield instead, but no one at this store wore either. This visit was the worst yet. One employee was wearing a mask to her credit, however our cashier was not wearing a face covering and before she handled my items, she wiped her nose more than once with her bare fingers and handled my items with the same hand without using hand sanitizer or a napkin. Three of my family members are high-risk and I found this so disrespectful, especially in a community filled with elderly and high risk individuals. I was disgusted with how unhygienic she was and I do not plan on going back to Dollar General anytime soon. I felt very unsafe and violated. The store was overcrowded with hardly any enforcing of social distancing. Does Dollar General not care for the community they serve? This experience told me they do not.

It's an awesome store all the staff is wonderful the manager Ken works his butt off he's very very professional polite and courteous and the rest of the game there too they're getting a really good team going I've seen their struggles throughout the year they're open one year now and it is just really nice to see how well they have settled in I would recommend Dollar General to any of my friends and family they have great prices excellent quality on their products and with him being in our town the lower class is able to actually survive buy shopping right here in town and not having to drive hours away to find a grocery store thank you Dollar General crew for all you do you guys rock!

I like this store but it defiantly has its limitations, good for what is too expensive at Safeway next door. Not a lot of choices and some high prices. It's not really a dollar store and that's weird since dollar is in their name?

Corporate needs to give the store more hours be able to have more employees so freight can be thrown quicker and kept up on. Brandon and Pierce are the best Employees the Burney Store has, they need raises and promotions.

They had what I needed but as always I had to get around the stock carts in the isles. Sad, my husband has told me to try the Fall River store instead of Burney. Burney has nice people but no organization.

Horrible customer service all the management was very rude and the manager was no help at all. They don't know how to properly train their employees or how to maintain the store in a clean, organized way.

Very disorganized and they don't have a full time manager, the one that was in charge before left the company. You just feel lost when you are in there. Yet the employees are fast, friendly and efficient

I was told to leave today. The lady come up to me and said that her General Manager had told me the last time that I was in the store, not to come back because I was caught stealing. And NONE OF THESE ACCUSATIONS ARE TRUE!!!!!

It has a good selection of products. I has a lot of parking. It is easy to get in and out. The store clerks are friendly and professional. The prices are fair.

I visited this Dollar General when I was putting out wild land fires in northern California it is very nice to have a store with the things you need to be on the fire line sunflower seeds Cup of noodles, candy water soda etc

The store is ALWAYS a mess, they NEVER have more than 2 employees on the floor, and from what I understand their employees can't afford to live working there. Overall TERRIBLE place to shop and/or work. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

When my wife and I went to the Dollar general one evening four or five months ago we ran into a friend of ours who was shop lifting we didn't know that's what she was doing so we're talking and went our separate ways then we get told we were not allowed back in to the store so we quit going there so if we didn't know that she was shop lifting why are we being punished?????!!!!!?????
