Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was looking for some supplement for my little pup. He suffers under allergies and is pretty picky. And although they did not have the one product I was looking for I got a tryout sample of Turmeric Bars and my little one hesitated first but now he loves it! I will go back to get it. Big thank you to the young woman who took care of my pup.

Regarding the do-it-yourself dog wash , The water is too cold and the blow dryers are cold . They say they're supposed to warm up but they never warm up. I would actually like to get my 18 bucks back for the cold dog wash. Anyway customer service is very nice there but they were not able to adjust the temperature on the water or the blow dryers

I love this store! All of the employees are so incredibly nice and helpful! Pet Food Express carries loads of high-quality pet food and treats that keep my pups happy. The employees are great at making recommendations whenever I have had questions about food or accessories. I always walk out of there with a smile.

My small dogs recently had dental surgery and can only eat soft food. Even though I make them healthy meals, I wanted a few spare cans of healthy food to have on hand. There was so much to choose from, so I went to one of the customer service reps to inquire about which food brand had the healthiest choices. Reading labels would take forever.I loved the help I received. My choices were narrowed down to two brands. What a relief. I was only going to purchase 2 cans, but was informed if I buy 3, I get another for free. So I purchased 8 cans. Just meat with veggies. No preservatives or fillers.If my dogs don't like them, I can return the unused cans. The young lady who helped me was cheerful and kind and I felt good about my purchases. She even added a small sample of treats. Anyway, my dogs loved the 2 choices I made. Won't need to return anything. I'll definitely come back, if I need more. Very nice shopping experience. Wonderful staff. They remember me and the dog. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond. They all seem yo love the animals and their jobs. They have a wonderful selection of dog food and treats. The place is always pristine even though dogs are in and out all day. The only annoying part is paying for parking in Burlingame.I took my brand new rescue there for food and they helped me bathe him free of charge so I could try it out.

We had just got back from a long trip and brought our lovely friend for a cleaning. It was before closing and we used the self-washing station.The staff that was working was very accommodating even though we stayed after the store closed. I am not saying that you should bring your pet in and stay after closing, but in this case the staff was very nice and helpful.They were able to help us find a conditioner that was perfect and also were attentive and pleasant even though I am sure everyone wanted to get off work.That being said, this place is amazing and I would highly recommend it to anyone bringing their furry (or non-furry) friends here!

Well stocked pets supermarket, offering a wide range of pets products. Good selection of organic and raw food for those who prefer less commercialized food for your dogs. The staff here are knowledgeable and friendly. Their return policy is very reasonable, so we feel confident about making purchases here.

Stairs might be steep at the wash station but that's no problem we washed our dogs right there on the tiled floor. Right next to the wash station .hoses reach and you do not have to struggle. It works great.

Just left with a wet dog and a poor customer service experience. Apparently they have a new policy not to offer blow drying for dogs - however - this was not explained to me when I purchased the dog bath.I understand if there are new policies due to the pandemic, but it's not fair if they're not clearly disclosed. The bath is the easy part, and I could (and would) do that at home. Although the customer rep who made the mistake of not advising me was ready to provide a refund, another rep, Jocelyn, decided to go on a power trip by refusing to provide the refund.Annoyed (repeat) customer + chargeback + a negative review = Easily avoidable situation with the appropriate training.

Love this place and visit it too often! But, the cats and pooch love what I bring home. The staff is both super helpful and knowledgeable. They have a great return policy and they seem to always have a buy 3 get 1 free promotion.

They only carry the BEST of foods. Seriously close your eyes and pick ANYTHING and it'll be healthy for your dog. The staff are very knowlegable about different breeds of dogs from all over the world. Ask them anything and they'll be prepared with a solid answer. The shop is also very well kept and clean, especially for a pet store. And no, it doesn't smell. ;)

We only go here to buy our cat and dog food because the staff is just so amazing. They're always so friendly, eager to help, they ask you about your pets, etc. Additionally, all of the products here are high quality!

You love your dogs look at the labels pick out the treats you want for them some have no sugar some are made oatmeal sermon made with this and that I give my dogs oatmeal treats they love them three Maltese poodles forget about it buy three get one free

We come here for baths! The store has a self pet wash in the back. Able to wash two dogs on one token.
