I have a Bernese Mountain who is super friendly (as his race is) but a very vocal one when he’s in new places. I cancelled my appointments here since at arrival the woman checking us in was very irritated about my dogs bark. Quite a surprise that they don’t have this whole barking situation figured out since their business deals with, oh well… Dogs!

I had a very pleasant experience watching my little white cat, Molly, being expertly groomed and bathed. She had some nasty mats in her fur which were gently removed with great expertise. It was obvious the groomer really loves cats!

This was the first visit to Pawsitively Groomed. I appreciated the ease of online scheduling, and the email confirmation and reminders in advance of the appointment. Check-in of my Golden Retriever was speedy, and he (and I) appreciated the calm environment. Toby was ready for pick up on time, and looks great. We will be back, and look forward to working with Priscilla again.

They're super easy to book, and high quality. My dog is a fairly difficult 15 year old senior dog, who has issues being kenneled. These guys have been are caring and are able to do the job and have him looking great.I've found them this summer and have used their service multiple times. I enjoy coming back.

I took my pup to Pawsitively Groomed for his first salon experience. The ladies were very helpful to this first time puppy mom, and had great suggestions on how to cut his hair. They let me know the approximate time he would be ready, and sent a text in that timeframe. My boy was comfortable in their care, and came out looking fresh and ready for summer.

I was able to get an appointment very quickly! Online booking process is very simple and straightforward!My two dogs came home looking very spiffy and blow dried after their conjoined appointment (: Their nails were a bit out of control before going and came out beautifully shaped and trimmed!! I was very glad I could book for both of them at the same time.Will definitely be returning soon.

Great salon in Burlingame. Not too hard to get reservations for my two huskies and they did a great job. They kept texting me to keep me posted on when they’ll be ready. Prices are very competitive with rest of Bay Area.

I bring all three of my dogs to Pawsitively groomed. Two mini Chihuahua mixes and a golden retriever. They all get the royal treatment. The staff is friendly and kind and immediately put the dogs at ease. I highly recommend this salon.

My Scout always comes out looking amazing! I never have to specifically request a certain groomer as all of them are fabulous! Even my children expresses how great Scout looks compared to the other salons. Keep up being amazing💕
