I can't speak to the general retail/grocery side of things as I regularly don't use them (although would it hurt to make sure your jerky is stocked up?). This review is solely for the pharmacy and medications section.With that in mind, the CVS pharmacy team here is excellent. Even in dire situations they have been nothing but kind, accommodating, and professional. Having worked in pharmacy purchasing at a major university hospital before, I have only an inkling of what customer-facing pharmacy techs go through each day. To remain calm and helpful despite long queues and, sometimes, customers who are going through stressful times and need urgent prescriptions, is a skill not many have.I've read through many of the one-star reviews, and it seems a lot of them are simply unfamiliar with how modern retail pharmacies work.They don't have your prescribed drug in stock? Pharmacy inventory systems are almost completely automated nowadays, and they have limited shelf space (you'd be surprised how many different drugs are on an in-stock formulary at a place like this). If you're drug isn't in stock, it is either because it isn't kept on-hand locally, or it is a fast mover and they are simply out. Although I've never had to wait more than an extra day to fill an Rx, if the wait is longer that is due to supply chain issues and not something that one particular CVS can circumvent. If it was urgent, they've always taken the time to search the network to see if a nearby CVS can fulfill it.In regards to going to pick up a Rx and finding it is not ready yet: apologies, but who does that? Always check CVS online or the app to see if your Rx is ready yet before going in. If you don't have access to those, simply calling the pharmacy and using the automated menu can get you this information as well (sure this system is a bit cumbersome and roundabout, but is does work), and save you a trip until it is ready.- 5 Stars for the pharmacy and medicines section.- 1 Star knocked off because they retail section is a bit iffy and, well, that whole jerky thing.

I don’t like how on the website it says Open 24hours when it’s completely is NOT. I have made a complaint about it months ago. They told me they were going to change the hours & fix it but they still have not done so. It’s been 4 months now.It’s false Advertisement!! To a lot of people, we have people including me coming around 11p-2am needing supplies like medicine if we sick or etc. but it’s Never open but the Sign keeps saying Open 24hours !!When it completely isn’t.So please fix your hours for your location. It isn’t hard .

They need to be better at having the medication stocked. I’m out and i put my request on Thursday, and they won’t have it until Monday. Then add their poor customer service and empathy!

I started working there a few months ago. I got fired by Mary who was not even my manager. I heard her on the phone saying bad things about my people of race ( Persian ) ,and the next thing you know I got fired by this racist creature. I am putting a law suit against CVs pharmacy and I am hoping something good happens after this lawsuit.And in another occasion,I caught a shop lifter ,and the police asked him if he could empty his pocket ,and he did. It all stolen stuff from CVs ,and still Mary had the guts to yell at me ,and telling me if I saw the shop lifter was putting things in his pocket Keep in mind she use to be the manager while before in that location,and that gave me an idea that he was one of her friends who she allowed him to shop lift. What a sad senario. She manipulated a lot of stuff Onn me as well. I don’t think no business in any part of this world should have such a person to let work for them. My lawsuit is based on racism ,retaliation,and more and all because of Mary.

To be exact, I give this CVS 2½ stars.Although the store is big and clean, it was extremely difficult to find items. I had to go around the store numerous times, only to find the facial tissues next to pet supplies toward the back of the store. Food storage bags were placed in the same section as the trash bags.There was no floor staff in sight to offer assistance. The staff at the register was just okay.All the other CVS locations I have shopped at are way better than this one. Thumbs down!

Luckys and Walgreens across the are closed. You would think that CVS would be trying to get more customers in. This store needs to close. I went there at 11pm. and the store was closed with a little sign taped to the door saying it will open at 5am.

My regular Pharm didn’t have my doggies medications and they took a last min transfer. Staff super friendly and helpful. Store is clean and they r open late!

Not open 24 hours. We went there around midnight and they had a piece of paper taped to the door with scribbling saying they are closed due to staff shortage.

Incredibly rude!I had my baby with me to take a quick passport photo. There was a bit of a line to wait (which would have been fine!) but the woman assistant didn’t even look at me and said “tell her to come back tomorrow”. It’s 4pm on a Sunday? Why wouldn’t the 24hour CVS provide a basic service for a busy mom?

My doctor sent in the prescription order at around 11:30am. I went to the store at 1:15pm, lined up for 15 minutes and was told the prescription was not ready. I was told I can wait in the store for about 20-25 minutes while they are preparing for my prescription. They would page me when ready.After 40 minutes, no page from anyone. I went back to check and asked another lady about my order. She was rude and told me that it was not ready and I have to wait. I told her I already waited for 40 minutes. I asked her how long do I have to wait again. She said they were busy and she couldn’t tell me.After waiting for another 15 minutes, my patience was running out, I demanded to talk to someone in charge. The person in charge prepared my prescription in 5 minutes.Poor service and terrible attitude from the staff 👎👎👎

My doctor sent my prescription there for 4 doses without refill. They wanted me to get 8 and refused to give me 4. I double checked with my doctor and the prescription was correctly sent. Very unethical. On top of that, if you try to use GoodRx coupon, they won't honor it, they'll tell you the price is not accurate and you need to pay double.

This CVS is disgusting and unprofessional. Not sure what more you can expect from a doctor working out of a closet in the back of basically a convenient store. The doctor asked inappropriate questions and overstepped her boundaries at every step of the process. These are minimum wage providers and Avoid at all costs.

The strangest store I have ever visited. For example, yesterday the entire store could not be navigated because of some kind of renovation or construction going on at a very busy time - around 5:30 PM. No customer could get around there because there were ropes going around everywhere, as in a maze. I don't understand why the workmen renovating had to still be there still at such a busy time. It was so absurd that an employee had to offer to find the item I wanted for me. I waited and waited, but she never got back to me so I had to leave this store after a very unpleasant experience of at least 20 minutes. I will not return to such a store again.

Pharmacy is listed as “24 hours” but at 2:50am a sign was on the door saying “closed for lunch until 3:45”. At 11:45am the next morning the phone greeting said “closed for lunch until noon”. For a 24 hour pharmacy it’s oddly unavailable.

The place is okay but I was hoping to have some medicine delivered here yet I don't think the employee was paying attention to me as he kept putting items on the shelves.The service was mediocre but I hoped that with the lack of customers that the employees could spend a bit of time to help me out. Guess not.
