Do not suppprt and shop elsewhere. It is heartbreaking to see animals there. Especially parots that are contained in small cages all by themselves and fish in jars. Very inhumane and but of course untill there is demand, petco will deliver to earn profits.

Justice helped us with fish purchases and he was not only very knowledgeable but also really friendly and we really liked him. The person at the register was also super helpful as we waited until the last second to make our decision and he was very accommodating even though it was Easter Sunday! It was an excellent experience compared to a lot of our customer service experiences these days and we definitely appreciated it.

the space is very small so its hard to get around especially when dogs are around, and ESPECIALLY if someone is getting something out of the fridges on the side, and aisles are barely passable with a pet, and of course the employees trying to maintain the store (which was very clean and organized if i might also add which i greatly appreciate that!!) but, it can cause traffic, I think maybe new floor layout would be a WAY better experience, I also understand the space is small, but just something i noticed going store to store trying to prepare for a new puppy.

Petco supermarket is exceptional in every way. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to assist. I purchased a ball python and the associate Ronan was great, amazing friendly everything a retail associate should be. I do, however feel like training is what is lacking on a larger scale because you guys sell fancy ball pythons without any info on the morph it could be and when I asked, I was told and it could be a spider morph when clearly it’s not a spider morph. There is lots of info that I would like to know About my snake like age, morph How long you guys have had it and what state it came from- so things about the breeder I understand that you can’t tell me who your breeder is which I believe none of your store associates would know and that is just a Petco/Petsmart policy.. If that’s the case, i believe i should be buying from a breeder directlyunless there is somebody else that would know and be able to give me that info?These are questions I would like to have answered, but I know a store associate wouldn’t be able to answer them so again I want to say that the associate helping me did an amazing job. They guessed what morph since was theyare lacking the knowledge that should be given to them by Supervisors at Petco

Petco is a very good pet oriented store large, great inventory, clean, and just about anything you need you will find it there. So many kinds of cat and dog foods. So many different manufacturers. Pet toys of all kinds. The employees are so pleasant and helpful. Large paved parking area.

Stopped here for an emergency bag of food for my dog while I was visiting family. A couple of cashiers seemed more into their conversation than the growing line of people waiting to check out. The only cashier ringing people up even looked over and gave them a look of displeasure. Parking lot is very narrow too. Not a full-size sedan/SUV/truck friendly lot.

I’ve been coming here for almost 2 years now because it is near my house. To make the story short, I bought Lucy’s pet food roll. I’ve been feeding this to my dog for a year now. I went to this location and they didn’t have it. So, I went to North Hills location and got one. But after feeding my dog for 2 days with it, he was having diarrhea. So it seemed like this batch was a bust. So, I went to this C&C Burbank location to exchange it. They wouldn’t do it because I bought the item in North Hills. The cashier said it was because they are run by a different manager. These people are so insensitive, they care more about their own profit and not about a dog’s health.

Terrible customer service. Due to the lack of a check, they refused to return the aquarium, during the 30 days that had not elapsed. A bank statement from a card showing the store number, name and date of purchase is not a document for the store. They refused to issue a duplicate of the check, according to the available information about the purchase, which violated a number of legislative acts. I do not recommend Petco if you value your time, money and do not want to be treated with disdain at the checkout if you decide to return something. Rating -10 stars!!!!

Raven is awesome. Not only did she give me suggestions for my puppy's harness, but she also adjusted it for me and put it on him. She made suggestions for treats, and she told me about the lessons they have at the store for pups. We are signing up tonight with her help.

Clean store, friendly staff. I have an older senior dog who had a bit of an accident and an associate directed me to some papertowels, spray and small bag. They were understanding.The line to check out was smooth. Once the line started getting long additional associates jumped in on the registers. I spent about 10 minutes shopping and about 5 minutes in line with 3 customers in front of me.

The worst Petco! They wouldn't even return a day old goldfish that they sold me sick, just yesterday!! Manager on the duty today Sunday has zero customer service skills! They were willing to lose a long time customer for good, for a $5.99 goldfish! They asked me to bring the receipt, the fish and the sample of the water, which I brought- then the guy turns to me and say, this is not my problem- you have to go back and bring a seperate bottle of water sample with you! Complete retarded requests, when just yesterday they did not mention that to me.The worst Petco and the worst management ever! Lost a long time customer for a $5.99 fish, and I'll make sure everyone knows not to go to this stupid store again.....!Again, ZERO customer service!

Our vet tech was so personable and informative, as well as really nice and understanding. The doctor was super friendly too. Both handled my cat with care and provided a lot of insight regarding his dental care after randomly and mysteriously losing a tooth.

I ordered eye drops for my dog. I called them and confirmed if they have any in stock and how long does it takes to do shipping. Unfortunately, my orders were cancelled without any notification. It’s very disappointing, I have to visit other places to get the eye drops.
