I just took our baby teacup poodle, and I was just amazed of what a pleasurable experience that was. I have been looking for a groomer for a few weeks now since we took home our fur baby. I wanted to just find one that we’ll be happy with to take her regularly in the long term. I’ve called a bunch of places, but didn’t get a good feeling.I was fortunate that Donna called me back and was able to take our puppy the same day. Wow! I am blown away by the service and how good our puppy came out. Our puppy also seemed very happy and no traces of stress when I picked her up. Donna just made me feel good and secure from the start and that our dog is safe with them. The groomer also personally came out and gave me tips on how to maintain our puppy. It was also in a convenient location with plenty of parking spaces.We definitely found our groomer for life! Thanks, Donna and staff. We’ll be seeing you plenty of times in the future.

A caring and loving environment - We took our Yorkie there for 13+ years and unlike the vet, she doesn't mind going to her grooming because of the care she received from the team. Great grooming quality too.

What did you do to my baby!??!💜 She is absolutely gorgeous!!! I have never had any groomers take wonderful care of her until I found you! Your staff is knowledgeable, friendly and caring! I found this place by googling groomers that specializes in her breed and you guys were at the top of the list. Even though there are dumb reviews (and yes, those complaints were ridiculous please don’t pay no mind to it) the owners response is justified and quite frankly I respect her for sticking up to people who don’t have enough sense and find things to gripe about. I hope to one day meet her. Please support a local business that is ran wonderfully! I’m so happy to have been able to finally get my girl in. Thank you all very much! I’m loving her pink ears by the way 😂

I used to come here before it moved. Took my pups for a nail clipping. The guy that clipped my dogs nails was sweet and I could tell he was kind. The reason for the 4 star is because the girl at the front desk has zero personality. Not a friendly greeting and had zero eye contact. She should definitely not be working with the public. Hey I get it. She may have been having a bad day. Don’t care. If you want to work in the service industry then you have to put on that happy face.

After more than a decade, and two Yorkies, I have always had the absolute best experiences at Doggie Avenue. Our Yorkie loves his groomer--and so do we-- and he always looks great after a visit. You can't go wrong with Doggie Avenue.

The place is cute and they have some boutique/home crafted items. They did a decent job with little direction, but they charged $70 for my tiny dog and didn't realize that even with the name "Chica" that she was a girl. I asked them to "cut as short as possible for the summer" and this is the result. They said "he had a great time" and gave Chica a camouflage bandana...but she's a girl. For $70 I expect them to at least get that right. I might try them again because they are small, local, and gave a decent haircut but I can't give them a glowing review.

This place is wonderful! I brought my 6 month old pup to get his first bath and trim, and the entire experience was great. They were so sweet with him and were very prepared to deal with a first timer! They told me they typically reserve 2-3 hours for dogs that are new to grooming, just in case they need multiple breaks along the way. My pup ended up not needing that much time, but so glad they are scheduling to accommodate those possibilities. The cut they gave him was exactly what I asked for and he looked wonderful. When I picked him up he was happy and seemed to have a great experience. Lastly, when I spoke to another customer dropping off his pup, he had nothing but fantastic things to say about Doggie Avenue. It's a really good sign when the customers have so many good things to say!Thank you Doggie Avenue for making my pup's first grooming experience a positive one!!

Just called today to get an estimate on how much to groom my Lab. Girl answered...Girl says ABOUT $80. I said, About? I am calling to find out the price to groom a Lab dog. She pauses and says. OH, it's $80. I could tell she had zero idea how much it really was. Euphoria grooming charges $65. Disregard this over priced place.

They are so great with the dogs and are excellent groomers ! My dog was happy when I picked him up!!! My dog has very long hair and they shaved him perfectly and did an excellent job clipping his black nails !!!

I found these guys on Google, went there for the first time yesterday to get a dog i'm fostering groomed, so i can help the dog find a home. Will was the guy who helped me, he had great customer service, and is a real true animal lover! The dog was scared, he was able to calm her down, gave her treats & pet her. Anyone who works with animals u would expect to be animal lover, but Will is way & beyond. He went as fas as saying he will help me find her a home. THANK U WILL!!!! I will make sure to come to you for service every time. Cookie has never looked better : )

Great groomers! They've taken care of our pooches for a couple years now and we've always had very good, consistent results. They're efficient and do their best to ensure the dogs are as comfortable as possible when we drop them off. They're very good about keeping notes of our past consultations and deliver the same great quality every time. Prices are more than fair for the care they put in.

I am so happy to have found this spot! A neighbor of mine recommended Doggie Avenue and she was right! I got an appointment the same day. The owners are so kind and obviously care a lot about dogs. The shop has a family vibe and so much extra care was given to my dog than I've experienced with other groomers. They took the time to make sure my Louie was comfortable before forcing any grooming and followed up with treats and love. I highly recommend bringing your pup here for a bath and a cut!

This place cares about your dog. We have a 19 Maltese who is deaf. She is doing very well but has lots of tags and has always had a big bulge on her stomach. Yes, we had her checked out and she obviously is fine. I forgot the man's name who greets and checks the dogs in. He is loving, kind and gentle and is very professional. He also recommended cutting Pepsi shorter so that she does not have to come in so often. They also had her done in about 1.5 hrs as they prefer to get the older dogs out first. The store is immaculate and has good parking. It's Burbank and we know the city takes care of the business owners and the residents! I would recommend Doggie Avenue and give it a 10 Star if I could.

Got my Yorkie LiLu's teeth cleaned here the other day. Her teeth look so pearly white and Shaw, the cleaning technician was so gentle and sweet with her and the other pups that came at the same time, made me feel comfortable leaving her with them.My roommate gets her dog groomed here as well, so the service all around isA+++

Great spot for dog grooming.I just adopted a small dog from the shelter and he needed a hair cut.I Called Doggie Ave, the person that answered the phone was very friendly and quoted a price that was very fair and in line with a couple of other places that I called.I looked for a groomer in my area of Sherman oaks or North Hollywood but many places didn't answer or were closed on Monday.I choose doggie Ave in BurbankLuckily for me they had a cancellation and were able to fit me in that day.what sold me was when I came in, I was greeted so nicely. Im a new owner to a long hair dog so this is a new experience for me.It was a pleasure to have someone really listen to what I wanted done to my new dog.They called me just as my dog Sammy was finishing so that he wouldn't have wait in a cage too long.The hair cut shave that I asked for came out awesome!!THANKS!Nice facility, clean smelling, beautiful store with cute dog apparel and toys.I will definitely be back.

Couldn’t be happier! My little girl came home Literally smiling from ear to perfectly trimmed ear! I have a very shy papillon with a mild case of separation anxiety but Will took his time to love her and show her that she’s in good hands before I left. She came out cute as a button and happy as can be. Highly recommend 🐶💕

If I could rate this place a ZERO I would have. My mother-in-law took her small dog here. Normally it takes only a couple hours to groom him, however the last time she was here they had her dog there for several hours and he was in a cage the whole time. He tried to get out of the cage and his paws were so bad she had to take him to the vet! My mother-in-law is too nice, but she should have not only not paid for the groom but she should have called them to get reimbursed for the vet visit. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! They obviously don't care much about the dogs or about their human clients.

Ever since Will left it has been a horrible experience! I have been taking my baby there for 13 years.I took him there last week and it took 3 hours! It has never taken that long,and further more when I called to see what was taking so long nobody answered the phone.They said it was different management! Obviously, because prices went up and shampoo is very smelly! My baby came home nervous and throwing up. I will never take my baby back there!

Doggie Avenue is a great place to bring your pet(s) for grooming. My dog is a mini Schnauzer and can be a bit of a talker... Will is usually at the front desk when we arrive. Somehow, within the first couple of minutes of seeing her he is able work his magic to make her calm and happy in a place where no animal wants to be. For years I went to PetSmart, and I found time and time again my dog wasn't being care for or looked after the way I'd like. It would take 4-6 hours for them to complete a cut and bath. With Doggie Ave my dog is usually home within 2 -3 hours. So, if you are looking for a local business feel, that does a great job caring for and trimming your pet, and doesn't break the bank, Doggie Ave is the place.

Will never go here again. I came here with my mom and our two dogs and the owner was racist. When another costumer walked in that was of a lighter skin color, he "whispered" to her to keep her dog away from ours. Our pets healthy! Won't come here again besides we found another place that is friendly and it isn't expensive.

Doggie Ave. is the only place I would ever take my dogs or my client's dogs. They go far beyond being groomers. They care about the dogs. They are knowledgeable and also loving. Max was a mess. His owner had been ill for months. Doggie Ave to the rescue! I walked in with Max and when I came back a few hours later Will was sitting on the floor with a dog and we started talking about Max and all of the sudden it dawns on me the dog with Will was little Max! He was so clean and his hair had been cut so nicely I didn't recognize him. What a handsome little guy Max was under all of his dirt and hair balls. Doggie Ave and the ppl there are my favorite and like I said I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else

I have been bring my lil pup to Doggie Avenue for years! They always remember me and my dog and how I like to have him cut. My dog loves going there and struts his stuff after he leaves because even he knows he looks good! LOVE and HIGHLY recommend Doggie Avenue.
