Just found this place after trying to find Purina Pro Plan Cat food and they had it! It stock price was better than Petco. Staff were very friendly and helpful! They have all the major brands and a good selection of toys and supplies! This is now my new go to Pet Food Store!

I am so happy to have found a small biz in burbank that caters to the community. I love to shop here always, I never buy from petco, petsmarts at all. I support c&c for our dog and hamster and the Staff is kind and knowledgeable and I love their reward system and all their dog treats and products so much more affordable than your favorite big Corp store out there. Come here, parking is perfect and it's clean and nice.

They carry a nice variety of pet supplies. The employee was very friendly and the prices are ok when you compare it to any other retail. They have some kind of loyalty rewards program where you can get 2% back on store credit.

I love C & C Pet Supply. The girl working in there @ the cash register today was very nice and helpful, there was fun music playing, I was able to get the largest bag of Swheat Scoop litter that I like to use, & my friend found the bag of dog food that she needed to get. It was a very successful pet supply run at my favorite pet supply store.

I have notived a decline in customer service and courtesy at this business. I have been coming here since 2004. My last visit involved a young man at the register who it seemed was asleep. He was there by himself on Tuesday Oct 25. I was looking for a cat toy. When I finally got his attention, he yawned right in my face. On top of that he did not even cover his mouth. Who wants to look down his ugly mouth when you are trying to get assistance. I walked right out. It seems the owners should be aware of the rude behavior of their staff

I'm so glad that I found this place, and I wish I'd found it sooner!I'm one of those "my cats eat better food than I do" people. I reevaluate their diet once or twice a year based on their needs and preferences. It is kind of a let-down to buy a case of bourgie cat food from Chewy only to find that my kids don't like it.I have found so many excellent brands at C&C and it has made life a lot easier for me and the cats. The location looks small but they use the space wisely. The parking also looks small but it hasn't been an issue for me yet. Their prices are comparable to what you would pay online, so support a small business and check this place out!!

We shop here a lot. They have a large variety of food, toys, and supplies for our 2 dogs and 5 cats and the prices are good compared with the other local name brand pet stores and even online. We like supporting a locally owned and operated pet store and appreciate the service we always get when we go there. We also appreciate the extended hours as it makes it easy to go after dinner or on the weekends.

Great customer service. The guy did his best trying to help me find the supplies to help keep a kitten i found under the hood of my truck. Very friendly and did his best to answer any question i had. Parking is awkward, but there are a decent amount of spots off of the crowded street. Just watch your step, seen a few stumble on the handicapped ramp trying to enter the store.

Everyone here is SO helpful. Whenever I've got a car full of family members, they're willing to complete the transaction over the phone and deliver to me out on the curb. AMAZING. They have a 2% back rewards program. No gimmicks. Will support them over major pet stores all day long.

They have plenty of pet food products. I don't really see where the products for less part in the name can be justified. If u live in the neighborhood n it's the closes to u for something u need for ur pet, it's a great stop. Otherwise, u can get the same stuff somewhere else for less

We have a cat and a dog that always need to eat and poop and play. We come to C&C for all of our pet needs. The prices are about the same as the other pet shops in Burbank. What stands out for us is the customer service and personal touch the employees at C&C give us. It really makes us feel like our business is desired and that the employees enjoy their jobs. We find most everything we need here. I even had a hamster a couple years ago and they had supplies for him. I would highly recommend coming here for your pet supplies. There is ample parking, froyo next door and a grocery store as well. Oh and now a Starbucks. So, to wrap up: Great store, awesome employees, excellent location and ample parking.

When did pet snacks become so $$$???This store is good but they don’t have Hills prescription foods so I have to go to Petco.
