Wow, this place is great. I wish I had more room to put in some more tanks. They have so many cool reptiles and great fish options.The tanks are amazingly clean, the fish and animals look super healthy, and you can tell they love what they do.They even board reptiles!Added to my list.

This place is like the puppy mill of reptiles. Some of their reptiles are very sickly and still being cohabited. Pretty sure that Uromastyx is dead. Also, according to one of the employees the cages with receipts are animals being boarded, so I’m guessing they’re boarding people’s pets with their own stock? My stomach really sank when I saw a baby bearded dragon being cohabited with an entirely different species. DO NOT support this place PLEASE.

Bought two fabulous frogs, the staff was so helpful as we put together a whole environment. They are very happy and fun new pets. My daughter loves them and they are exactly what she wanted.

I want to love it because there are so few amphibian and reptile stores. Unfortunately, I have not had good luck here. I have to track down help and then I get inaccurate info about the animals. Purchased 4 frogs and 3 of them died within a week. Frustrating that the employees don't really know much about the animals they are selling.

The whole family thought the store was impressive. HUGE variety of pets. Lots of reptiles and snakes (I almost wanted to buy the fat bearded dragon and that's so not like me) the associates are friendly and helpful and don't push you to purchase anything. A+++

Definitely best exotic pet store in north/northeast Los Angeles county. My animals are still alive and healthy. (Please always research whichever animal you're considering buying to see if it's right for you to make sure the animal has a FOREVER home.)

I came to get some crickets for my new baby bearded dragon. The staff was ver helpful and knowledgeable. They even set up my cricket keeper for me! It was very clean and they had a great selection of items. Only downside was a few things are way over priced. A ceramic heat bulb here was $30 when you can get a pack of 2 for $13 on Amazon. Other than that, this place is great!

I cannot say enough good things about this place, and the wonderful people that work there. They are super super knowledgeable (almost like having veterinarians to consult with) and are professional, kind, and helpful in every way. By far the best place to go to for any of your needs that they serve. GREAT place.

Great pet store, has a huge variety of exotic pets. Service is very helpful and friendly. My only concern is animal/customer safety. The guinea pigs are kept in low, open-top cages (children can easily reach in) and some conures are kept out on a branch rather than in a cage.

It’s a hit and miss with the employees being helpful but so far I’ve met only one that isn’t great, he’s okay. Even the owner is awesome.They know so much about the animals they have and helped me with my rescue snake so much. Saved me few bucks of exotic animal vet visits! If you know you know! ☠️$☠️I want to thank one employee in particular who is always helpful and if you go in make sure you ask for him, his name is Josh. And he kinda is like, super smart about reptiles and really goes above and beyond. I just wish they wouldn’t keep the damn insects at the checkout portion. I scratch my skin off all the way home thinking there’s a damn tarantula on my arm. Def recommend this store!

This place is awesome! The birds are out of their cages, there was a giant turtle walking around the store and they have really cool lizards and snakes. If you're into those sorts or critters this is definitely a place to check out!

Highly recommend!I'm a beginner In the aquarium world. I watched a lot of videos on social media. unfortunately, I lost a couple of fish and never got my tank cycled. I’ve been to different aquarium stores.Long story short, The staff is knowledgeable and helped me a lot with how to take care of my fish and the tank. Just in very simple ways. I learned a lot from them.

It’s a nice environment with lots of different animals and supplies for sell. There’s this one short guy with glasses who is kind of cocky and doesn’t really answer questions. He kind of just looks at you like “really”. They are also expensive but the quality is good. I highly recommend this place but beware of the short guy with glasses. Just ask someone else questions if you have any.

In all honesty I didn't go to the shop to buy any pets or pet supplies. I went with my son to see the pets. Lots of reptiles - some large specimens of snakes, which are amazing to look at.

This store is great if you need reptile or aquarium supplies or are looking to add some new reptile, amphibian, or fish friends to your family. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They will help you find what you need for your current pets or any animals you are bringing home.

Cute animals but honestly I don't think they are quite up to code in terms of animal care. I used to work at an exotic animal sanctuary so I'm not commenting on a baseless opinion. Some of these animals don't have enough room and one of the birds looked absolutely neglected. It was really sad. But I guess if you're looking for a challenge. Buy an animal and see if you can bring them back to health. It's honestly a 50/50 flip if it survives. Only saying this because I worked with all types of exotic animals. From failed neck lizards geckos, and scorpians, to wolves and a zebra with an attitude.. I know how animals should be cared for and I see this location to care more about the quantity of their animals over the quality of their animals. I hope they change. I'm aware pet stores are not always easy to stay in business and corners are commonly cut, but don't do it just so you can make more money. Your no better than a person that abandons a dog on the side of the road

Amazing experience, staff and owner working as a one person. You can’t fella deference between them. And most important they really know how what and when you have to get food, essentials and everything that you need for your pets. They are not trying to just sale everything that you might think is good for tour pet. Ask everything that you want to know, and they will more then happy to help you with your questions.
