This place went out of business without warning or notice to anyone and their socials are still up with no updates.Really disappointed by this, I had a loyalty program with them and now I can't do anything with it. Shameful...

Previously had a good experience . I’ve shopped there many times and got my animals vaxed there . This last vaccine clinic the store was packed and it was super hot inside both dogs and people were suffering from the heat and it was a long wait . I asked and was told the owner said no air conditioning was allowed on and no doors open . I guess some one finally complained loudly enough they consented to opening a door . Save money on air conditioning when there’s one or two people in your store for a few minutes not when it’s packed for hours ! Probabably should have left but packing up animals and taking them is a process in itself . . Never again if this is current owner’s attitude towards customers and employees .

If you have pets you should try this shop. Their product lines are vetted and generally better to give your critter. But if you have a pet with special needs or prefer a specific brand it can be ordered for you and at a competitive price.Here are a few excellent incentives. They keep track of my dog food and I get a free one after I've purchased 10. I also signed up for their VIP Bonus Card. A percentage of my purchases accumulates until I reach $20 which I can then spend. I can also get a discount when I pay with cash. A customer trifecta!Remember - don't assume. Ask businesses if you have questions before you make a decision. Let them know if you have suggestions or comments. It's much more convenient and gratifying to shop local.

Have only met one employee who works in the evenings but she has been soooo awesome both over the phone and in person. The first time my partner and I went in person, we forgot what we went in for (so silly) and after the helper got us talking, she recognized my partner's voice (from a previous phone call) and pointed us to the stuff we were looking for (what a life saver!!!!).

Best customer service each time I go. The girls who rotate the registers are sweet and knowledgeable as can be. I've never once left buying a product from them I feel unsure about. they have cat adoptions on the weekends and low cast vaccine clinics so it's a really versatile place for all pet needs. I've been going for the last five years and live nearby. If I didn't live in Burbank, I'd still go to these folks. 100% recommend!!

My beloved Doberman died almost 13 years old and my heart is broken losing my best friend. I'm getting a Dobie pup and the awesome girl working there was so nice and helpful.she gave me some samples for food. Great place to go. They aren't a huge store but they have the most and best things for all animals and birds. I like buying there.

Really great selection of products, especially for dogs. I've been going to Centinelas for a while and just walked into this store out of curiosity and was surprised at how competitive the tiny store was to the much bigger Centinelas. They have always had a cheery attendant at the register and I really like the small and local vibe.

Cute mom & pop pet shop. You'll be greeted by super cool employees, and a very friendly bird, named Romeo. Say hello to Romeo, but don't stick your finger in his cage--he may bite. I get my cat's favorite Go Cat brand toys.

People of Burbank and surrounding cities, support your local small business establishments. Great place to buy pet products for fido. And for goodness sake, don't pet the talking parrot...i mean really, the sign says "I bite" and people still stick their hands in the cage. I wonder if this is part of Charles Darwin theory that the dumb will not live long...but seriously, support your local business

There are many pet stores,but Burbank pet plaza is the best. Always I get the best advices I need about my pets
