This was my first time getting my dog groomed here and I was satisfied in many ways.However, the price is a little expensive... I think I'll have to get my hair done once every 5-6 weeks, so I wish the price was a little cheaper.More than anything, I liked that my dog seemed to have less stress when getting groomed.

I love bringing my dog here to get groomed since she doesn’t let me do it and my groomer Kara gets along with her well and she doesn’t let just anyone touch her so for her to trust Kara says something about the way she has a connection with animals

I was recommended to the Petco Grooming services through a family member when I mentioned Valentine’s dewclaw was extremely overgrown. I called ahead, since it was my first time, and was greeting very kindly and given all the information I requested a long with an appointment that same day. When I came to the store Brianna made feel really welcomed and part of the Petco Family. She answered all my questions and concerns very efficiently and professionally. I am very grateful for Brianna and the service she provided with a bath and nail buffing, she recommended over the nail trim because she noticed his nail veins are really long and I forgot to mention at the moment. She also was able to buff his dewclaw which I am also very thankful for. He came home smelling great and was really happy as well. Thank you very much Brianna! & Thank you Petco for your grooming services! I plan on bringing him back and possibly my other pets as well.

I took my puppy here to get groomed for the first time ( just a basic bath and nail trim), I get a call 20 minutes later to pick him up immediately & that they couldn’t complete the service.. I get to the shop and they had not even given him a full bath yet. Their excuse was that he was getting too aggressive but when I got there he was just jumping, as expected from a 6 month old husky. You would think they would be able to handle all types of dogs and be able to “fit their needs” as stated online. At the end of all that, they banned my pup from being groomed at that location. I ended up taking him home and within 30 minutes I was able to give him a proper bath. This was very unprofessional, to say the least. If these employees can’t properly groom then it is time for this location to hire people that are capable of grooming energetic puppies, older dogs, and every other type of dog in between.

Harry’s haircut is perfect, his face could have been a little bit shorter. Otherwise, all is perfect! Toenails done, teeth brushed, facial done. Harry smelled pretty bad when he was brought in and smelled pretty good coming out. Harry looks fantastic and he is feeling pretty proud of himself. Very satisfied with this grooming salon visit. Jade is pretty, all fluffy and clean. I had such a great caring groomer our previous visit, I was expecting the same today. My only constructive criticism would be equal customer service training for all groomers. ❤

I’ve been here before and they seemed ok.But I called and made an appointment. Then my wife gets there with the two dogs and they turn her away saying the appointment was for an hour earlier! I wrote it down when talking to the scheduler. I remember the conversation. We arranged the whole day around getting these new rescue Shepards groomed. They made the mistake. We were early for the appointment and now on top of the list of things to do we are out back washing dogs. :/. I called and got a runaround he-said-she-said from the grooming manager. They said they called, but I have no message on my phone. And got call-dropped/no answer from the store manager. I like the store, but if you use the groomer, better call and verify your appointments.

Samantha is a great groomer she got to know my Bailey, a sheltie, who has a ton of fur and he doesn't like the blow dryer but she always is so patient with him and is gorgeous when he's done. People in the store stop us and tell me how beautiful he is.

I was able to schedule an appointment online, they were ready when I dropped her off, and I love the personalized note about how it went when I picked her up. They also gave me recommendations of what services might be good for my dog next time and the reasons why they were good. Very helpful.

Grooming by Elza is always wonderful for my two dogs; my dogs love her and trust her. Elza is the only reason why I patronize this particular PETCO even though I've moved out of the area years ago.
