Prices are sky high, but Eileen was very kind and knowledgeable regarding my questions about cash back - you can't get it from self checkout, and you can't get it using tap-to-pay. Good to know!Also, the pharmacy is lightning fast and very helpful.

This pharmacy barely rates one star. Every single time I go to pick up my meds it’s not ready. I’ve been given every stupid reason in the book. Usually they tell me it’s not quite ready yet. How can that be when my doctor sent it over electronically two days earlier. It’s taken two days to fill a script and now it’s gonna be ready in ten or 15 minutes??? Ive called and requested they refill it over their automated phone service and still get some crazy answer that my doctor hasn’t approved the refill when my bottle says I have two refills left. It’s one excuse after another with this place. If you’re looking for the worst service come here. After a handful of tries with this pharmacy that is conveniently located for me I will be switching. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!

Pharmacy people can be rude, incorrect. Today had too call 3X on hold 30 min finally called up front he was rude and incompetent saying I can try and put you thru after 40 rings hung up. Hey got on loudspeaker pharmacy pick up line 3. So finally 3rd time called as a health care provider picked up within seconds. Lady so rude then she says E- script not on file. After my Dr office called get text to pick up.Well I live 30miles and ran my errands today now have to go back tomorrow. I deal with CVS pharmacy every month. The store in Buellton California used to be way better. To have to wait 30 min at a time then your system cuts me off. Rarely do I give a 1 star.

Cashiers continued to talk to each other the entire time I was being helped, the older cashier sighed when she had to ring up my daughters lollipop, like she was annoyed. I was not offered a bag- even tho I had multiple items & when my transaction was through, she turned her back to me- then realized my stuff was still on her side of the counter & just pushed it towards me & continued her conversation w/ the other worker!! Bad customer service. I prefer the Solvang location. Would not recommend.

I was ready to pay for some over the counter medicine when the cashier gave me an attitude because I do not have a CVS card. Usually other places will just give you the "discount" anyways , but she told me if any of my products had a discount she was not giving me unless I made a card. It was all said in a rude manner and I said that I was not going to buy any of the products. I went to Albertsons next door and got everything I needed and got a discount without nobody asking me for my card. Never again. CVS.

I've tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt, but they're just an unhelpful and unfriendly pharmacy. A word of advice to management --- When people come to you, and they're sick and you're in the business of dispensing medicine --- it's incumbent upon you to be nice. Most of us don't feel well and don't need attitude or snippyness. If you can't be nice to sick people --- find another line of work.

On Friday the, 23rd when we went to CVS this guy was sooooooo rude to this elderly man and made him go to the back of us and wait even though he was before us and he was just asking him a question about his medication I think it was. But the guy that worked there I guess the elderly man asked a mail guy and did not know that he wasn't a worker and asked him about his medication and the worker saied sooooo very snooty did you not know he is not a worker here oh my god and rolled his eyes and was talking very bad about the man and we about threw our stuff down and walked out that is not how a store should talk about their customers like that. And we will not go back to the CVS in buellton from now on until that man is fired or something. And their employees should work on their customer service. It almost made me cry when I saw that worker be very mean to that elderly man.

Against my specialist doctor's orders this pharmacy has began to close active prescriptions and alter thet onesdones thatithat they haven't closed. There is something really wrong going on at this pharmacy lately.
