Doug at the cashier was extremely rude. If this review means anything, I’ll be happy to elaborate. He tried to remedy the situation after he saw me visibly upset. I’ve worked in customer service and it’s not for everybody. Just quit if you’re unhappy. Only reason I gave two stars is because the employee that actually helped me was very nice.

It's a very big Albertsons that has a lot of different departments. The liquor selection is large and they have plenty of stuff for picnicking or camping.

This our first time shopping at this Albertsons supermarket in Bueliton,CA. While we in our mini vacation this Albertsons is very nice and clean and well organized with friendly and knowledgeable staff knowing where each items are at. We went the Deli to get some fried chicken they were very friendly at the counter. We got everything we need went to the checkout the were fast,friendly we enjoy shopping at this Albertsons.

Organized and well maintained, I shopped from here because the proce in Solvang store is so expensive like one small water bottle costs 4.25$. So consider this store is favorite one when you come to Solvang because it is not far from the town only 7 minutes.

I was impressed yesterday by one of cashiers. His name is Justin. He treated everyone in the line not less than the Royal Family. Very impressive! I know how hard to find a passionate employee, but you’ve got at least one. Great job!

Wow don’t go when they open on a Saturday front people are not even at front door to open first off then by the time they open it’s 5:15am supposed to open at 5am then when I’m trying to checkout self checkout it makes me ask for assistance on half and half. She was then at Starbucks getting a drink on the clock must be nice. This place don’t wanna work or think of customers.

This Albertsons is large and clean. Aisles are clearly labeled and most items are easy to find. Produce is generally nice here. Checking out is ok...there are a few lanes open throughout the day, but tend to back up in the evenings. A better choice is to self check your items. Parking is ready as the lot is quite large.

I no longer shop here because the produce meat and variety items only gear to White America. There are very few ethnic varieties and if you purchase those items they are extremely overpriced unlike if you were to go to Super King Vallarta 99 ranch or some Asian markets The prices are many times better plus the turnover is quick so no spoils. I might have to travel further but it's well worth it

Yikes! Bring gold bars if you shop here, the place is crazy expensive. Maybe because it's way out in Solvang, but I wasn't expecting those prices. The store is clean and orderly, and the staff I dealt with were helpful and friendly.

I don't go into this Albertsons very often. However, this last experience forces me to give a medium rating. A young employee in the deli gave me a poorly cooked fried piece of chicken. On top of this, he was hitting on me rather than paying attention to the piece of chicken he gave me. This resulted in me getting sick to my stomach and I got my money back for the whole thing but now I don't feel very strongly about going here

Friendly staff. Everyone here seems nice as well. Love that they sanitize the carts when they're collected as well as when you walk into the store. A lady in front of me tried to walk in without a mask and they denied her entrance until she put one on. Store is clean and well organized.

My experience with, ISABEL in the bakery was beyond rude and her horrible attitude she then damaged the cake while boxing it.!!!! I choose from the cake case, so she shoved it into a box much too small for cake. Had even more attitude when I expressed she damaged the cake, I was purchasing. She resents she is not the cake decorator, she explained!!!!!!So she doesn’t know anything about the bakery, she explained!!!!! Her attitude was horrible and I think she needs to find a different job where she is not helping customers. Horrible service and attitude.Customer service is not ISABEL’s strong attribute!!!!!! So disappointed !!!!!!!Cake was damaged by her lack of effort to her job and attitude !!!!!!!!!

Greatest ever! The wine department guy in charge was so helpful when I called to ask that a case of my favorite wine be held for me not just once but twice and considering it was just before thanksgiving I thought it was extremely considerate and kind. 😊

Please don’t ever go here. Too expensive, everything is put on sale but is still twice as much as anywhere else. There is two totals, one if your payment is with EBT and one without. EBT price is 30% less. So you have to pay more because they think you have the money. My bill for less than 10 items was $188. I left the store. Also, the self checkout doesn’t scan and always errors saying you have something in the baggage area. Run as far away from this place as you can.

Great experience. Love the plastic bags. You have to pay 10¢ for them, but one bag held three, two liter bottles of soda pop and didn't break or even come apart. So they are sturdy and durable. Otherwise, checkout was reasonable and I found everything I needed.

Nice new store, but a little hard to navigate. Well stocked. Decent prices. Phone number is not always recorded for gas points with the new registers, check your receipts to make sure. You have to call in to have it corrected, they won't or can't correct it at the store. Very annoying. A lot of new employees, some very nice, others not so much.

Great store overall. But, you have to watch when things are ringing up or check your receipt. Some times sale items or app items have not been put into their computers. One time I got back $25.00 because of it. Still good.9/1 same 11/9 still good 1/13/23 Same 3/22/23 Same 5/23

Very busy today. Some people were nice. The workers very helpful. Especially Kevin!!Was very disappointed that there were customers not wearing masks!!! Your store needs to tell all customers to wear masks!! If they don't, they need to leave the store for EVERYONE'S protection!!

I love this store! Many friendly people which means they are managed well!! The store is laid out nicely and as well stocked as they can be in these Covid 19 times. The produce dept is the bomb. I appreciate everyone's hard work in keeping the store nice which makes for a fantastic shopping experience!08302022Still awesome! And now they offer drive up and go which is a God send for us easily distracted people. The Albertsons shopping app and the shoppers keep getting better! Thank you for this luxury addition to an already fantastic store!!

Okay, lemme start off by saying, this store is the best around this valley! Their customer service/assistance is immaculate. Everyone is very friendly, especially one of the workers named Francisco. He is truly one of a kind worker. He will tell you where everything is, especially the alcohol! Really recommend this store if you're trying to get your kitchen needs. Once again, very great place and very friendly workers. P.S. if you see Francisco around, please let him guide you around this store and get him paid more!

Great location, always kinda busy, I believe it's the older store model but always well stocked and the people are great! Very small town feel. This store also has the advantage of a Starbucks and Wells Fargo inside...truly a one stop shop.

Edit: they’re trying their best. It’s the only big box store in the area, so give it a shot. It can be slow during peak hours, so avoid that and you’re all good. Wine section looks nice, have random selection of local ones.

A large clean supermarket with really nice produce. The staff was friendly and helpful. I found everything I needed, and a few other things quickly and easily. My only complaint is that I couldn't find a place to leave my bicycle that was secure.
