Updates: the jerky has changed. Very soft and fatty. Molded after a week or so. I guess the search for good jerky has started again. Original review: I hate soft over tenderized fake beef jerky. With that said, I absolutely LOVE Tuff Stuff jerky. I have it sent to me monthly. Try this stuff and I’m sure you be getting more!!

The beef jerky is still pretty good. I like that they use all natural ingredients but I really liked the old recipe. I know they have changed owners over the past few years but I was hoping they would keep the same recipe. They did not. The old style was much drier and not as salty. This new stuff is more like the commercially available stuff, too moist and way too salty. Bring back the old recipe please!!

Had this jerky for the first time and omg it was super delicious! Nice and soft. It was perfect. If you run across this little gem make sure you get you some jerky

EDIT: Joan reached out, apparently my email went to spam and my order went through the previous site which caused the delay in the first place. She sent my order and I received it as well as some extras they put in to make up for the trouble. I appreciate that they tried to make things right after learning of the issue, so I bumped up my review by from 1 to 4 stars.OLD REVIEW: I ordered something from them more than a month ago. They charged my card. It was never sent. I emailed them on their contact form. They never got back. I sent another email via the contact form. No response. I called. They said they don't handle online orders and to send an email to Joan, I did, she didn't get back. Basically they will take your money and not send anything. It looks like I'm not the only person who had this problem.

They have done away with the one pound bags which is the only way I could afford to have tuffstuff jerky in my life. Sad. End of an era for me. Otherwise an outstanding product, maybe just getting greedy? Unsure, but I shall miss this product in my life.

Placed an order online. It never arrived. Called to check on my delivery 3 times and no one called me back. Finally spoke to someone who could help. THey had never fulfilled my order. Then they said they would send it overnight. It was a No Show! Shame on them

They did raise their prices by decreasing the weight in their bags from 4oz. To 3.5 oz. But they are still a great local business with a great product.
