Went in Sunday Feb 17th and found majority of sizes and brand have been cut out. No size on price tag either so I asked and girl at counter says yeah we cut them out. How are you to know the size if they cut it out. ?? She says we cut some and others are not. So weird and I left cute stuff behind bc I didn't know size. Wont go back.

They are too picky. After not donating for years due to their turn, away of decent furniture and clothing, I decided to Take two and tables and two lamps yesterday. One of the tables had a scuffmark on the top and they refused to take it- even though it was an excellent condition otherwise. Never again!

This is a great thrift store. They have great prices, you can find furniture, clothing, kitchen ware , lamps and many more goodies. The store is nice and clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Look at the glass cases for "fancy" stuff and come with time to browse.**PLEASE NEXT TIME DONATE HERE instead of "Greedwill" , St. VPS actually supports local communities and help people get back on their feet by providing financial grants and jobs **

Very clean store in Brentwood. Decent dressing rooms. Large, mirror, plenty of room, plenty of hooks. The clothes were a step above most thrift stores I've been to. We got brand new clothing with original tags. Most prices were very good. And when you go into the store check out the discounts on different colored price tags. Also, senior discount every day! The staff was super nice and helpful. I will be back!

We tried to donate a household of GOOD QUALITY furniture plus household goods, and were greeted by a VERY UNFRIENDLY lady asking us "what did you bring?" she was just overall RUDE. They then proceeded to open the boxes that we brought instead of just taking our donations. They picked through the items which I have never seen in a charity establishment. I had been warned that St. Vincent was very choosy, but we didn't even get to that part, we were just turned down flat. UNHEARD OF in my entire adult life. So much for trying to do good. I will never try support this organization again. Staff were suspicious, unhelpful and overall unpleasant.

Good deed gone wrong. Tried dropping off sporting good items, electronics, and some household goods - 4 employees had to come over to review each item. They questioned us about the items, and made the whole thing awkward, very slow, and unnecessary. Worst donation experience ever. Never again.

Well stocked thrift store and the employees are all kind, especially the gentleman who works around 3pm some days. I encounter him and he always remembers me and asks how I’ve been. Some things can be a bit pricey but good deals on the dvds, cds, and vhs. They’ve got daily discounts on items based on their color tag, and carry a solid amount of name brand clothing at a decent price. Definitely my go to thrift store in the area. 4 stars because it seems like no matter what time I go to donate, their donation center is full, which is kind of a bummer.

Not a place to donate. Twice I called ahead of time to make sure certain items would be accepted. Got the car all loaded up and was told no when I got there. They were sellable items, not damaged in any way. (actually they never even looked at them). Obviously there is no communication between the front of the store and the back where donations are taken in. I would advise to donate to Goodwill or Ameri an Cancer Society. I have found them to be more dependable.

I will not be going there again employees were very rude and eyes were being rolled after every question I asked even about seniors discount , employee also had a head full of head life they were plain to see , I don't understand why they would allow that in store, I called store many times to report this but never got threw

Extremely RUDE petite older black lady employee who needs to be let go. I refuse to support a place with employees that harasses customers for not seeing a sign. When an accident happens like not reading a sign I should Not be approached with hostility anf harassed as I continue to shop and then followed out to my car when all a did was not read a sign that says the bathroom isn't public.

The staff helped me find exactly what I wanted, they even went into the back to help me hunt for music. Great deals in a new store, makes the Brentwood St. Vincent de Paul my favorite thrift store.
