This is my 2nd review for Shear Canine! We just adore Jamie and her team! We've been taking our 2 pups to Shear Canine for grooming for a few years. Our 15 year old poodle mix recently had some serious health issues, however she still needs to be groomed. I reached out to Jamie, hoping there were accommodations for senior pups with anxiety and or health conditions. Jamie was happy to accommodate our sweet girl! We're so grateful for the kind hearts and amazing staff at Shear Canine!

My dog has a lot of anxiety and it’s been really hard to find a groomer where he feels comfortable. He loves it here! The staff is really friendly and do such a great job. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

My dog Mia is so excited when we tell her she’s going to get a bath. We love the open space for the dogs while they are waiting, she gets to play with other dogs instead of being in a crate. Mia looks and smells wonderful. People that works there is very friendly and professional.

We take both of our dogs there and they love it. They happily run in and anxiously wait till they can get in to play with the other dogs. We see Heather and Jaime and they are wonderful and professional

This is the best groomer my dog has been to in her 7 years of living. They are friendly, professional, good at their craft, and make sure my dog is well taken care of. Their communication is excellent! Rookie is always excited to come here and I am very appreciative of the staff’s care for Rookie!!

Quick, efficient; very welcoming; no trauma at all to fur baby. Loved that they allow dogs to run freely in the center of the room once done with staff. Great socialization & play opportunity. Can feel the warmth & care.

A wonderful shop! I love that they don't cage dogs waiting to be groomed. I took my recently adopted miniature schnauzer who really needed professional help! He looked great upon pickup and had gun with the other dogs there. Highly recommend Shear Canine🐕🤗

Jamie was professional, friendly and took the time to explain their services. I had not taken our dog to a groomer in over a year, I just did not feel comfortable with the places I came across or they weren’t available. Despite our dog not being very cooperative, Jamie did an awesome job, he looked amazing! Nice and fresh. I would highly recommend Shear Canine.

I’ve been going here since they opened and couldn’t be happier. This is the best dog grooming place EVER!! I think the best judge of this business would be my dog - and he is wagging his tail when we walk him in and still wagging it when we pick him up!! And, he always comes home looking and smelling beautiful!

My dog jumped out of our backseat and didn’t wait for me to help her. She landed and pulled out two toenails. I felt awful for the mess in the parking lot and the street. They were so helpful. They brought my old beagle in cleaned her paw and inspected it. I was so grateful for their help. I felt like I was at a Vet office not a pet groomer. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I was able to leave my other dog for full pet grooming , but I took my beagle home and called the vet. My beagle is fine and now they squeezed her in for her bathing the next day. This place was amazing!!!

Excellent service, I called kind of last minute, they accommodated me immediately.. I have a tea cup poodle and was concerned because of his size and didn't know if there was someone experience with trimming this size of a dog...I was so wrong, the owner groomed my "baby" beautifully and provided exceptional service, they have a client long term! Thank you!

We literally take our golden here because they are the best we’ve found so far. And we live in Ventura County. Can’t seem to find a decent groomer where we live. So we visit our family and the pup visits this amazing groomer.
