Once I accepted their quote he went about his way implementing the various treatments that he has explained to me during the initial estimate. After he completed all the work he shared with me further details about other offerings and what to do should I encounter any issues. This is my first time writing the review as I think other customers should be careful when hiring this company. I regretted that I requested service from them and think that it is so unwise that I signed the agreement without asking them to list all services that they will perform on the initial service because I trusted them as a well unknown company. They gave the quote and verbally promised that they fix certain things but they did not do the tasks that they promised. That’s their trick, on the agreement, they put the right price as we discussed but did not list what services they will provide. So I recommended whoever plans to hire them, ask them list what exactly what they will do for you. Good luck.

I love Orkin and Jimmy really tries and a great listener. Some of their services need better coordination with their partners. Again they try and that is why I like Orkin. I wish they were better problem solvers. I never use insurance but it might have something to do with their pricing structure and their resistance to serve non insurance service. Bottom line is I have been a long time cash paying customer. Just service, no claims. My issue is Carpenter Bees which are wood infesting, yellow jackets which involves finding the nest proactively, and rodent/insulation remediation with a competitive pricing, not double the price.

All I can say is that I couldn’t survive without Orkin! I live in a somewhat rural setting where there are lots of bugs and critters, and my house is very old, so the service they provide is extremely protective and essential to me. My current service rep is great! He’s very communicative, which I appreciate, and I feel like he strives to make me satisfied with his service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know.

Steven Was great. Very informative and I loved that he called when he was finished to let me know he closed the gates for the dogs. We’ve had issues with other orkin technicians forgetting to close the gates in the past. Very satisfied with his services today.

Orkin is sadly terribly inconsistent. They do not consistently show up when they say they will, nor do they show up with all the tools needed to complete the job. Unfortunately, there’s just limited choices in our area so we keep the service. Not sure it’s worth it, just so that we have quarterly sprays. Orkin definitely needs to step up and figure out how to deliver great service to their patrons I would not recommend them as a service provider to anyone who expects a job well done.

My family, friends, etc. From the time I called to just get set up and started, the customer service was excellent, very professional, compassionate, knowledgeable, patient, and explained everything very clearly. Handled my ant issue after a different pest company strung me along for a year! My technician is amazing and goes above and beyond, he is careful around my pets and plants. He found termites and arranged for a more detailed inspection at no cost to me! Luckily it was not a big thing just needed to toss wood but I felt reassured by the due diligence - dump your old company and stick to the pros at Orkin

Pretty disappointed with my first initial visit. When I called to schedule an appointment, the scheduling coordinator informed me that there was a promotion going on in my area for $133, he failed to mention it’s $133 per month if you sign a year contract. He also forgot to put in my appointment notes that I requested for eco friendly and pet friendly repellent, so when the technician came to my house, he did not have pet friendly repellent and had to wait for another technician to drop off some pet friendly repellent. I also noted that I wanted indoor and outdoor services for my visit and the indoor service was not noted or communicated to my tech. My tech spent quite some time writing up a new invoice. Then the other technician dropped off the pet friendly repellent, him and the other tech had lunch together in front of my house before starting the service. All reviewing and signing the new invoice, my new total price for the service came out to be $300. There’s still a bunch of ants outside and inside of my house. Needless to say, I’m pretty disappointed with my first service with Orkin, I’m hoping the follow up appointment will be more professional and equipped.Services: Bug & insect extermination, Ant extermination

Technician showed up ahead of scheduled time and performed the services and listened to my concerns prior to starting and during the visit. The technician was very friendly and informative about the things that we discussed.Services: Spider extermination, Mosquito extermination, Bee extermination
