Dutch Bros Coffee is a must try if you’re in the area! Their Caramelizer is a delicious blend of smooth caramel and rich chocolate, making for the perfect pick-me-up. The super friendly staff and great atmosphere make for an unforgettable experience. They should add a few chairs and tables outside for more people. Also the trash was overflowing.Wait is long (about 10 min for 1 drink). It’s not faster to order at the window so just stay in your car. BEWARE: THEY STEAL MONEY FROM YOU HERE! I have had this issue MULTIPLE times! When they ask whether or not you want to tip and you say no, be CAREFUL - I’ve had MORE THAN ONE worker add on a dollar or two tip onto my total WITHOUT my permission! I just confirmed they were doing that tonight by asking the person at the window what my grand total was and whether or not a tip had been added because I had a feeling the price was off. Sure enough, the girl who took my order gave herself a dollar after I told her I didn’t want to tip that night. Even worse: the girl at the window said NO TIP REFUNDS! I had to have MY STOLEN MONEY GIVEN TO ME AS CREDIT ON THE DUTCH APP! This is beyond disgusting. This means I was right all along and they’ve been stealing money from me for awhile now. So disappointed, appalled, and grossed out. Don’t go to Brentwood Dutch Bros. I can comfortably say I will never be returning. You guys have taken enough of my money without my permission and I refuse to be complicit in that from this moment forward. You won’t be thieving and scamming me anymore. I’ll be telling everybody I know!

Honestly, had a few bad experiences here.today went there to help my mother in law get her welcome drink.the person taking our orders was taking an unusual amount of time catching up with “some of her favorite clients” as overheard, while a line was forming behind us.asked us rudely to speak up, which is somewhat reasonable but she seemed annoyed. and our drinks came out blended after we had asked for icedI mean come on, every time we go there, it’s some kind of bad service.

I pulled up into the drive - thru and for whatever reason no one took my order. Finally I arrived at the final spot in line and no one had taken my order. The order taker came out and immediately started taking orders from the car behind me and beyond.After a while they realized what had happened and took my order and expedited it and gave me the coffee on the house for free for the wait.An honest mess up was resolved by good customer service that is often missing these days. For that alone. 5 stars. Stuff happens but it’s how you handle it that matters.Will definitely be back when I’m in Brentwood again.

By far, the best coffee and non-coffee drinks! The prices are great, the serving sizes are generous, and the staff is always nice and helpful. My family happily drives 20+ minutes one-way to get coffee and drinks here. The only downside is they can be very busy at certain times. That's not to much of a problem since you order via drive-thru and can wait in your car.Kid-friendliness: We get our daughter the children's Not-so-hot Hot Chocolate. It is hot chocolate that is served just slightly hot and can immediately be safely drank by our 3 year old.

I ordered a large horchata chai with 2 shots of espresso, oat milk, with light ice and I walked a way and sipped and there was no coffee! So I had to go back and get what I paid for, but I shouldn't have to.For $10.00 it should be done right the first time, especially if the order is clearly stated on the screen....

They have quick and friendly service! I told the barista it was my first time there since I’m from out of town, and she was so patient with me while I figured out what I wanted. On suggestions by my friends who have tried the coffee, I tried the golden eagle one day and the annihilator on the second day. Both days I had consistently great service. The line moved quickly both days too. the annihilator was delicious and I will be patronizing Dutch bros again and again.

This employee ignored me right in front of the window. There’s an echo under this thing and your voice is projected. He had picked up the iPad to take orders but seen the lady in the drive thru started to take the persons order in front of me. I was trying to ask if he could take mine so we can both be out of here soon since we’re obviously on our way to work. He completely ignored me. He could’ve said something to decline but wiped down the counters like I wasn’t there.

My wife and I were die hard fans but the service just went down hill. Our drinks were constantly made wrong so we tried switching our order and now those are now being made wrong constantly. So sad to see.

OMG I finally made it to Dutch Bros and they totally made my day. The staff was super nice and helpful. It was my first time here and I had no idea what they offered. I just wanted a coffee! What do I know about all the different options. The girl at the front was super patient and helpful. Thank you! It's nice to experience positive customers service. Plus they have good coffee!

This location is still relatively new. That being said, the speed and efficiency here is not what you'd be used to when visiting other locations. I'm okay with the speed because they do not sacrifice quality.

I highly dont recomend this place.I had a simple request, No Ice on all drinks. Ofcourse they ignored my request. Dont know how much ice they put on the drinks because they tasted like what you get at Starbucks, expensive watered down coffee. If that is what they are going for, then I don't recommend it. If not... then I definitely dont recomend it. Not a fake post, my name should match the credit card that I used to purchase from your business.Literally money down the drain, cause no one would drink them.

I was unimpressed and unsure what all the hype was. The coffee was ok, Starbucks is better in my opinion but still not my go to. The menu is made mostly of sugary designer drinks but a limited selection of solid cold brews or coffee without all the whipped cream, sugar, or drizzles. If this is your style of drink you might love this place but for a great cold brew I'll go somewhere else.The staff were great though and that's why service received 5 stars. Pretty bad experience, at 8:45ish pm on May 28. we ordered our drinks and then they told us to change lanes which we did cuz we listen to directions, but the two cars in front of us didnt order yet, so we had to wait an extra ten minutes after we got one drink. And when we asked of the two cars could wait in front of the place in the parking lot they said to “just wait” like???? ok, maybe teach your workers how lines work, and hold people accountable for going into a lane when no one told them to.Its too bad cuz i love the drinks, but its not the first time I had a bad and weird experience with the two lanes going on
