TLDR: The problem itself was minute, but the way it wasnt handled was off-putting. I could have gotten an exchange with a receipt, per store policy, but the manager did not want to be bothered. I stopped in today to grab a charger, for the third time, to no avail. There is a large section of chargers that I have shopped through 3 seperate times and only 1 time was able to find a charger that worked right out of the package. Today I decided to tell someone in the store about the faulty products being sold, considering as soon as I opened my package and used the charger, it would not work. I wanted to see if I could get an exchange for something that works and let them know that multiples of their chargers seem to be inoperable. The woman who I spoke with told me that because I opened the package, there was nothing she could do for me. How else would I know the product doesn't work, unless I open it and try to use it? So I let go of any idea of an exchange, ate the fact that I spent more money at this store with nothing to show for it and just suggested someone look at the chargers because they are obviously faulty. The woman basically blew me off, saying there was nothing she could do for me because of store return policy without another word. She absolutely refused to even acknowledge me telling her that I've had multiple bad experiences with this product that they're keeping on their shelves. I shop here very often so its off putting to know that if I have an issue, no one will or can help. I know, now, not to bother with their electronics but it would have been nice to know that in light of a problem, I might be able to deal with someone who actually cares that theres a problem with the products they're selling. It took me researching the company policy later myself to learn that I should have been asked for a receipt and given an exchange.

Stopped by today to pick up a birthday card for a friend, when two young boys (maybe brothers?) about 6 and 9, approached me in my car to ask if I had seen someone take their bicycles from in front of the store from the bicycle rack. I had only been here for a couple of minutes, and told them that I hadn't seen anything or anyone, and they walked away seemingly dejected... so I followed after them and gave them about $90 cash so they could do with it as they needed, and possibly get replacement bicycles... I don't think I was being scammed, maybe, but regardless, hopefully they're a little bit better off. Or maybe I got scammed; hopefully not.

First time in a LONG time that the line was decent. Usually they only have one cashier and it takes longer to check put than shop. 3 stars for the improvement guys*update, spring stuff is out and Christmas is $0.50!!!! It says 50% off but it rings at $.050!!!Just went in last minute, wish you guys would stay open later, I really wanted to check out your jars with lidsLooks like they will have an overflow of Easter stuffCan you possibly expand your outdoor section?

We grew up going to this dollar tree store. It has always been clean, well staffed, and shelves stocked. We usually always find what we are looking for. Great store experience.

We've all had the "Dollar Store" experience. Long checkout lines, sparky cashier's, cramped and crowded aisles. We've come to expect Little or no service. Therefore I was pleasantly surprised visiting this particular Dollar Tree store. The inside somehow feels like they just opened last week in nothing has got messed up yet. Granted it was a week day but all the Shelves were well stocked. And amazing Lee, haha, When the checkout line got too long another Cashier opened up Cashier opened up. The people were Friendly and actually acted polite. Best dollar store experience ever

Always my go to for Christmas giftwrap paper.bows and tissue paper but right about 11/16/22 now it's always busy , long lines and few cashier's plan to spend a little time in line but please be courteous and patient with the workers they want to get you out as fast as they can.Happy holidays!!

This dollar tree is normally pretty well stocked. The aisles are usually very neat and tidy as well. The staff are very friendly and kind. The only downside is that it is usually busy and there are never more than one or two checkouts open at a time

Although this particular dollar tree is well stocked and the staff is friendly, there are never more then 1 or 2 cashers. For this to be one of the larger stores, that to me is a big issue. I can only give 3 stars.

This Dollar Tree is very organized, clean and well stocked. The store has been rearranged recently and I am impressed with the inventory. The lines were long and another cashier was called to the front. The cashiers are very friendly. I really like shopping at this store.

Well-maintained store appearance. Usually, there are helpful associates on the floor. Unfortunately, I was in the store today with the receipt to return an unopened item I did not need. I didn't know about their exchange only policy because it is NOT POSTED elsewhere in the store, only in the bottom of the receipt in small print. When I first presented the item to return, the older woman at Register 2 was curt, but it was fine. I get why she would be. When I had my exchange item, I went into another line. Upon my question to this cashier if the exchange policy was new or store based, the woman at this register, Register 1, surprised me with how rude she was. She sneered at me and basically implied that I was stupid. It really caught me off guard. Wow! I mean, wow! It really sours me to the idea of ever returning to this store.

What can you say when virtually everything is a dollar? The place is clean and well lit. Parking is not a problem other than some mid week times when the adjacent junior col is eye has a big class. The store is quite big and plenty of choices. Some great deals in the greeting card, toiletries and food sections.

It wasn't too crowded and they had an appropriate amount of checkers this day. It is often true that there aren't enough staff checking and there can be a long wait in the line. Well stocked.

I love this location. The selections here are better than other locations. The place is always clean and organized too. It is easy to find what you want to buy. I wish there was more cashiers to help the customers.

It's Valentine's day and everyone was out buying last minute gifts. Unfortunately there was only one cashier so the line was all the way to the back of the store. Needless to say I left without making a purchase. Any other day this store is great.

Ok it's a Dollar Store what do you expect. But today walking up to the front entrance there was a guy who was mentally troubled, mumbling to everyone and he had a huge meat cleaver in his hand. Yeah like a hatchet. Myself and a few others alerted the management. They seemed to know this guy by name. Just plain scary. This was in Brentwood.

Love the dollar store in general, but the girl who always ends up checking me out is the slowest cashier I have ever seen, just taking her sweet time when there is 10 other people in line.. not very friendly and just, slow!! Try to avoid her isle at all cost

This is the nicest Dollar Tree I have been to. The shelves were well stocked with lots of variety. The store is well lit and the aisles are not cramped.

What's not to like from Dollar Tree. Great for crafts , home cleaning ,seasonal stuff, assorted cards, wrapping paper, dishware, party stuff and storage stuff, . List goes on. Great store . Great deals for a dollar.

This store is my go to, PERIOD. It's the largest one in my area so it works. They always have the newest and best name brands you're used to. Going broke is NEVER an option.

Never more than two cashiers at a time... lines halfway through the store. Do NOT go here if you are in a rush. Other than that the store is clean and organized and cashiers are basically friendly
