We are a Storage Facility here in Brentwood and have Delta Fence as our Vendor for our fencing. Our Fence on Brentwood Blvd gets crashed into several times a year by speeding drivers and Delta Fence always comes through with a fast and great job in keeping our facility secured. Frank, Leo, Steve and all the installers get 5 stars from us !!!!!!

All I can say is WOW!We have lived 2 miles from Delta fence for the last six years and yesterday was the first time I have been inside. The previous owner had installed the backyard fence previous to us purchasing the property, and when my husband called to ask a few questions about a new fence we needed putting up he was not impressed with the lack of customer service. Which put us off using them for our new project. But, the other day I decided to give them a call and this was my experience:It was already past closing time when I called, desperate to find some clamps for a project that was already behind schedule. I thought for sure it was a long shot. But, to my pleasant surprise a lady answered the phone. She told me they were closed and the “shop guys” had gone home but, if I wanted to come by I could take a look to see if they had what I needed. I was shocked, people don’t do this anymore! I don’t remember the last time a business went over and above to help me. Not only did she tell me I could go despite the shop being closed she also personally helped me look for the clamps, then told to me “take them” and see if they work for my project, and bring them back if they don’t.Say what?!! Leave without paying, I was flabbergasted.This experience really gave me reassurance that there are good people in this community who do want to help their neighbors. We moved to this town six years ago to raise our family in hopes that the small agricultural town feel still existed in California.We need more businesses run and owned like Delta in Brentwood/Knightsen. I will definitely tell my friends, family, neighbors, and strangers about this experience. We plan to return and use delta fence for upcoming projects. They offer all types of fencing. They also offer asphalt , cement, pavers and grading.Delta fence has been in Brentwood for 40 years and I pray it makes it another 40. If you’re reading this and thinking about giving them your business do it, you won’t be disappointed.Let’s support businesses like Delta fence in Brentwood CA. This company couldn't be any more unorganized and they are constantly cancelling, rescheduling... The Owners lie, then when caught in their lies they try to back pedal (which is quite comical actually) They're a total mess. I would highly recommend going elsewhere, if not you'll put yourself thru a tremendous amount of disappointment.

I arranged for a quote to have an iron fence repaired. The person didn’t know if this business offered that service and said they’d call back. Didn’t receive a call. Called again and got a quote set up. Person came out and looked and said they’d be in touch. No quote was received. I followed up again. Person who did the quotes wasn’t there. Received a call back stating because there was no retaining wall they wouldn’t do the repair. They then refused to put that in writing because they “didn’t want to get involved.” Highly unprofessional and would not recommend.

Worst first impression ever!!! The man who answers the phone is so rude and has no idea how to speak with potential customers!! Multiple times in the matter of two phone calls he managed to belittle me and then to top it off when I accidentally called a second time (cuz you should ALWAYS have more than one quote for a job and I accidentally called his company again) he was super rude and told me to find another company and hung up on me!!! I would never do business with a company like this - his loss cuz this would have been a big job for his company!!!!

Bought a 1/2 a yard for $150 which is ridiculous to begin. Problem started with my husband not answering his phone. How does this man (the owner) expect someone to answer their phone when they are pouring concrete and busy. So because my husband didn’t answer the phone when the owner called him he wanted to charge my husband another $100 for “being late” and not answering his phone. Then he decides to give my husband a break because he is the owner..lol and ends up charging my husband $500 on his card. Well thanks for your terrible customer service it goes to show how some people aren’t meant to run a business. We should have paid attention to those 2 stars before giving support to this terrible business. I feel sorry for your employees with a boss like you it must be hell. That now hiring sign posted all 365 days out of the year says a lot about delta fence!

Called to get On a tow behind concrete mixers and the gentleman legitimately hung up in my face very rudely I would not use this business for any service. There is a reason this business has no stars.

This place definitely deserves a ZERO! I am a small business owner so I strive on customer service and I’m big on supporting local business so to come on here to make a bad review is definitely not something I want to do however this was so extreme.. The owner of this business is very rude, unprofessional and condescending. I would have went somewhere else if I didn’t have a work crew scheduled for that day. This man acted like I was inconveniencing him with my order because he had to cut my posts even though I had given him an hours notice of what I needed and when I was coming and even after spending $600 on materials.. I was shocked! While waiting he answered a customer call and told them he had what they were looking for but to call back because he was busy and just hung up on them. The only thing I can gather is he knows he’s the only local fencing company so he relies on you not have other options and probably the only reason he is still in business.

very poor service,and rude,he said doing it yourself, why don't you have any friends. then tells me to come back in 15 min.I came back in 13 min he said it was 30 min so he could not help me(it was 12:58),I ask price of 1 yard of concrete said they didnt know, check the chart on the wall I asked how much area does 1 yard cover.he said they did not know. service addatude all just terrible should be 0 stars.

VERY Very very unprofessional. I spoke with a "Frank" and he did not seem to realize that I was trying to bring work, and therefore my money, to him. He was rude, unprofessional, and sarcastic. Businesses like this don't survive so be warned to not use them.

The previous owners of my home have 2/3 of my fencing around the property installed by Delta fencing I called them to find out what it would cost to get the other 3rd complethey were so rude On the phone and they did not seem to have any interest in my contract

Called ahead and asked if they were mixing/selling ready mix concrete even though it was raining outside. They said yes, so I got everything ready and drove truck down to pick up a yard of concrete. Then they said no they will not mix/sell concrete because it's raining too much.
