I had never been to this vet before, but my primary vet before this had said I needed to get my tabby cat's teeth cleaned with possible extractions. They gave me a low estimate of $1900, which I couldn't afford. I researched into other vets and found Central Blvd Vet! Their dental prices are so transparent and much more affordable. The whole time every staff member I interacted with treated my cat and I as if we had gone there for years- when again, it was only our first visit! Luckily, my cat didn't need any extractions but they were very communicative about if that were to happen. Thank you so much Dr. Singh and to the rest of the staff for your care today.

I have brought my cat and dog here for numerous checkups and emergency appointments. They have been nothing short of attentive in taking care of our pets and never performing more than what's necessary. My senior dog had a tooth extracted this week and her teeth were cleaned for the first time She's 12 years old......& They looked amazing!!! Dr dWyan only extracted one molar that he deemed absolutely necessary. I'm very happy with this Vet and their staff❤️😁🐾

Iv never taken the time to leave reviews for a vet. Central boulevard veterinary definitely deserves one. Iv never taken my animals here, my old cat wasn’t doing good and I knew it was time and after reading up on what the do I chose them. Im so happy I did. This was not easy it was the first time I had to put one of my animals to sleep but all the staff made what was a hard moment the best it could be. I just received a card with my Gizmos paw print and every staff member wrote something kind in it. I thought that was very sweet. They could have just printed out something but instead took the time to sign it. Thank you ❤️

My experience with this Veterinary was great. I contact veterinary in Brentwood, Antioch Concord and surrounding cities due to an emergency my 1 year old Pomeranian was experiencing. They were the only veterinary that would take my doggie on short notice. This was my first time there and I will never go anywhere else. My dog needs were met and I am so thankful. The staff were outstanding. I felt at home. I recommend everyone to take their pets to Central Boulevard Veterinary Hospital. You will not regret, please come back and thank me later. :)

I had to switch hospitals recently and came across this hospital. As always, I am a little bit nervous at trusting my fur baby with new people. I was extremely impressed with the doctor, the nurse, and the staff! They were very loving and very sweet to him they listen to my concerns ran the test that they needed and found out what was troubling him. They were able to schedule the surgery right away and actually they didn't have to do what they originally thought and it was so relieving that I could trust that they were so honest about the whole entire process. I am very grateful, to have found people that I can trust that will take care of him and love him the way that I do.

I called in to get my cat checked up, and was able to get an appointment for the same week. The staff was extremely friendly to both me and my cat, and we're also very gentle with him. They calmed my nerves as a concerned cat mom, and they explained everything I needed to know about my cat's possible condition and what to expect for when the blood test comes back. Over all, I am very pleased with they service they provide and I'm confident in their ability to treat my pet well.

I gave an extra star for the front staff at Central Vet because they were friendly but I recommend looking elsewhere. I just took my dog in for teeth cleaning and I ended up paying $796. That was with zero teeth extracted (Vets will charge extra for each tooth pulled). To put it in perspective, my Mom just took 2 of her dogs for teeth cleaning. 1 had 2 teeth pulled, the other had 3 teeth pulled. Her bill was $625. My sister also just had her dogs teeth cleaned and the bill was $599 (no extractions). Bottom line, shop around for a vet that has nice staff AND won’t take advantage.

This vet has really taken care of my dogs! I saw them for an emergency visit when my current vet wouldn’t see my dog. Central took us and provided excellent care for my dog. All the doctors and staff are very nice. I never went back to my old vet! I will stay here at Central.

I had to take my dog in to be euthanized, and they were so kind and compassion. They made the experience much less horrible. I took my other dog in for medical reasons, and they were just as awesome. They took him to the back for tests and a shot, and he came back to us showing off his new friend. As long as I have pets, I will be going to this vet. They are amazing. I love them.

My dog was attacked by another dog and needed to be seen immediately. Central boulevard vet was so kind to take him in right away, even though they were closing soon and had other people with appointments waiting. They took such good care of him and called the next morning to check up on him. I’m so grateful for everything they have done. Highly recommend taking you pet there and they will be in great hands.

What a pleasant experience. Took our 10 year old rescued border collie in for a growth on her tummy and a abscess between her front toes. Not knowing her history the staff and the Doctor were awesome. We were really afraid we wouldn't be able to afford the surgical procedures but I think the doctor was very very fair with all the costs incurred including blood work, lab work, prescriptions and follow up. I will definitely come back and will always recommend Central Blvd Vet Hospital.

Loved my experience! Staff is super sweet. You can tell they do really care about the clients and especially the pets that come through their doors. People are always so quick to write bad reviews and flip stories but never "have time" to write a good review. I have never felt like the staff and the doctors didn't care about my pet's best interest. They worked with me, and they never made me feel like i HAD to do what was offered in the estimates given.

We needed a urgent appointment and Central was able to get us in the next day where as every other place I called including Charlie's current vet had over a week wait. Once we were there we were happy with the care given. Also he is need of dental care and they gave us a fair estimate for care.

We came to CBVH because our regular vet was closed with COVID restrictions causing them to have troubles opening back up. Concerns for our pet’s pains and complaints were throughly listened too and taken serious. From the Vet Tech to the Vet, I felt comfortable and thought the level of care and attention was great. As new customers, it would have been easy for them to give us the work up and nickel and dime us, but they were focused on our pet and did what was needed for the pet and money was not even a concern. The quality of service and care for our dog was worth every penny.

I am a non-profit rescue. If it weren't for the incredible care and services of Dr. Chaudri and his staff, I don't think I would be able to continue saving these dogs. Always compassionate and caring about the animals. Always do their absolute best to get you in. Sometimes the emergencies cause a wait but the wait is so worth it. I have expanded my rescue into a larger facility and sadly have had to move. I can NOT replace Dr. C and his staff and although I have found a new vet, they will never compare to Central Boulevard Vet Hospital. I truly miss them so much. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this veterinary hospital. You will NOT be disappointed.

Absolutely love taking my dog here the people are always so friendly and very nice. Always takes very good care of my dog when we go in for check ups or anything. Yesterday my dog must’ve got something in his eye or poked it so It was very irritated red and watery. I get very nervous whenever something happens to my dog(son).. Talked to a lady named Meela, she is the BEST! Super nice, took her time over the phone to give me the information I needed so I can help my boy Shadow. Prices are good. Definitely recommend taking your fur baby’s there.

I needed my cat seen as soon as possible and they made an appointment for me immediately following the next day. They were reasonable in the fees charged and even called to follow up with me after a few days. I know the dewormer they gave me was actually cheaper then Amazon and they gave me extra incase it didn't work for no additional fee, and it was vet quality. Overall very happy with the care they provided, it did take time for the whole ordeal, but I was a squeezed in appointment so I understood. Other vets wanted me to wait to be seen because I called around, the soonest they had was one week and another was two weeks.

We got our dog Rocko neutered at the hospital this week. The doctor took his time to explain the procedure and calmed our nerves. The price was very affordable and they even gave us a 10 % discount. Nice to see people who care for your pets.

3 weeks ago I had to take my Dog to emergency care because my larger dog attacked her , this had never happened before and I was so heart broken !! In fear that my dog was in shock and slowly dying , I brought her here , based on the reviews , I can understand why now there is 5 stars and if I could give 10 I would !!! The staff and Dr Raj were absolutely amazing !!!! So supportive and sweet !!! He saved her life after a 3 hour surgery !!! I will never go anywhere else from now on for my pets !!!! I highly recommend this vet !

They took excellent care of my dog! My little sancho can be aggressive and uncooperative and they handled him so well! He had an issue for years with his breath and even the last vet I took him to said it was just how it's going to be. I saw Central veterinary hospital was having a dental promotion so I figured I'd get his teeth cleaned and they ended up finding a rotting molar and removed it. My dogs breath smells amazing and his teeth look great! They did a wonderful job!

Our chihuahua dog into a fight with a bigger dog. I called the hospital and they were able to fit us in their schedule within an hour. The girls were very caring and helpful. The cost was reasonable also. I would have had to pay another $400 if we had gone to the nearest emergency hospital. Thank You.

Thank you for squeezing the appointment for Pico when he really needed that day. The person answered our call was very kind, helpful and understanding. When we arrived the hospital, we found everyone were very friendly, professional and detailed. We had a great experience there.

Took my dog in for eye infection, they did what they said they would do. Get call from dr wanting to do more work to get more money. I refused. Then i pick my dog up. Bill was almost 250 dollar more than the estimate that i signed for. I asked why wasnt i called and told they were going to do more than i signed for. They took off the charges which was nice but i bring my dog home now has very bad case of kennel cough. So now has virus and trying to recover at the same time. Ive brought my fog to other vets and never had these issues before. The front desk help took the dog from me when i got there then asked me to weigh him when they just took the dog away from me. Then i get there to pick him up they were confused again after i delt with the bill the whole time he was in my arms. They saw him in my arms and asked which dog was mine to go get him for me. Not the brightest.

Poor service and unprofessional. Got to wait a long time to get medicine for your animal. When I went in to get the medicine I did not get any help. They spent a lot of time helping one individual while two others walk out. Going to have to take my dog to another veterinarian for its care, what a waste of time.

We have been looking for a veterinarian since my family and I moved up here to Oakley. My Labrador and German Shepherd are spoiled rotten every one of the vet / staff that would spoil them too.This is the place. The prices are very reasonable for the area, the dogs didn’t say boo with their shots and the staff seemed to genuinely enjoy their job and the animals... we will be going back..

I would not recommend this vet. My dog needed a dental extraction, I also wanted my dog to get a teeth cleaning in the same appointment. During the consultation, the vet never once even examined my dog or his teeth, asked a couple of questions, and that was it. During the extraction I was notified by phone call that my dog needed additional extractions, I asked why and the vet tech on the phone replied “his teeth are really loose”, thus recommending the extra extractions. No xrays, no probings, no evidence. The vet tech was pressuring me to give the okay for the additional extractions (for additional $$$) since my dog was under anesthesia, but I declined and was extremely upset. When picking up my dog, the vet tech still was on about the “loose teeth”, and said if I just touched them they are extremely wiggly and still would recommend him to come back for extra extractions. When I got home, I examined my dogs teeth and NONE of them were mobile. After that incident I lost trust in the vet and the staff, and I am not returning ever again.
