Visit the Store especially looking to buy the “LEVITON grounded plug-in switch”, purchased 2 in the past from ACE, today, got the very last one from store, store was nice clean, workers all professional, knowledge & awesome friendly.But disappointed about the new switch I bought today, it has no UL Listed sign (two I had at home both has sign of UL listed.I’m sure it’ll still be safe to use but I would just pay much less fee & ordering from Amazon with ETL Listed.

Larger than any other ACE I've seen. The staff was extremely helpful and another member came to help me, quickly, when I had more questions. Enough cashiers to keep the line short, so check out was a breeze. I also enjoyed the free popcorn.

Ace is my place. I go for the purchase but I keep coming back for the service. It seems like a family run location because everyone is so genuinely nice there. I swear to you I come back because of the people who work there. I'm new to Brentwood and haven't had my home for a full year, but I'm gonna make sure I only shop there as long as I'm here. I've even told my wife hey I'm gonna wait until we're home so we can buy it at Ace. She agrees.

This is my favorite Ace Hardware. It is a very large store, and the people are always available and willing to help. In my opinion, they have more choices here than most hardware stores. And the people who make keys are awesome, can make even the most difficult keys. If you’re looking for hard to find hardware, this place does a great job!

Ace is my go to when I need things for the house. I bought Led bulbs and a few plants the last time I came. The store is very clean and the employees are always friendly.

Plenty of stock and it’s a place for most quick shopping for small projects. 4 stars because most of the elder staff seem to be “annoyed” when asking for help and being rung up at the check stand past few times.

Always have great customer service here. I bought my bbq from Brentwood Ace. They delivered, set up, and also took away the old one for free. Price was just as low too if not the lowest compared to other retailers. Great local business.

I'll just like to give a shout out to Steve at Ace hardware! I bought a black stone 1899 griddle I opened it up put it all together and found the lid was damaged, no damage to the box it was damaged during shipping so I called up Steve at Ace and he got one and brought it to my House within hours! Five Stars! Thanks again Steve for taking care of that ASAP for me. I will only shop at this Ace hardware from now on because of this employee and the excellent service there!

Most of the staff is friendly and helpful. We rented a tiller here - the service was great but we felt the tiller had a fraction of the power it was designed to have. The rental team was super helpful and knowledgeable. We also picked up some tomato seedlings here - I wish they had had other seedlings as well:

Very nice store and everyone is really knowledgeable on where things are and helped me become well familiar on using their catalogs for the brickyard and fasteners section. Everything I've bought here from kitchen gadgets, garden supplies/plants, to dog toys and more have been good satisfying quality.Bonus: they have been making popcorn recently and theres a good chance to grab a personal bag of popped kettle corn from their popcorn machine if you ask!

I came to the Brentwood Ace to see if I could make an exchange on a damaged BBQ I purchased in another city. I was quickly greeted by 2 very pleasant women as I entered the store. I explained my situation & they called up the manager. The manager was very willing to make the exchange for a new bbq that was not damaged. He brought a new bbq up front while we shopped and placed it on a cart for us. After making the exchange at the register, we carted our new bbq to the truck, and we were on our way. The pleasant people, great customer service, and willingness to help, made this a great experience. I highly recommend this store, and look forward to our next visit to the Brentwood Ace.

Best hardware store EVER! They have everything you need and everything you don't but you'll buy anyway. Employees are AMAZING!!! Nice, VERY helpful and a lot of them! This is the way a business should be. I wish more businesses would learn from this one.Are their prices a little higher? Heck yeah, but it doesn't matter. You get service here. With a smile.
