Store and staff here and in other branches are always very nice and helpful. I wish they sold their Petco staff t-shirts in store. I'm disappointed that rewards points expire in 30 days or 45 days depending on the Vital Care level. I would prefer at least one year after points are earned.

The staff is incredibly rude. I placed an online order, and when I went there at the time they told me to pickup, my order wasn’t even started on and the lady just was on her phone the entire time and told me to wait for 15 minutes in the worst tone possible. So I waited, and after I saw that she was finally done with my order after 40 minutes, I got in line at the pickup place to get it. She was sweeping right in front of the counter, throwing up dust and fur into customers faces, and so I went to a different line to avoid it. The cashier at my line told me to go to the line where she was sweeping despite there being other people waiting there. They moved the people behind me to a different line so that I had to go to the line where she was sweeping and when I did, she just threw the broom to the side. I was obviously upset about this and told her that it was rude and asked for her name, but she kept on being rude and curt the whole time.

I was in a hurry. I thought all of the grain free cat food would be next to each other. I had to find an employee to assist me in locating it on the next aisle. Your employee was very helpful and kind.Also, your cashier was super helpful in encouraging me to choose a free cat toy that I had earned and lifting my heavy cat food bag into my truck.

Adopted my cat from this Petco in June of this year. My cat was riddled with fleas and apparently, Karen who runs it has known about this issue and hasn’t done anything to address it and didn’t inform us of the fleas on the cats which has cost us over 1k in trying to groom and medicate them to stop the fleas. Only good thing is the groomers who actually informed us that Karen knew that they have a flea issue because of a worker who had been telling her about how many cats had fleas. Disappointing to see a rescue not care about their animals and the people considering adopting from them. We love our cats and wouldn’t give them up for the world but it’s just frustrating that Karen knew about this issue and petco employees knew about this issue and nobody had stopped her from putting cats up for adoption. Will not be adopting from here again

Stopped on the way home from work to get crickets for my pet frogs. Found one manager who was too busy with important manager stuff to help me and one sales associate who was apparently missing in action. Petco needs to learn that two bodies are not enough to provide adequate customer service in a great big store. Get it together.

I totally enjoy bringing my dog to this Petco and Sage is a great groomer. I bring my dog for nail trim once per month & she always does an amazing job on him & very fast as well. It is also very clean Petco with wide variety of pet products & services & very friendly, knowledgeable staff as well

This is the best groomer I have been to. They really care about the animals. I always receive great advice from paw balm to dietary needs. My dog Flynn is happier every time we visit.Thank you for doing a great job and really caring about the animals.

I saved my money, with internet of buying a new kitty condo. The kitty condos , WAY over priced, in poor condition, with out " string " scratching posts. Not just " one or two small " string scratching posts. Poor experience

Second time this happened here with Unprofessional Curb Side pick up.No organization skills and uncaring of customers. Waited for my order curb side and no one came to help. Rude staff members lied and said they didn't receive notifications of curb side.

MJ is the best!! I brought my maltipoo in for a short cut (which is usually a rough experience for us). I mentioned to MJ that my dog gets really anxious at the groomer and she came around the counter to sit on the ground and greet my pup and let her get comfortable before picking her up and taking her back. I appreciated that effort so much as we’ve never experienced that level of care before. Thank you, MJ, for making my pup, not only beautiful, but happy! HIGHLY recommend!

The manager there was very helpful and kind. I had some questions and she reassured me any doubts I had with products or satisfaction, she reminded me about their return policy, without me even asking. 1. Did not receive a$3 discount on a $24.00 bag of ferret food when the coupon was attached to the bag by the manufacture. The coupon was removed but the discount was not applied. I purchased other items and didn’t realize until I later reviewed my receipt.2. The exact same food was $19.00 on Amazon with next day deliveryGas in Calif. is $7.00 a gallon. petCo is Almost 8 miles away.I was Not happy and will not be returning2.

We are here at least once a week. The associates are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. You can tell they care about customers as well as animals. The store is clean and organized. They frequently have events for adoptions, grooming, training, and other socials for pets and owners. It's nice to have a store in the community that is big enough to have what we need but has a small town feel.

It's nice to see a lot of people that shop at this location have rescue their dogs. The staff is friendly and the store is quite large so it gives you plenty of room for when you are bringing your four-legged friend with you or they may be 3-legged as well anyway it gives you plenty of room to shop with them!

I've been searching for the strawberry banana biscotti treats from the treat bar for awhile now and have yet to find them. No one's been able to tell me if they've been permanently discontinued or are just temporarily unavailable. These are my dog's favorite treats so it'd be nice to know. However, in terms of customer service the team was great and efficient in every way possible.
