Hey People! Be sure to Check all items in your Orders when they put them in your bags at the Curbside PICK UP !Case in point: 1st time using Curbside pick up everything was perfect.. 2nd time there were 2 tomatoes bad in bottom of the small sack of Roma/Baja tomatoes & 1 item was also left out. Called next day & both Managers, Monika & Julian were immediately on it, offering 2 replace the items or issue a credit. I said I wanted a replacement & was told no prob, Julian said I could call him up on next order & he would add the bottle of Worcester in. Decided to call next day to get a credit instead...but another guy told meNO, his hands were tied & it was not possible to get a credit becuz it was placed as an Online order & I had to call Online orders & get it straightened out. REALLY? That takes up more of MY TIME... to fix THEIR mistake which seems cumbersome to me. WALMART NEEDS TO FIX THIS. Quite frankly it's a big time waste & burden on me......as a 'Valued Customer'.Update: Wallymart Online DID process the refund & for that I am grateful.

It's Walmart, what else can I say? It's a good place to buy food and produce for sure. This one has a great auto area and has people who help you figure out which kind of batteries to use on what car. It's awesome!!! The clothing area is abundant in clearance items especially when one season ends and another one begins.

This is more for their main place in bentuville ak that takes or attempts to take funds from my debit cards anyone I add it dies this too and I’ve lost over 400 dollars from my bank because of it and customer service is no longer the same as it was when online delivery and stuff started in 2020

Very amazed at how clean and stocked this store is. Clothing departments are very clean with everything folded and neat. Produce is fresh and well stocked. Very organized. Other states out east are not this stocked or neat. And fyi, we love the fresh hot chicken egg rolls and rotisserie chicken.

We just love all that you can buy and do at Walmart. There's nothing special about this Walmart but we couldn't do without it, it's our main grocery store since this area doesn't offer another choice other than Vons and they're too expensive.

Phone service is terrible. You call to try and get information about a product and nobody answers the phone. I called a different department so they could transfer my call and still Noone answer the phone. This is bad service. This is happening at all the valley Walmarts, Calexico, El Centro and Brawley.

Love the pickup! Friendly and helpful staff there! Inside not so much.... Have had issues with trying to get stuff that is under lock and key. One time waited over an hour (yes an hour for real!) for help in the back. Not much more helpful in the front either... Sometimes if you get lucky! They DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH CARTS FOR DISABLED PEOPLE! You can hardly and I mean HARDLY get one when needed! Maybe 1 time every 4 trips... They pretty much have everything in stock. Though people move stuff around to much, but that has nothing to do with how the store is kept up! They try there best to help when you can find a friendly person! So just minimal annoyances! Overall lovely place to shop!

I had to do a return for kids school clothes that didn't pay my son one of the items didn't have a tag in the lady was more than helpful in my receipts are kind of faded I was worried they wouldn't scan but everything worked out I received my refund was no problems whatsoever. I should mention that this was in within the 30 day period and the items were in perfect condition.

Of the two Walmarts in the area (El Centro & Brawley) this is the best one. Bigger and better selection with a larger amount of higher quality employees. Down side is this store is also more busy...a lot more. The new checkout systems are slower as it give an option for the receipt to be printed, text or none (I think). This is not the only reason they are slower but one of the most annoying reasons.

Update Augustin the manager and Claudia 11 -24 -23 this employees dont respect the prices thats on display lack of customer service, rude arrogant. Worst unsanitary employee and filthy thief ALEXANDRA LEGY very unprofessional customer service I had the unpleasant experience with ALEXANDRA LEGY On 06/02/22 she took a bag full of groceries and walk away laughing with my groceries I paid for told another employee to finished at the register ALEXANDRA LEGY was. Before ALEXANDRA LEGY left she was throwing my groceries on the dirty floor I had to ask her to please don't throw my groceries on the dirty floor she laugh and argued very rude and unprofessional and walk away laughing with my groceries. Told another employee to finished charging me I thought that ALEXANDRA LEGY gave my groceries that she took to the other employee that was charging me. When I was putting groceries in my vehicle I was missing the a bag full of groceries I paid for.The groceries ALEXANDRA LEGY stolen from me I had to put all the groceries back in shopping cart 🛒 and go inside customer service to ask were was the groceries that ALEXANDRA LEGY stolen/took I paid for groceries. For this reasons I hope corporations sees this unprofessional employee and thief ALEXANDRA LEGY. Be sure to be ready to explain your whole life to this unprofessional employee so she dosent damages your groceries or steal from you.

The shop is extremely ill equipped to funtion. Not even a floor jack there to remove a single tire! My wife and I blew a tire on our trailer while traveling on our vacation. I had to remove it myself and even install the replacement by hand using two screws drivers! There was one gentleman there I think his name is Manuel, who helped us inflate our tire after I hand mounted it myself. Total Time was one hour. They told me I would have to wait three hours even after I did ALL the work myself... NEVER GO THERE if you have a real emergency. I know I own an automobile repair shop!

Brawley Walmart does not let you do comparisons anymore I just came from Walmart it's 3:15 November 9th I see online they had spray paint for 2.00 and i had to pay 4.96 they say we don't compare to other prices anymore are any other😭

Very large supercenter. Not bad by my standards. Men's bathroom was totally trashed this visit. I'm not faulting the store though. Some people are just pigs. Used a checkout lane and the cashier was a delight to connect with. The self checkout....I hate it !! I'm not paid by Walmart. Profit somewhere else you greedy corporation.I'll still shop here. Bakery has some yummy delights and always well stocked. Same for fruit and vegetables.

Walmart Service Center in Brawley This morning my car was not starting. It was my battery. Went to Auto Zone and they don’t replace batteries on new cars. I have a 2020. They told me to go to Toyota. I couldn’t wait I needed replaced right away, had to pickup my grandson. With Toyota I needed an appt. Well I went to Walmart. They were very busy but they got me in. I really want to thank Anthony and Alex. Great service from both. 10/10 😊😊

Me and Carmelo go way back, im talking the 1970’s. We’ve been lovers for life, although I feel like he might be cheating on me with Austin. Anyways what I do know now is that we’re both probably going to be stuck in a deadbeat walmart job for the rest of our lives. 💀
