I went on the last Saturday of the month to get my dogs rabies vaccinations and they were great and nice! Quick process filling out paper work and the vet comes to the car which was get since my dogs do not get along with other dogs they are not familiar with!

If you are looking for a place where your dog will be taken care of, cleaned with detail, and a great price then this is that place. Quick with answers to questions and respectful too. Appointment time always available.. never had a bad time and our dogs look fantastic! The dogs also smell wonderful for days too.

Good price, but it’s easy to tell the employees hate their jobs. Rude to customer and not gentle to pets. One of the workers refused to let go of my crying dog until he had the money in his hand. I got scolded for calling my dog’s name inside the building to comfort him. Employee always tugs harshly at leash instead of picking up my small dog. The animals are all kept in locker-sized cages and you can only see the inside when an employee opens the door to either give or receive pet. Will not be going back. I thought the employee’s behavior would change, but it only got worse over time. Please save yourself the time and don’t go to this place. I always went there because it was conveniently a few minutes away from my home, but I’d much rather take my poor baby to PetSmart instead.

Made the appointment but never showed as an emergent came up!! In the past it had been a really good place to take our dogs!! This time the gentle.an even remembered the name of one our dogs. Sadly he's been gone 6years!

Torn between one and two stars. Guy was good at getting me in on short notice. Usually go to petco or petsmart but was in town and thought how bad could it be. First, I didn't like the setup. You can't see what staff is doing with our fur babies. They can see customers, but you can only hear barking as it is completely covered. It gave me a very wierd feeling. Second, your pet does not leave smelling good. At other places my dog is sprayed with something that lasts a few days, not here. Another thing to note is they aren't very pet-friendly or don't like their job: /

Very very rude owner, **DOES NOT** handle pets with care, Literally yanked on my dogs leash, then I was chatting with my other pet and got yelled at for talking in the building, very unprofessional would Definitely not recommend this place to anyone who loves their pets. Salcidos and petsmart is the places to go.
