Stopped for gas and they had everything!An oasis in the desert. Being a truck stop I guess they would. There's plenty of stall in the restroom and there's a subway in the truck stop. Being in Nevada has spoiled me, gas was quite high. Staff was friendly and helpful..

Pretty big store with almost all kind of snacks a traveller would like to have a bite of on their way.Cinabbon, subway, hotdogs, coffee cake, tea coffee, chips, soda, water candy, etc.Its a great spot to stop on the way and quite possibly the only one in the area. That's why there is a sudden traffic in a long stretch.They also have good items, cigarettes, moisturizers, etc.Restrooms were busy and relatively clean.

Good price for gas. A bit tricky to navigate with travel trailer though. Went in semi area, and only way to gasoline (rather than diesel) withouy going back into busy traffic intersection was a lane labeled do not enter.

Pilots is a travel center with many amenities, clean bathrooms and Cinnabon snack counter.Will be better if there is 2 pumps per line as right now only one car can fill up fuel.It gets windy and cold during the winter months.

This review is not for the establishment itself. It is always very clean. This review is regarding their change in policy.For the last several years my son and I have been dispersed camping in the area and I had a running agreement with the management on a topic that is important to me about camping. "Leave it Cleaner That You Found It". To that end, we would always clean up the area we were camping in and the surrounding area and I was given permission, after explaining this to the manager, to leave the trash in the back near the compactor.This last time we not only cleaned up our area, but also found an area that it looked like people partied out in the desert and so we cleaned that up as well. When we got to the Travel Center I was told we could no longer do this. The person in charge, when I explained it to the front counter, would not even come see me when I asked.I went to a couple of the other places nearby and was told no as well, so we hauled several bags of trash back to Bakersfield because of a manager that could not be bothered to honor an agreement to do the right thing. Something My son and I had been doing a couple times a year since 2017.

This Pilot Travel Center is fairly clean. It is well organized and stocked and the bathrooms are clean. My family and I rely on Pilot when we road trip. It is nice to have a clean, well lit place to stop, relax, get good food and stretch our legs. We really appreciate the fruit and fresh food options.

Good gas prices for the area, clean restrooms, a well stocked little store and the Subway was definitely up to their standards. That being said, some more visible from the main road signage would have been great lol.I have been spoiled by truck stop signage on interstates that can be seen for miles though. Pilot is one of my fave truck stop chains, I have never had a bad experience at one yet.

I was not to happy today when I received a possible fraud alert on my phone ten minutes after I pumped gas today. My card was billed for three times the amount I pumped, so I immediately called the station. Fortunately for me, Raquel answered and explained the billing situation in detail. She also went above and beyond the job and emailed a copy of my receipt to assure me that everything was in order. I so wish there were more people like Raquel in the work place today. Thank you again for your service ⛽️ 👌

Stopped to here to shower, and the toilet seat had pee on it, there was pubic hair all over the shower floor, worst pilot I’ve been to, not hard to clean restrooms

A standard truck stop with the normal quick food and on the road buys. Bathrooms are easily accessible. It's relatively clean, serve is not with a smile.

Great location! Storr had every anx anything you could need. Even a griddle that plugs into your car. My hubby said there tornados were good, and I was shocked at the Cinnabon Area!

The employee Christie needs to work on her customer service skills. She is extremely rude and impatient with any customer that asks her a question. We are all traveling and tired we don’t need your nasty attitude on top of it.

It's a good place to stop as a truck driver, women's bathroom usually clean, never had a dirty shower, would give 4 Stars but mgmt needs to say something about the homeless and scammers

One of our favorite places to stop for gas and food on long road trips, but just got a call from the bank that our credit card used at the pump station yesterday was hacked. So it's four days before Christmas and we are traveling without a key credit card. Called the location to let the manager know but no answer. I will change this back to their deserved 5-star rating once we hear back from management that the problem has been resolved.

This by far second worst place ive been. One of the employees stood outside the shower screaming at another employee. Like thats acceptable. Why do we pay for showers that cause more anxiety than the shower helps?? Is our job not crazy enough? If your going to behave in such a fashion the least you can do is have the decency to not scream infront of the people who pay your paycheck.

I needed water and light snacks for a long drive. I also wanted a cup of coffee because I was falling to sleep. Everything that I needed was inside. Then also had electronics and things that I found interesting. That allowed me to walk around and wake up. I filled my tank and then took my snacks and coffee and returned to my car ready for the long drive. I have come to hate driving in my old age. There are no stations with music that I enjoy, and the talk stations just remind me that the America I love is gone. But at least I know that I can eat and drink well along the way. Pilot is an oasis in a wilderness. Cool air and friendly staff. You will feel welcome

It's a pretty busy location so prepare for lines. if you're here for the showers, you will find them generally clean and well kept. They serve a high volume of shower customers, so sometimes you'll have a wait, but you will have a hot clean shower and fresh towels. The shower rooms themselves are spacious and pleasantly styled and the atmosphere is usually relaxed.

Pilot travel centers around California are really the best place to stop when traveling on a road trip or as a truck driver or hot shot driver. Nothing like a 24 hour place to get food and coffee, use a bathroom. The best part is the ability to sleep in a vehicle overnight. Its a safe place to do it and personally I’ve never gotten asked to leave or anything. There is also a water tap to fill up water for an RV pr whatever. That has been very useful here and there over the years. Good coffee, ground up and brewed automatically.

Absolutely the friendliest gas Station I've ever been in. The place is top notch clean. It smells of cinnamon too! Amazing gas station out in the middle of nowhere. Such a great stop that I'd enjoy hanging out for longer. The bathrooms are spotless too. Awesome place!!

Great truck stop, everything is clean, people are nice and they have just about everything you need. Driver lounge area is nice, able to sit back and chill. Showers are really clean, lots of head room and able to accommodate 2, sometimes 3 people as long as you are discrete.I've been here about a month and this is one of the nicest truck stops I've hit. When the Grapevine was closed cuz of the snow, it was busy here, guys trying to drive around that mess. Even with all that trouble, everyone was cool. I thought I would show one of my uniforms when I help in the showers.
