This is a great store and the main place we shop for our three fur kids! Our cat is allergic to everything, but they have tons of limited ingredient options with pumpkin or sweet potato which helps a lot with his skin. He can’t be on one food consistently or else his allergies are triggered so the variety here is perfect. They also have very reasonably priced high end treat options for dogs which our beagles love. Additionally, there’s a special bin where you can donate beds, blankets, and toys which go to local animal shelters and rescue orgs. I’ve even asked if I can bring open bags of food which normally are not accepted and the staff has gone out of their way personally to make sure mom and pop rescues or foster parents who want it can receive it. The staff are so sweet, knowledgeable and kind, I love coming in and just chatting with them while I’m checking out! Definitely recommend to any local that they check out Pet Supply and make it their go-to store.

I dont buy my dog food anywhere else but here. They have good deals and to top it off you get a free bag after 12bags. Im not sure if it depends on the brand but the brand that i get has that promo. To top this off they have very helpful and friendly staffs

BPS is just simple and plain, outstanding! A friendly, knowledgeable staff and a great inventory make this store your one stop shop for whatever type of animal you have. Good selection of premium pet food. Also great place to get worms and crickets for reptiles. The only place I can find more exotic chew items for my dogs like sheep horns and antlers. Good variety of leashes with different patterns than found in other pet stores.

I love this pet shop so much. I have 3 bunnies and they demolish their Timothy hay from here quicker than anywhere else because it is such good quality. The people who work there are very helpful and even ask if you need help carrying your purchases to your car. They have a wide variety of pet supplies and everything is organized neatly. Love this place.

This is not your typical mom and pop pet supply store. They are extremely well stocked and have a variety of clean options when it comes to treats and food. I found everything I needed and then some. It is so much easier to navigate and not as overwhelming as some of the big brand stores.

I got here for all my pet supply needs. Great supplier for Honest Kitchen brand dog food. My pup loves the bully sticks here(careful not to pick the smelly kind). Friendly and helpful family owned staff. Prices are affordable.

Amazing selection and a lot of the great stuff is up front! Go around the walls and you'll find frozen treats and clothing, but I loved how easy it was to find things and how helpful the staff were.Even through masks it still felt like they were smiling!

As soon as I walk in I'm greeted by staff, I'm walking around looking for a specific dog food "maximum bully" here comes an employee "is there anything I can help you find or point you in the right direction" he sure did assist me, very friendly staff here i have just found my dogs new store for everything. Harness, dog collars, dog washes etc. They have it all. I highly recommend this place!!

Bonita's own pet supply store. The owner and employees are all super helpful and friendly. This is my go to place for crickets, meal worms, and turtle food for my daughters' pets (a bearded dragon and a red eared slider turtle). I have also purchased tank supplies as well. Definitely better than Petsmart or Petco. If they do not stock something, they can order it.

What an imaginative name for a pet supply store! Lets you know somebody is neglectful. I went in to get wild bird seed. You would expect a pet supply store to have wild bird seed even though they are not pets. They had some - for finches and there are no finches in the area. Somebody obviously is not paying attention. Look in the front window and you see something very big (who knows what it is, maybe a kitchen cabinet) on a Christmas special for $1599! Every time I go by I see the three clerks in the area behind the cash registers. A store with no customers is a dead giveaway that whatever they have people don't want. Like when you go into a doctors empty waiting room - no patients no good doctor. High priced stock in line with their other stores located in Orange County high end communities. Absentee ownership puts in inventory and hires the cheapest help they can get and expects to clean up. Bonita residents have obviously voted with their feet. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

The staff and owner are well educated and know their products. If you have questions ask them. They're willing to help. If they don't have an item or product available, they're always willing to order it for yu. Easy returns for store credit or exchanges. Staff offer yummy samples of treats or products to your pets to try.

Pet Supply has what most concerned animal lovers need period from basic grocery store type feed to high-end high quality animal food. I originally went in for dog food and found that I could get my cat food there as well. I also raise chickens and I was very surprised to see that they had not one but two kinds of chicken feed. Organic and regular. The owner and their employees are helpful and knowledgeable in what you will need for your pets. If you don't see it they can get it as well. I recommend utilizing them for all your animal food and Care needs.

The prices are really high ,but better than Petco when it comes to canned food. Dog treats and toys are expensive. It honestly depends .great store all around though. The best service and the store is always stocked and clean which is awesome !! And they have water for dogs when you bring them in. They need more dog clothes choices .

We have been here twice and both times the staff has been great. They answered questions and helped meet our needs. Today we exchanged a product that didn’t work for us, and the transaction was hassle-free and smooth. Our only regret is that we didn’t discover this place sooner. This is the type of establishment that a community needs! Will be returning for all of our pets needs.

My first experience with this Pet Supply store was an A++! I called at 6:45pm to find out what time they closed on a Friday (7:00pm), and even though I was 10 minutes away, they told me to come on over. When I arrived they remembered my name, gave me personalized help and didn't rush me for one second. In fact, they were very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about their products, giving me information about my dog's food brand, Nature's Variety, (that even I didn't know after doing a lot of internet research) in addition to giving me a sample of Instinct's raw food, which I've been curious to try, for a steal. Plus, the store is huge compared to what it appeared to be from the outside; they had EVERYTHING (toys, beds, treats, dog care products, etc., a wide selection of food and every type treat my finicky dog eats)...AND they price match. I couldn't be more pleased!
