My Girlfriend and I had a wonderful time staying here. We had a booking issue with our room (3rd party booking) and the staff was very friendly and more than accommodating to our situation. The room was lovely and had a wonderful, wood-burning fireplace in the room. The grounds were beautiful as well. Every night they had complimentary smores over an outdoor fire and a movie playing on a projector. We would have stayed longer if we had the time.

The room was immaculate, and the staff was warm and friendly. Very helpful and happy to help with anything we might need. The whole atmosphere was extremely peaceful and calming! This hotel appears to be very pet friendly! Even though we didn't bring our fur baby, we would definitely do it the next time we're in the area for a vacation! Highly recommend a stay here!!!Rooms: The room we are in is very spacious! The bed is fabulously comfortable! There's a wood burning fireplace if we need it, and the floor is heated as well, should we need it too! A huge jacuzzi bathtub in the spacious bathroom is a real bonus!Noteworthy details: We were greeted with smiles and immediately spoiled upon checking in! We were personally shown to our room. Everything was explained to us about the breakfast and how things work in our room and answered all our questions. And while being guided to our room, Bart did some show and tell about the features of the hotel. Bocce ball, a place to play the corn-hole game (looked like it was on a mini golf type putting green), a swimming pool, jacuzzi room, fire pit!

This boutique hotel is an absolute gem. Top notch customer service. Accommodations were so private, quiet, luxurious and romantic. Room was clean, jacuzzi tub and walk in shower were perfect for our needs. The fireplace was so romantic. Outdoor movies, stores, bocce ball, putting green...pool, hot tub. FABULOUS! We were celebrating my birthday and we were given a complimentary bottle of wine 🍷. Perfect stay. Will definitely be back for a longer stay.

Stunning rooms, gorgeous bathroom, huge and well kept property. I thoroughly enjoyed the fireplace. Service was kind and professional. The pool was perfect. The hot tub was a lot of fun. Loved the little reading nook up the spiral staircase. I enjoyed hearing about the history of the location from one of the employees. Typical continental breakfast in the morning with plenty of food options. The drive up was refreshing. The putting green was cute. I enjoyed exploring the property. Thanks for a lovely stay. Stayed in August. Will be back.

This past weekend, my husband and I visited SCV for our anniversary. We enjoyed our stay; the service and place was outstanding! The property was clean, offered so much peace and quiet. At around 6-7pm s’mores were placed out by the fire pit and an outdoor movie followed. We played a game of golf and visited the tower with books, movies and board games. Hot tub and pool was definitely a bonus. Also, they offer hot breakfast included with your stay. The fire place in our room was a treat for us. I want to thank Martin for his attention to detail and making our experience even better; very welcoming, kind and friendly man. A valuable member to this crew, for sure! We appreciate you. We are definitely going to make it back this year! Can’t say enough good things about this place; I almost want to keep it my best kept secret, but can’t. You must visit to see it for yourself. Thank you SCV and see you soon!

We had such a wonderful time here! A quick getaway for us and our dog. The staff were kind and accommodating. The grounds were beautiful! Drinking wine, playing bocce ball and lounging in our room next to the fireplace!! Stayed and extra night and would definitely come again.

Incredibly charming. The staff is super nice, breakfast was great, bocci court, putting range, bean bag toss, fire pit and outdoor movie every night!? How could you go wrong? The setting is beautifully rustic the rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Close to the coast, and easy proximity to Sanoma wineries. Highly recommend it to anyone.

Our go to romantic spot for our anniversary. Rooms are large and ours had a jacuzzi tub. Mattress was comfy and linens were of superior quality. They have outdoor movies and pool and hot tub. We love the area and all the great restaurants.

What am amazing placeBeautiful and quiet...So serene...It was exactly what we needed...my fiance booked it as a surprise and our room was big, the bed was SO comfortable and we had a fireplace and a NICE jacuzzi bathtub that can easily accommodate 2 😉The staff there is extremely helpful and just plain nice.The property is well kept and the suite was impeccably clean. They even leave a bottle of wine in your room. There was a mini-fridge and hair dryer as well. What a great weekend!!!Thanks Boo 💕 😘

We had the most AMAZING experience at Sonoma Coast Villa Resort and Spa. We had read reviews a few months ago, then right before we went and I was a little nervous reading other feedback. How was the customer service? Were the outdoor patio furniture pads worn out? Were they really pet friendly? As soon as we walked in, we were SUPER impressed and then were sad to leave a couple of nights later.We were warmly welcomed at the front desk and were thankful we booked dinner that night at the restaurant. Dinner was excellent and they accommodated our kids. Eric, the general manager, was warm and friendly during wine tasting and shared some inside "scoop" on properly making a good french press coffee. We had wonderful food, our kids loved exploring the grounds and they could not be nicer to our dog.We all had a wonderful stay in this quaint hide-a-way. We will definitely be back! Thanks Lisa, Eric and the rest of the staff that keeps this gem running. We felt well taken care of!

This property is super cute. It's in a more rustic part of wine country so it's a great way to get away for the week or weekend. It's super quiet and VERY pet friendly, which is huge for us. The rooms are spacious and modern, and the bathtub is a dream. What really sets this place apart is the AMAZING staff. Alex and Alex (yes they are both named Alex) are so accommodating and hospitable! To say they went above and beyond to provide us the best stay possible would be a gross understatement.Finally, their COVID accommodations are wonderful. The room was deep cleaned, they have sanitation stations everywhere, and they are always wearing masks.I wish I could give them 6 stars.

Wonderful place to stay and enjoy with your family and dog. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. We really enjoyed the fireplace each evening. The grounds are designed to be "dog friendly", and it's quiet. The restaurant is excellent, and reasonable for the area. The staff are outstanding, friendly and helpful. And they all love dogs.We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and plan to return! If you want a place to stay, with your dog, this is the best.CD

Very nice place I love everything about it. Nice property friendly staffs. It has pool, jacuzzi and you can book a massage while you stay there. A jewel hidden in the valley that allows dogs..Great extra friendly staff and beautiful room/grounds.Some of the most kind and helpful people I have ever met work there. Since we do not get out much because I was sick they made sure our stay was exemplary.They allow small dogs which is super awesome. The rooms are spacious and some have spa tubs and super large bathrooms. Our room had a front courtyard so we could let our dog wander in a safe space.The property is very large so you can take your dog for lovely walks. There is a pond in the back of the property with adirondack chairs to sit and watch the wildlife.We had a lovely quiet vacation. A true get-away.Our room was super clean. The bathroom was impeccable. #17

It was a fantastic stay. Two nights, very quiet, clean and very nice rooms. Continental style breakfasting the morning delivered to your door (pastry, yoghurt, fruit and oj). All of the staff were extremely courteous and helpful. We were fortunate to be there on a night when a food vendor with a wood fire pizza oven was making pizza for dinner. It’s not something they offer every night, so plan on going out for lunch and dinner. We also took advantage of the couples massage which was fantastic. I highly recommend it.

Really cute cozy resort. We stayed in a suite with our dog & infant and it was perfect. Plenty of room for everyone. The restaurant is tiny and reservations are highly recommended on weekends but the food was great (ordered the salmon & steak). If I'm taking my dog along I'll be back here.

What a hidden gem! Stayed overnight just one night, but will absolutely be back. So charming and so quiet! The staff is super friendly and helpful, the grounds are beautiful, and the rooms are spacious! Lots of stuff to do - bocce, cornhole, pool (though small and not heated), hot tub. The night we were there they had an outdoor movie with complimentary s’mores - The Birds of course! - not sure they do it every night, but it was great!We didn’t get to use it, but the room had a fireplace and a jacuzzi tub - so heavenly for winters (or those cold costal NorCal summers). And don’t let the “hillside room” deter you, we had a great view of a meadow, beautiful trees, and peeks of the sun at sunset. Nice little patio too, fun for stargazing and birdwatching.In-room coffee, small fridge, and something I love - a fan in the closet! (We can’t sleep without a fan, so this is huge for us :-)The only suggestions for improvement are to add towel hooks in the bathroom - at least in room 12 - and the breakfast could have been better.I hate to admit, I’ve often driven by and wondered why someone would stay there and not on the coast…and now I know the secret!
