Although this place is small, the design has made excellent use of the space. The kitchen is set up for actual stovetop cooking, with only a tiny microwave and toaster oven for those functions. The cottage is light and bright, and was cozy during january storms. The only reason i would knock off stars was that the furnishings were old and broken down. The dining chairs were rickety, the couch was just a big marshmallow without any support, and we rolled to the center of the mattress. After the first night, we went into santa rosa and bought a chair so i could at least sit and read without killing my back. Our dog was very happy watching the critters from the deck

Classic home/incredible viewsViews, tv/cable great (2tv’s), tons of games and books, fully stocked kitchen appliances / utensils / dishware, comfortable beds, large washer & dryer, cool pictures and paintings, perfectly positioned front deck w/ocean & harbor views, large garage with tools, weber bbq, and lastly… the golf course location with rolling hills has a quiet, classy, upscale feel. A must rent vacation home if available!

Office is closing 2/28/24. Housekeeping had no consistency. Rather than training them properly, Vacasa simply decided it would be more cost effective to lay off the entire staff in Bodega Bay. I don't know what this means for the homeowners in Bodega Bay. I have a special place in my heart & soul for BB and promise (or threaten) you haven't seen the last of me.

I stayed with my significant other for a couple days. The driveway dips down, so I would definitely recommend taking a vehicle with higher ground clearance. The local cell service was poor (as noted), so we just downloaded driving directions before leaving. There is not much in the immediate area and it is not "walkable", so I would recommend having a personal vehicle or rental. We did, and we loved how close we were to the surrounding Vineyards. We had an amazing time.

Local team does not respond in timely manner. There are no quality checks of the property as we had only 5 small salad forks for a 4-bd house which should have a minimum of 8, not to mention actual dinner forks. No response after numerous reach outs. We had to spend an hour on the phone to even get someone, and corporate was even unable to connect with the local ops team. Eventually 4 dinner forks were brought. The A/C was not working the entire stay, and once again for a large house a number of the party was impacted. Still trying to receive a refund for loss of amenity and our time wasted, as only $60 was offered.

Very homeyThis is our second stay in this idyllic location. Great for a family and their dog companion. Terrifically, clean and well-maintained, and very well stocked kitchen! Lots of fun books to peruse during your stay, as well.

My husband and I found a jewel! Celebrated our wedding anniversary at this lovely home! Beautiful views from both floors. Right on the beach! Just steps to the ocean. Home is very clean, kitchen well appointed, and a BBQ to grill steaks on! Hiking trails, tide pools teaming with sea life just minutes away and awesome sunsets to marvel at! We highly recommend this home. Enjoy!

Perfect anniversary getawayThis was such a nice place to stay for the weekend. With a porch extending over the water and the beauty of the northern california coast all around you, it was an incredible place for our getaway.

Amazing clean rental, one of the best I have ever enjoyed. We are a picky crew of renters and were nervous after COVID was lifted, but not nervous here. The house was spotless and every need was anticipated. Amazing linens, and towels, very comfortable beds. The house was so clean, I commented on it many times to my husband. We were able to have a no touch check in and used the lock box to get the key! Bird feeders were well stocked, it was os lovely to have all the birds around when you sit outside. The game room in the garage was a huge hit every day after long hikes and beach time. The kitchen had everything that you could need, nothing to wish for. I loved the kitchen, and the appliances were new and worked amazing. The staff and management team were lovely to communicate with, making this our new favorite property. We were walking distance to the beach and a short drive to wonderful hikes! We loved hiking Kortum trail form Shell to Wright's Beach and back. Wonderful way to spend the day. Shell beach has tons of anenomes and starfish! We then ventured on the same trail to Goat Rock beach, which was amazing! Pomo Canyon to Red hill was a great hike too. I have stayed in so many rentals and am very particular and this is the cleanest most thoughtfully organized home ever. I will be anxious to get back, and cannot wait to return. I cannot say enough about how safe I felt in an uncertain time, and for the first time in months, relaxed. many cheers to the management team and staff!

Great, clean, well appointed getaway house in the woods. Close to the river and many great restaurants. I enjoyed the quiet neighborhood in the woods. The creek behind the house is especially lovely.

We stayed at Almost Paradise Feb 28-Mar 01 and had a wonderful experience. It all began as we as we drove through the town and along the coast. However, as we drove up the drive we were greeted by a family of deer. They stayed off in the distance the whole weekend...we did not seem to be a bother to them!Once we entered the home we could not help noticing how warm and inviting it was...and how comfortable we were. We walked in and the home was ready for us. Everything we could want or need, was provided!We shared this experience with another couple on Saturday. We went crabbing not far from the property and ended the day walking along the beach that is 2 minutes from the house. We bbq'd steaks for dinner and kicked back with a glass of wine as we watched the sunset on the ocean. What a view it was!The ocean could be viewed anywhere from the deck or from inside the home! It was so very relaxing watching the waves and the tide roll in. We are looking forward to our next trip for our 20th anniversary next month!Thank you Mia for making us so comfortable and ensuring that we were happy and satisfied with the property! You are the best!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. Our two boys had their own rooms and were very comfortable in their beds. Our bedroom had a gas fireplace and provided a great nights sleep. The beach access is easy and the home is equipped with everything you need. Mia is quite accessible and is a joy to deal with. We hope to come back again sometime!

Our family/group, ranging in ages from 20 to 76, all agreed that Crows Nest was special. The house was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Everyone enjoyed just hanging out and looking at the ocean. The beds and linens were very cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed. The enclosed yard made our dog's day too. It was private and really our best stay in Bodega, where we've been going for visits over the years. The house has a northern cali/sea ranch vibe which I liked alot.

BBBVR really are the best. My wife and I rented Latitude 38 for 3 months in South Harbor from them. It was beautifully kept with everything we needed and more. Mia was exceptionally responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. She had a genuine concern for the quality of our stay. This was among the most comfortable places we have ever stayed.

Our stay in Bodega Bay was amazing - we watched the sun set from our wrap around balcony just as the moon was rising and the deer were feeding nearby! The house was clean, spacious and well appointed. It will always hold a special memory for us. Mia was great accommodating our very last minute request, too.

This is the worst company. They are horrible to communicate with and totally inflexible. We tried to cancel a Tahoe reservation because of extreme weather and road closures - we physically could not get up there and they refused to accommodate us. We would have been fine finding a different day to go when the roads were open, but they were unwilling to work with us. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. They do not care at all about consumers and only care about making money.

This was our best vacation rental experience ever! Mia and her team are super friendly, responsive, and helpful. The two houses we rented (Casa Bella and La Dia Dream) were both amazing and impeccably remodeled, far exceeding the standards of a typical vacation rental. Plus many small unexpected touches made it feel homey and welcoming. Highest recommendation and looking forward to going back!

Thank you so much BBBVR! My friends and I have been coming to Casa Bella for years, and Mia has done a wonderful job of updating and making their home even more beautiful and inviting. While Casa Bella has always been a super getaway, the renovations have made it so sophisticated, sleek and modern while keeping the warmth and comfortable atmosphere. From floor to ceiling, furniture and light fixtures, bedding and bath, everything is coordinated and stylish.The newly remodeled kitchen is truly amazing. New appliances, countertops and backsplash add another layer of beauty in this home.The ocean views are amazing from every room in the house especially from the upstairs loft where you see the waves crashing on the beach. In addition, keep your eyes peeled for all the wildlife around you, including deer, quail, bobcats and blue heron plus all the other colorful birds.Mike and Mia, the owners of BBBVR and Casa Bella, are such gracious hosts and provide all the small details to make your stay exceed your expectations. This is the fourth time we have stayed at Casa Bella and this time for 11 nights.. A great home, newly remodeled, is large and spacious. The view is right above the beach to an endless horizon. Our family loves it and we will be back next year.

Huge thank you to Lana & Mia for facilitating our evacuation from the Tubbs Fire. They were immediately responsive when I emailed them, I had a contract & lock box code within the hour. They made a stressful time so much easier for our family. We stayed at La Casa Sotto, very close to everything, but quiet enough to relax. Lovely little enclosed yard for our dogs, and nice little kitchen area. I can’t recommend them enough.

Complete idiots! I booked through booking.com and 1) my credit card was declined three times, 2) used my wife’s credit card which for some reason worked, 3) had to call them and confirm my identity and 4) had to sign a rental agreement, the link to which didn’t work so I had to call them yet again and speak for 30 minutes to them providing information of my wife.Overall I had to waste about an hour talking to these idiots. I have used booking.com thousand times, have used Airbnb also thousand times and it was never so complicated!

Had a wonderful weekend get together for dad’s 80th birthday with the family. “La Dia Dream” is a gorgeous home with all the amenities plus ocean view. It is rare that we have needed to contact the office or MIa for any issue, but when we do the response is immediate or within 10 minutes and the problem is resolved.
