Not a regular grocery store. More natural and upscale. Very pricey. Great selection of most items, except small fruit and veggie area. Employees have always been really nice and helpful. Premade food tastes fresh and well prepared. The bakery has truly drool worthy treats.

Very $$$. The deli food is bad. Often I feel ignored by staff, or they are rude. They will have to fix a lot fast since a discount grocery is going in next door.

Our family enjoys shopping at Jensen‘s. My 4y/o son actually Requests to go there regularly. He loves the place! Definitely try ‘the sleeper’ sandwich from the deli. It’s on point. Their Starbucks location is convenient as well.

Store is very pricey, which can be expected for living in the mountains. This review is more so for the Starbucks inside. Some of the baristas are great and others look like they are annoyed they have to take your order or deal with people. Its really a hit or miss on having a good experience there.

Update:Another great reason to Love Jensen's is the assortment of Sees Candy!The Blue Jay Jensen's is always a pleasant stop when were visiting the mountains! We've been shopping there for over 40 years and love getting Donuts and baked treats! The service is great and we love the selection!

I’ll give this one four stars. They have everything you need, the staff is actually very friendly (unusual for the mountain) and the prices aren’t horrible. You’ll definitely pay more than you would down the mountain. Sometimes they are barbecuing outside which is good. Overall a great experience. Check out their bakery!

Have been there twice. Not impressed with last item my husband bought. French bread has 5 different stamps that they layerd in order to sell the bread it backdates a week and a half prior to the top stamp with the most current date

I've called multiple times to try and order my wedding cake. The first call I was on hold for 15 minutes after being transferred to the bakery. I called back and inquired about ordering a wedding cake, the employee told me that she couldn't answer any of my questions and that I had to speak with the bakery manager. I called the next day and asked to speak with the bakery manager, she was unavailable as I was told by another employee. I called back a little while later the same day, I was told the bakery manager was on lunch. I spoke with a male employee during that phone call who was kind and thoughtful enough to take down my phone number. I never received a call back so I called the next day and asked to speak with the bakery manager, the employee told me that she was in her office. I told the employee that I have called multiple times to try and order a wedding cake and keep being told that the manager is the only person I can order with and I can never get a hold of this person. I told her if she can't take my phone call then I'll just find another place. The employee told me "okay, thanks." The lack of people skills and zero desire for business was shocking. I was really looking forward to have my wedding cake made by Jensens.

I honestly think they have the best donuts anywhere around but they’ve jumped in cost by about 50% over the past year. Bring back the affordable donuts 😔

Great store for specialty items that are hard to find anywhere else. Their bakery is awesome. Their meat counter is excellent. Their flowers are also top notch. However, most of the ordinary, everyday items are quite pricey. It's very easy to see from the highway. Their wine and alcohol aisle is quite complete. I can't afford to shop here except for the occasional hard to find item. They will even deliver groceries, but it comes at a cost

The bakery has huge, very delicious donuts. I highly recommend the apple fritter. There is also a Starbucks inside if you're like me and need your fix. It's a great place to stop and grab a few things if you don't want to pack everything up the mountain with you.

This is a nice store! They have a nice deli that carries Boar's Head meats and cheeses and everything in the bakery looked really good. I didn't think prices were too bad. They were comparable to Orange County stores and I even noticed some lower pricing. They have pretty much everything you could want or need. There is also a Starbucks inside the store!

Always great customer service here. Groceries can be a little pricier but it's worth it for the convenience if you don't want to drive all the way to Stater Bros in Lake Arrowhead or Goodwin's in Lake Gregory. The bakery and the deli are pretty good, and Starbucks inside is convenient.

Beautiful store with nice employees. They have a great bakery with tons of delicious treats, donuts, etc., as well as a Starbucks. The employees are typically very helpful and the store is always clean. Their wine selection is fantastic with really strong pricing.

Good selection of high quality food. Very good fresh produce. Delicatessen has very good choice utilizing all the ingredients from the store. The store has an inside Bakery that makes many delicious treats. There is a small Starbucks within the store with some seating. It is however a market in a very small community show prices are on the higher side for most items. Parking tends to be a little sketchy at times. I don't do my main shopping there but occasion the store four more selective items I can't find elsewhere.

I love their bakery and their deli. And for those who love Starbucks it's there was well. They have a product called Zoup that I love to use when I make soup. I love their children cause I make ginger chicken and stir fry chicken. The store is a pricey but sometimes I cannot get into the grocery store that's closer to me. So I pay the price. The store is clean and the people there are nice.
