I have been going here for a few years , much more lately to purchase food for my dragons, Almost weekly, all the employees here are very helpful , very knowledgeable, they are willing to help and answer all questions we have, the store has improved so much the past few months , the animals look happy and healthy , the reptiles look in much better condition than they did in the past, still room for improvement like any thing else but really a great place to go, they have many kinds of pets , snakes , lizards , fish , turtles , ducks , chickens , exotic birds, bunny’s , chinchilla’s even pigs , food for reptiles , crickets , worms , green horn worms , awesome place.

These people do not take care of there animals we bought baby chick's from them and the where covered in poop and they way they handled them is very rough and there customer service sucks the employee looked as if he didn't want to help any of the customers they are inhumane and should be shut down

This place is the best feed and pet supply store in town! The gentlemen who work here are super nice and informative. Great prices also! We bought 2 parakeets from here and absolutely love them! Will definitely be coming here for more parakeets

Overabundance of animals in neglectful conditions, parrots showing serious signs of stress/illness (standing on one leg, plucking feathers), most birds only had one perch if they had a perch at all, no foliage, barren habitats and miserable animals. I came to get flea medicine for my pet but left immediately due to the overwhelming amount of stress and suffering from the animals on display. If Wero's doesn't have the resources to keep their animals in proper conditions, STOP BREEDING! This is shameful!

My puppy had parval she was really bad and week didnt eat for 4 days she was pooping blood and vomiting alot i came to this shop they have the same medication that any hospital would have for a much better price it took 3 doses and 3 days for my puppy to start eating again I highly recommend this place

Got 2 puppies and there was no great communication between the employees and myself. They charged 350 for one and 400 for the other. Got them home and they were sick. One definitely had something wrong with it. Seemed like he was blind or had something neurological was wrong. Not to mention they were starving and dying of thirst when I got them home. Tried to return 2 days later... they wanted me to have them sell them thru their store to get my money back. When they just turned around to make a profit. Horrible experience.

I've been going to this amazing place for About 3 years now and I love them they treat you like family their prices are amazing and all of their animals are healthy most of the birds there are handfed And I would recommend this pet shop over any other one from my personal experience

I like to shop here for my duck feed, parrot feed and sometimes we buy fish and plants for the pond. They're very friendly and will take your feed to your car for you. They sell birds, chicks, ducklings, parrots, chickens, roosters, fish, reptiles and more.. It's a cool little hidden store in Bloomington.

We actually bought a bird there about 8 months ago and was very happy with the place, went back recently to buy bird food and was discussed with the place, all the birds looked stressed out and not taken care of at all, most of them were very over crowded we actually had to inform the staff they had 2 dead baby ducks in a very over crowded glass tank, we'll never go there again!!!!!

I had a person who bought two inca doves because they were in bad condition. I took them in from her because I raise and breed healthy birds. Quails. Pheasants. Doves and zebra finches. They are healthy and happy in big pens. She showed me photos of this place should call an inspector or even animal rescues to come and check this place. I sell and Brees but I know and definitely acknowledge their mental and physical health. But this place look like a torture for the little angels.

Their service is GREAT! But I bought my daughter 3 love birds and a “dwarf” bunny not even a month ago a 3 days after I brought the pets home 2 birds died and 3 weeks later the bunny died!! Where do they get these pets from? We bought the food and supplies there.. So what could have happened.. My daughter is an animal lover.. She’s 10yrs old and wants to be a vet when she grows up.. It’s been a devastating 3 weeks for her.. I don’t even know what to tell her..

When I first entered this place I was not happy with the way the animals were kept. After returning a second time, I noticed some changes were made to store that show me they want to improve. The store has good deal on certain product. If you're looking for decent products for birds, reptiles, and farm animals, this is the place to go, items aren't over priced.
