Really cute store, but when we walked in the woman at the front desk was practicing her guitar and not paying attention. My wife tried on a couple of rings right in front of the woman and put them back. She was then accused of trying to steal one of the missing rings in the stand. Not the best business practice to focus on your guitar then blame paying customers for stealing because you weren’t paying attention when someone actually did.

I tried to call but there is no number. I bought albums for a hefty price and they sound horrible. I would like to get a refund. I do not live in the Big Sur area as so would return them. I buy albums a lot. What can be done please?Regards,Audrey
