This is the kind hardware store you wanna find in a remote town in the Sierras. The store is very well stocked with about everything that you can imagine. They have everything from fishing gear, plumbing supplies and on and on. All the isles are well stocked. The staff is friendly and most of all appreciative of of their Customers. So glad that the store has survived the catastrophes it is hitting this area from the rim fires and economic downturn. Stop by pay them a visit.

I do a lot of construction that needs a lot of specialty parts, and it’s really nice to have a hardware store in a little town that is well-stocked with a variety of products across the spectrum. Prices are higher than big box stores but the help is a lot better. I like how the staff is friendly and always willing to Assist

Located in the Sierra Mountains on the way into Yosemite along HWY 120, this hardware store is LOADED with almost anything you need. I came in looking for trailer parts and the selection was huge! Customer service was super helpful and made my search that much easier. Great place to shop.

Very polite, courteous, and friendly. Positive experience with the customer service. I had several questions and concerns regarding a project, one gentleman who was previously a lineman was extremely helpful, answered all of my questions and walked me through the entire process of my project. Very satisfied!!

I went in to buy barrier cloth. I first talked to 2 of the guys who worked there and they were rude and not one bit helpful. Then I approached the only woman, Jackie. I’m very glad I had her to help me. She was very patient, friendly and helpful. She helped me compare 2 products, climbed up a ladder to help me find another roll of what I needed. I then asked her to hold the 2 rolls til the next day and she said sure enough. I saw her tag the rolls with my name and marked it to hold till the next day. I went in the next day, saw only the 2 same guys as from the day before and asked for the rolls. They we’re gone. Neither were, once again, one bit of help. When I asked why they weren’t still on hold, one of them just shrugged his shoulders. I asked the other guy if they could be somewhere else. He said he’d check and never came back. These had been the last 2 rolls they had. If it weren’t for Jackie, I probably wouldn’t go back there again. ... Not too long ago, Jorge worked there too. He was the absolute best employee that store has ever had. I asked where he’d been and I was told he had been fired. What a shame. This store needs more employees like Jorge and Jackie.

Great store! They have just about everything you could need last minute for most jobs. It's pretty convenient to not have to drive all the way to Sonora just because you forgot a few things.

Replaced garbage disposal. Got home to discover we needed extra parts. The young lady that helped us never mentioned the separate extra parts for a new cord had to be purchased after we informed her we'd never done it before. She just said anybody can do it.

PML True Value is a great place. I can't believe how many different things they have in that store considering how small it is. Personnel is always helpful and knowledgeable, and our kids love the free popcorn.

Great hardware store in a mountain community. It's a long drive to get anywhere else so thankfully this place is packed full of helpful and necessary items for repairs and upgrades. Clean store and helpful staff.

This store is terrible As a former employee I can tell you they raise the already high prices and laugh as they do so. I’m not showered there due to the fact I filled a claim with the eeoc against them. Steve the store manager said and I quote when asked why he wouldn’t promote me was “ because your a women, you might get robbed” enough said.

It was a very good experience. Mark, the manager, helped me find exactly what i wanted. My husband did want something else and Mark was nice enough to tell me where i might find it at another store. Very good customer service

Returned a cart a year ago that broke the first time I used it but exchanged it for a more exspensive one paid even more money for it the guys working behind the counter were terrified of what to do cause the boss would be mad (that’s why I exchanged instead of a refund) I came in a few days later and the boss in front of other customers asked if I was the oneWho returned it I said yes and he asked me what I put in there I say give meaning supplies he said how heavy were they I said they are cleaning supplies or not they then to make me feel stupid he goes well what kind like I was stupid I said normal cleaning supplies nothing that heavy it just broke because it’s made out of plastic there was at least four customers in there and a couple employees he treated me like an idiot when I return something paid more money didn’t get any money back and got another cart I’ve seen that guy belittle people belittle employees and it’s wrong I’ve seen Really good people working there and then they’re gone that place needs some help because it’s a good store and they’re all good employees but the guy running it is not a nice person

Solid 4 stars, they seem to have a little bit of everything.I recommend a smaller bucket on backhoe, even with a 8ft bed, rocks still fall on the cab and tailgate, left a lot of scratches but I should have known better.
