We went here while on holiday for Thanksgiving and got some pretty great stuff for a reasonable price, but we had an issue with the transaction that we did not notice until much later. In short, we were able to connect with the store owner, Jeannine, after hours to see about resolving the problem which she happily did. She was more than apologetic and kind about the mistake and she did wonderfully at reassuring us that everything would be handled, and it was handled. The staff is very polite, engaging, and helpful. The overall experience was fantastic despite the unexpected issue. Jeannine’s fast and enthusiastic response to our problem only served to further our admiration of the store she runs. Her personal action on this matter was clear enough to see that the quality of her store and the staff she has on are only a reflection of herself. My husband and I were very pleased with everything and we strongly recommend that anyone who is in the area should shop here.

I come for the soaps, the pleasantries are extra. You can find some of the coolest souvenirs here. From snow globes to pocket knives. Nic-nacs and toys and they also have Beanies...

One of my favorite place to visit when I come to Big Bear Lake. It’s about 5 miles from the Airbnb house I rent so I and my family drove to Big Bear Lake Village to look for some food. It’s December when we came but it was too hot to have snow. However, it was cold at night time. This village has many souvenirs shop for us to explore. It was fun to walk around this area at night. And don’t forget to get a cup of hot chocolate. It will warm up your body. There are some fire pits on the way.

This is of course a biased view..... I grew up in Big Bear. I love this place, the locals are friendly, the reatraunts are good, the lodging is reasonable and nice. For those looking to ski....Snow Summit and Bear Mountain are great locations.

Amazing and stunning place just a bit upper than los Angeles. In Christmas is a wonderful place. Enjoy shopping, food, kindness. $$. Very romantic and also perfect for the family. You will fill your camera roll, believe me.

Quaint mountain town, wonderful to visit in the fall and winter with the leaves beginning to change in the fall and snow in the winter. It becomes a winter wonderland.

The owner was very nice and welcoming to the store. You could tell that she loves what she is doing. I picked out two T Shirts - she took the time to show me the material to see if that's what I wanted. Then she went and printed the shirts on the spot. And gave a discount. Super friendly. If you want to shop in Big Bear go to this store first!

This is such a quaint town. It is dolled up for the holidays and filled with the cutest finds. Surprisingly great deals for a tourist town.

Really great so with everything you could imagine at prices that were more affordable than some of the other places in the village. The girl that helped us was a sales super star. She greeted everyone, told us all about the figurines, and how she could pack them in boxes. We ended up getting a little bear salt and pepper holder because a) our cabin had one in it and we loved it and b) this sales girl was super great. You should really come to this shop before going to the others. We went in nearly all of them and only purchased items in three of them.

A fun place to explore if you enjoy little shops. Some are predicable, but most are pretty unique. A great place to find a special gift that you won't find at a mall or department store. Some nice places to eat mixed in too. The whole village seems to be very pet friendly too... Lots of dogs all dressed up for winter! Have fun!

This is my all time favorite store in the village. Its family owned and operated, and they are always very nice. The prices are great and they have winter stuff plus home decor. I've been going there for years now. I'll definitely go back. I've gotten so many cute lil bears for my cabin. I just am loving all their stuff. It's a must to stop by when your ever in the village.

It is a beautiful place to visit when you just want to escape reality and the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The village is just like being in a small town with all its mom and pop shops. Each one unique. Everyone is so friendly. Stuff can tend to be pricey but a lot of it is native to Big Bear. I never wanted to leave. Still looking for places to live up there.

I simply love the mountains and the village has a lot to offer. It will make you feel like you're on vacation far away. People are pretty nice here, the crafts are neat (most come from china lol). But it's a nice experience.

This is a really cool place to go and hang out and spend the afternoon or even the evening, there are several cool shops to stop at, lots of places to eat, lots of cool niche shops.. even an ice cream shop,if it gets cold in the evening the streets are lined with fire pits where the public and gather round... It's a very community and family friendly place, we enjoy just walking around the whole shopping complex and seeing the sights....the village is definitely a must-see on your list.

Had fun walking around Village and checking out the little shops. It was a Sunday after women's retreat so not a lot of places were open but it was very nice. It's always nice to get up and do the air and a being a little resort town

Absolutely loved this spot. Visited during the first week of December. There were already Christmas decorations up, lighted trees lining the street, fire pits every so often blazing with seating for several. We also found this area is dog friendly - our dog enjoyed the walk through the village and there were dog waste bags and disposal stations along the walk. The stores were all open late, even on Sunday evening which was surprising. SO many restaurants we couldn't decide! Everything looked and smelled great. And sweets are EVERYWHERE. Kids would love to see the toy shops and candy stores.

Cabins are nice and the town is easy to navigate. The lake is extremely low, and there is almost NO decent size fish. We rented a boat and were skunked. (6 people)The lake is not very well maintained and there are weeds all along the shoreline. The prime spots belong to residents. 6 experienced fisherman over the course of 8 days only caught 4-bullhead catfish. Catch and release. If you want to fish, this is not the place to come.

Been here many times and i've always loved it. Great place to day trip or weekend getaway, just walk around and shop and there's some great food too! Very pet friendly around town, but not all shops allow dogs, which is understandable.

The Village is alway a fun time, anytime of year but especially during the summer on a weekday when the sidewalks are less busy!Lots of wooden bears for photo opportunities. Nice variety of shops to purchase some memorabilia at.

We had a great time at Big Bear Lake Village. They have something for everyone there. We went in November just in time to see all of the beautiful colors of the changing trees. Family friendly and pet friendly.
