We trust the Petco groomers. They always do a great job. The groomer remembered our dog and her cut and called just about 2 hours later to let us know she was ready. Our Wriggles seemed anxious to go behind the door, which shows me she isn’t afraid of going there.

The Groomer, Eva, has been grooming our Cocker Spaniels for 4 years. You can tell she really cares about the dogs. She is very friendly also. It has gotten very difficult to schedule an appointment in Big Bear and Palm Springs. There seems to be a staff shortage during the Pandemic.

The extreme use of a Ferminator upon my huskies. They appear shaved, Lost their natural coats, skin damaged from HEAVY raking with an inappropriate tool, they were not able to be pet for 2 days because of it. They are uneven in patches due to heavy Ferminator. Dont be lazy do the job right, care for your customers pets or find other types of work.
