We went in this store to buy sweatshirts and other clothing. One of the two women working asked us to sanitize our hands at the door before shopping....so we did. This particular little woman sat by the door and treated us like we were going to steal something. Her attitude was insulting because we are not the type of people that steal; we have money to buy what we want. As we were looking at clothes the other woman behind the counter made a comment about our masks. She didn’t like the way we wore them apparently and whipped out a can of Lysol and completely sprayed it directly over us. She then proceeded over to the other little lady guarding the door and whispered to her. We left! Very rude and unwelcoming women in this store. We were ready to buy a BUNCH of items. Their loss!1-15-21 at 1:15pm.

The staff was helpful. We shopped there in August and found cute stuff here and shirts. Of all the stores we walked around to shop at last, we came back to this store and found the 1st cutest Big Bear shirt for my babygirl and a plush animal. And also my older daughter got a cute beanie, too. Cool stuff here.

One of the most honest and comfortable shopping experiences anyone can have! Fun selection, fair prices, excellent kind staff! Ended up spending more than I wanted, and smiled because I did! See you all next year!

I’m a return customer went in recently as I forgot to pack PJs! Owner was so helpful even though she was closing up for the night great attitude I go there every time I’m in town Walked out with the cutest pj pants and tank. new stuff too

Awesome local store with good selection of Big Bear Lake attire, souvenirs, and more. The prices are VERY reasonable and the employees are helpful and friendly! 6 out of 5 stars

I thought this was a very cute shop. I went to check out their gloves and boots. Although I did not leave with anything, I was still in awe of many items.
