The older lady is absolutely amazing. Myself and my 2 daughters came in today about 2pm and she gave us the red carpet welcome. Shes polite and hospitable. Thank you for making my family feel welcomed in your store. Sadly some stores were not as welcoming of my 2 biracial children...so sad but that's life, i rather rave about this store than even give the bad ones any type of credit.

Wow this place is amazing. The owner is super nice and has so many unique items for this season, and some of them are so colorful and beautiful.We spent about 20 minutes there just looking around and the nutcrackers were our favorites. So many decorations and santa claus items you could put in your living room. Highly recommend coming here.

Have found so many beautiful Christmas items at the shop. Everything from Department 56 to European style items. The shop always makes me smile since I love Christmas

The woman at the counter was extremely rude and doubted that I just purchased my items 10 minutes before. She bagged up 2 $10 ornaments and a $35 pine tree item. I spent $59. My husband took a squishy ornamentation of the wrapping to hand to my son and showed me that the top of the ornament was flapping. I ran in for a quick exchange and she mentioned that she "ALWAYS TAKES OFF THE TAGS". She asked if the other also had the tag and I walked outside and grabbed it and walked right in and showed her that she didn't take off the tag either. If I was going to steal a $10 squishy donut ornament, I wouldn't have brought it back for an exchange. I got cute pine trees as a memory of Big Bear and I sure hope this isn't a constant reminder of the terrible customer service.

The store has narrow pathway and its easy for items to fall off when you walk past by. By Murphy's law its obviously overpriced and you are charged for it. One hell of a money making strategy for items that dont sell.The store owner should rather take insurance than keeping items protruding into an already narrow pathway.

Be careful! watch up your children hands, too many tricks are there, the goods are easy dropped off, and you have to pay for it.
