BAG.Reply to request for details:Quit w the disingenuous queries for follow up details, it's readily apparent the guy running your store is a complete A Hole that gives zero Fs about customers and he goes out of his way to make sure all customers know he gives zero Fs about them. He only pauses w his personal, on speaker phone calls, that he was engaged in the entirety of my three visits, to give you the total. What a complete D Wad! I get the feeling you give zero Fs as well given your repeated and dimwitted requests for follow ups.

The cashier was playing his cell phone and ignore us for literally 2 mins. He obviously knew we are waiting there, but just pretended don’t know.Any good reasons to explain his behavior?We are Asians with masks.

Extremely rude manager. Yelling at customers why are just trying to get the free Slurpee that 7-Eleven advertises on 7/11. Unbelievable.

Worst store ever. No public bathroom at either place. They have had an out of order sign on the bathroom for the longest time, approximately a year and a half. Since they started selling alcohol a majority of the staff seems to be sampling the merchandise. Most of the hot food there is stays on the grill for two to three hours over their time. I have come in and seen wings so dry they were minutes away from turning into fossils. It seems like the hard working employees are running around like chickens with their feathers in a fluster as they run around in an understaffed frenzy trying to complete a humungous unwritten task list. On the other hand the rest of the employees seem to just do the bare minimum as the incentive to do the job is a folktale of a time long ago. The other day I was their in April the cashier had built up a line of five people. It turns out the gentleman gave the cashier a $100 dollar bill. The establishment didn't have change....so what did the cashier do, HE PUT THE HUNDRED DOLLAR BILL IN HIS POCKET!!!!. The customer then had to get cussed out by the cashier. Then had to get multiple customers to rally at his side. 2hours later the manager finally came to give the gentleman his money back. So if you want to give a store your money and maybe get some items and possibly get your money back, then spin the wheel,this gamble is for you. Go ahead enter this place at your own risk. You may get something good (not likely) but you better not ask for your change!!!!!

If I'm paying $50 in gas, they should have a restroom working. They want customers to go to Carl's Jr. I wonder what would Carl's Jr think about that? I am willing to spend more money in gas than deal with this poor service.

I have never seen or experienced such disgraceful behavior from a cashier...Upon entering the store (02/09/19 @ 5:00 ish)....the red head (female cashier) was extremely rude and inappropriate..Her comments almost felt racial...We ended up leaving our items and shopping else where...Very sad people still behave in such a manner..I would never recommend this 711 location to anyone of color...This isnt the first interaction with this cashier...

Either fix the hot chocolate machine/dispenser or remove them. They are out of service more than they are in service. Broken for weeks at a time.

Called to see if I left my card behind , left it there but as soon as I could say anything GRETCHIN rudely said that she was very busy and had to call back later . Didn’t say it in a nice manner , was very rude . Wouldn’t even let me finish my sentence when all I wanted was for them to cut my card and throw it out .

They have a different price on the product when going to grab it, but when you're ready to pay it is a different price. They also didn't want to charge you what was on the product originally.
