Great store. Very good staff -- friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Excellent selection of dry, wet, raw and dehydrated raw dog food and lots of toys, treats, etc. The buy 3, get 1 free program can make buying more affordable.

I’ve probably been here about 70 times.. this year alone. Staff has been friendly EVERY SINGLE TIME.They usually don’t have deals and the number of product lines is sort of limited.However, they don’t sell junk food, or not the same trash like the 2 Big Stores.

This has been the greatest place where I can bring my Chihuahua to get her favorite food and treats. The staff are always so warm and welcoming. I used to take my dog to Sparkys for grooming. I now take Daisy to Pet Food Express since they have a washing area at the rear of the store where you can pick from 3 different shampoos. The store is always clean and the prices are competitive. They have a bakery for your pet and you can go home with a cat since they do cat adoptions here also. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thanks Pet Food Express Team

I love Pet Express for all the amazing treats they sell and high-end food. I utilized the grooming station for the first time, not acceptable. The blow dryer is blowing out freezing cold air, my baby is shaking. They do not provide any sort of brushes. they charge $18 for this service, I would not ever use their grooming station again.

I love the store in Beverly Hills location , and Eric who helped my dog get best food benefits for her ! My baby Golden doodle didn’t like to eat and also her hair didn’t look good after I took her many time to vet but finally I met Eric very knowledgeable amazing person put my baby on a food routine 🙏 thanks to this store for having Eric there to help! By the way if I want to make my baby happy is just to stop by at the store and she is soooo happy just to be there and buy some treats ! Also my Daughter Golden doodle same , we always stop by the store beside food shopping weekly! Again Thank you Eric 🙏 you are the best 🌹 we got new pups two Maltipoos and we can’t wait to take them to Eric today ! See you soon

Always a great spot to get my kitties' food. The staff is SUPER helpful, and you can't beat buy 3 get 1 free. Also, they're REALLY AMAZING with allowing the return of food even when opened. You know how kitties can be SO finicky. The returned food goes to various shelters for cats.

Love taking my giant dog here for her bath. It's super clean and doesn't smell like other mom and pop dog washing establishments. A token will get you about 30 minutes and each one cost $18. However if you purchase 3 at once you will get a 4th for free. They also provide towels to dry your pup as well as multiple types of water proof collars in case you dont want to use your own. They have 3 types of shampoos, vanilla, hemp, and the 3rd one I don't remember... The hair dryer works fine but it's not heated and theres only one attachment so if someone else is using it then you're out of luck. The attachment tunnels the air so it blows out quicker so it's extremely useful. A work around it is by cupping your hand around the nozzle to imitate the attachment lol. In addition to the clean washing environment the staff is extremely nice. There's also many varieties of pet foods, treats, and they have "just food for dogs" as well.

We added an additional puppy to our family and went to purchase a harness, from one of the staff at the shop. had recommended this product after showing him a pic of our puppy,After 2 weeks the harness ripped, but gladly nothing happened (: So what happened???As customers, we returned to the store and explained what happened and that only 2 weeks have passed since we purchased- and wanted a replacement... The manager was rude and offered a 5$ discount Horrible customer service would never buy there again

This store and their staff is great. Smiling, helpful, and knowledgable. There is a pet adoption company (Amanda's Foundation?) that operates out of here. There is a lady named Tracy that judged me and my family by our appearance and started creating excuses out of thin air as to why we couldnt adopt a kitten we were there for (We were there FIRST. Its supposed to be first come, first served. She was late too). They let this kitten out with 3 others when they finally got there. As soon as we started to express interest in one, Tracy started saying that one *might* already be adopted. Not sure where that leaves us but THEN, proceeds to tell me that this particular one (out of 3 in the same litter) HAS to go to a home with another cat there already (after asking us if we had other cats at home to which we said, no). Doesnt end there. Then tells us that the other 2 kittens in the same litter DONT need go to a home with other cats. So much nonsense coming out of her mouth that she couldnt even keep track of what her "policies" were. I confronted her and let her know that I didnt appreciate the treatment and she started yelling at me about policies and then tried to kick me out of the store that wasnt hers. I was checking out my items when she was doing this so obviously I stayed there and waved bye to her as she was fuming. Needless to say, if you need food and treats, this place is really cool. All kinds of local fresh brands you wont find anywhere else at great prices. If you are going to try and adopt a pet, I would make sure you dont have to do it when Tracy is there (at least). She thinks she is much more important than she is. We ultimately drove out to PetSmart in Santa Clarita and got another cute little fur baby in a matter of an hour. The poor kittens under her "care" lost out on a lovely home. We paid 100 bucks instead of the 300 she wanted at the end too. I would keep her shady practices out of Pet Food Express if I were the owner. Pretty sure she is racist and a guaranteed liability.

On my last visit I had a wonderful experience. The gentleman who greeted me was very helpful and didn't (like many can) feel I was taking his time up. I haven't often had the nicest of greetings prior to this visit, found staff to be in the past standoffish/cold.

Very nice store. Easy to get to and free parking. They have a great selection of the higher end pet foods. Natural, organic, raw, single food, everything. Good pet beds, carriers available. 2 double sided rows of dog toys. Bakery treats. Staff is always pleasant and available.Have not noticed any sales like the Long Beach store has had in the recent months.

I had to make do a return/exchange today at Petfood Express and I had the pleasure of working with and speaking to Jon. He was just the most helpful and wonderfully caring associate and we talked for almost an hour about things pet and life-related. The store was also immaculate and extremely clean. Everyone was so welcoming from the time I walked into the store until the time I left. Even though it’s about 30 minutes from where I live, I will definitely be returning here more often. It was worth the trip!

Have been taking my dog here for 2 years, about once a month. Their self wash stations are awesome. Clean, tiled, and is gonna sound weird, the only self wash place my dog will walk into. The staff is awesome, they have pet food, treats, toys, etc. They provide towels, assorted shampoos, dryers for your pet and they sell like dried chicken feet, like image jerky chicken feet, that my dog goes bonkers for. This is the only place I have ever seen that sells them. We love this place!

Great selection, fantastic staff- super knowledgeable. The products they carry are really nice, top of the line brands. Excellent pet CBD selection and great supplements available here too.Everything from crates, to playpens to strollers. I have never gone in there and not found what I was looking for.They have new enrichment toys for dogs!!!! Puzzle bowls, treat dispensing toys & more 👍

I love Pet Food Express! It's always super clean and they carry Just food for dogs items!! Staff are always friendly and not too crowded. They even do free delivery if you order $35+ super convenient! They also donate all return items to charity. What an awesome company!

I frequent this store as I live 2 blocks away and my dog lives to visit almost every day. I purchase all my dogs food at this location (Beverly Hills) including treats and sometimes a toy on sale.There are a few employees who are truly fantastic-greet you when you walk in, offer assistance and converse a bit. Since the manager Kevin transferred to another store location, the vibe has changed. Kevin always offered treats for the dogs, and was very friendly. The store is clean and mostly well stocked .

Extremely knowledgeable staff. Great variety of food, toys, treats and other essential items. They have a small bakery with reasonable priced dog desserts. They also have grooming services (haven’t tried it). Some of the best customer service I have ever seen in Beverly Hills.
