I am very happy with Henley. They always take good care of my dogs.Grooming is done in a timely manner and my dogs always look & smell so good. They never make mistakes and accidentally cut my dogs (which some other local places do sometimes).The people are very friendly here and the shop is very transparent. You can watch how gently they take care of all dogs being groomed.They also offer pet teeth cleaning from time to time which is nice.As a nice finishing touch they always give the dogs a nice bandana / fuzzy necklace / hair bow

Henleys is the best groomers we’ve found on the Westside. They’re always nice and our dog comes out happy and beautiful after getting her wash and blow out. It’s not cheap but well worth the price. Definitely recommend

I love this salon! We have grooming salons closer to us, but we will only ever take our dog here. They do an excellent job and listen to the client's needs, but ultimately, I trust them to take care of Bowie. Marcelino has done an exceptional job with every one of his cuts. We come every 4 weeks to keep his coat fluffy and mat-free. Thank you to the wonderful staff at Henley salon!

Our groomer of 13 yrs retired during COVID and I tried out 2 other groomers who were lovely but just couldn't quite get the cut and style we were used to. I have a 14 yr old Standard Poodle and Henley has done an amazing job. She is able to take what I ask her and really make it come to life even when it has been a little challenging like "can you trim the muzzle short but still keep it rounded?" We miss our old groomer since it was a 13 yr relationship but I'm so grateful to have found Henley and Olive looks great.

Bad customer service when it comes to asking them to fix multiple grooming mistakes. Left my golden doodle worse than when I dropped him off. His eyes and mouth area were trimmed uneven, sanitary area was left untouched, he has random long strains of fur and overall bad messy texture on his fur throughout and he also began to smell 2 days later even tho he is an indoor dog. I asked them to reschedule me since I don't live in the area and would need make time to return another time. I emailed them photos of the errors so that they can redo him entirely which they agreed to. Once I arrived for my appointment they refused to groom him and only wanted to trim his eyes. I explained to them the prior emails, photos, and phone calls of confirmation that my dog was to get bathed, groomed, and trimmed properly under their Tidy Up package. They continued to want to charge me even more than what I had originally paid to begin with. When I pointed out their service packages and prices on the website they told me to hold on and later said "yeah no that's a lot of work we can't do that". I was speechless and just left the shop. The owner was there the entire time and was aware of the issue which just made it even more disappointing.

Having my dog groomed here resulted in him ending up with corneal abrasion sun both of his eyes. We had to take him to the vet where he was prescribed pain medication and antibiotic eye drops. Truly an awful experience, avoid this place at all costs.

When it comes to trusting your new puppy for their first hair cut you can’t do better than Henley Style Spa and pet grooming. Shanti was so happy and at ease at when we picked her up that we know she had a great experience. Paws down the best spot in LA to have your best pal groomed. We love that they use all natural products too. Four paws up and a big tail wag too.

A week into rescuing our pup - after running around the neighborhood, rolling around in the grass and cooling off with the garden hose - our pup needed a good clean! He went in as Pig Pen and left a perfect, sweet-smelling, soft baby.I was nervous dropping Ozzy off but Sue and Yuri were so welcoming and sweet upon arrival. Davis was awesome and helped bring Ozzy to the back while making him comfortable and at ease. When I picked Ozzy up, I heard Henley groomed our pup, herself.On my way out, we had to pick up a "beer." Ozzy earned it. 10/10, we'll be back!

The first time I’ve ever liked my doodles haircut from the first day. Usually they take a week or two to grow into it, but they left my pup looking fluffy and cute immediately. Our little guy has gone to many groomers, but there are very few we have ever returned. That is until we found Henleys. From the moment we call, until the time we walk out the door, they always go out of their way to make sure Quincy is taken care of. The owner, Henley, personally assures that our pup is picture perfect with a cute accessory when he leaves (this week was a bow tie). Henley Style is a godsend. They re close to my house and always make an appointment for me quickly without any long waits for weeks or days in advance which is good for me. They are sweet and my dog always looks and smells wonderful when I come to get just a few hours later. Everybody is friendly. The shop is happy and clean and welcoming. I highly recommend them. I am so happy they moved in to the space and now I was even more happy to find out they are open on Sundays!!! That is perfect!!

I cannot speak more highly of Henley as a groomer and as a pet caretaker. She's groomed our dog since she's opened her shop and before for a year. He passed earlier this year, but not only does she do a great cut, she's been super attentive to our boy while he was aging, making us aware of his dementia he was developing and just overall health. She was actually more honest to us about his aging than our vets we would take him to. Even though we no longer go to her, we cannot recommend her enough for her love and care for our dog. You will be in good hands, thanks for taking care of Zeus for the past several years!

I know Henley for 10 years now. She is been grooming my 3 pounds Yorkie and I would never left my baby to someone else. Henley and her staff are very professional and caring for the animal. Edit addressing the owner’s response:I have no reason to lie about what I witnessed. If the techniques your groomers are trained in result in what I saw, you need vastly better training. I know what I saw because I was entirely appalled and have never witnessed that behavior at any other groomer. Put your energy toward addressing your employees rather than calling your customers liars.Only giving two stars because my first experience was positive. Upon return for a second nail trimming, multiple quicks were cut and I watched another groomer, Manuel, being SO unnecessarily rough with two separate small dogs he was grooming. Yanking them around by the fur, by the neck, zero care for the fact that they are living creatures who are probably not the happiest being groomed. This man should not be allowed to work in this establishment. I have zero faith that my dog would be handled with care if I was not watching them like a hawk through the window the whole time. It’s close to my house and convenient, but never again.

I recently took my beloved dog, Coco, to Henley Style Pet Grooming for a simple wash and cut, hoping for a positive experience. Little did I know that this decision would lead to a nightmare for Coco and me. I cannot emphasize enough how utterly disappointed and appalled I am with the service provided by Henley and her staff. This review is an earnest warning to all pet owners: stay far away from this establishment if you value your furry friend's well-being!First and foremost, Coco's safety was compromised during her grooming session. The incompetent groomer handling her must have used some form of sharp object, possibly scissors or an unknown tool, resulting in a painful cut above Coco's eye. It is evident that they are not skilled or cautious enough to handle even the simplest tasks. When we requested to see the video footage, which could have shed light on what really happened, we were met with outright refusal. It is clear they were attempting to hide their culpability for the distressing incident.As a consequence of this heinous mistake, Coco developed an enormous cyst above her eye, causing it to be fully closed. The poor thing was unable to open her eye and endured weeks of discomfort and excruciating pain. It breaks my heart to witness my sweet dog in such agony, all due to the incompetence and negligence of Henley Style Pet Grooming. I had no choice but to take Coco to the vet, where they had to intervene and release the contents of the growth that formed due to the grooming mishap.To make matters worse, Henley, the owner of the establishment, displayed a complete lack of empathy and accountability for her actions. She displayed a shocking disregard for Coco's well-being and failed to take responsibility for the pain her establishment caused. Henley's attitude towards concerned customers is nothing short of disgraceful, further highlighting her incompetence and lack of professionalism.Coco is a tiny Shih Tzu, a breed that requires gentle care and meticulous attention. It is evident that Henley and her team are incapable of providing even the most basic care, let alone handling delicate animals with the respect and compassion they deserve. I implore all pet owners to think twice before entrusting their beloved companions to the hands of Henley Style Pet Grooming. They are utterly incompetent, negligent, and downright rude when confronted with the consequences of their actions.In conclusion, I cannot emphasize enough the extent of my disappointment and anger towards Henley Style Pet Grooming. Their complete disregard for Coco's well-being, their refusal to take responsibility, and their woeful lack of skills and compassion make them deserving of no stars whatsoever. Shame on you, Henley, for allowing such incompetence and cruelty to persist in your establishment. I sincerely hope that no other pet owner falls victim to your callousness and neglect!
