I cancelled my subscription and am still being charged for food my dog does not like. They will not cancel my order, but said just refuse the order when it arrives and you will get a refund. If not I have to pay to ship the product back. The customer experience is terrible.

Terrible place my dogs didnt like their food. So i canceled. Still charged me i emailed customer service they basically said i canceled membership but still shipped. So got charged almost $70. I said ok ill send it back. I just got email that it just shipped so i said it hadnt shipped as of yesterday so could of canceled order but refused to. Then i find out that they charge for return label and $3 restocking fee. So its a scam. Horrible dog food and customer service. Total scam. Anything to make a buck. DO NOT TRY THEM ITS A SCAM. BOYCOTT WILD EARTH DOG FOOD! DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE!

The worst customer service I have experienced. I tried to reach out multiple times to get a missing order resent to my house. No response and it has been 15 days. I have been on a subscription with them for almost a year now and I think that is bad business. I will cancel my subscription and give my money to Amazon who will respond when there is an issue with their customers. Paying $70/month for my dog food and can't even get a response.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Did I say HORRIBLE! I meant ATROCIOUS 😡🤬 They don’t return calls… charge you when you cancel and restrict packages so that you can’t just refuse them for them to be returned!!!NOT TO MENTION…THE FOOD MADE BOTH MY DOGS SICK AS HELL!!! DON’T WASTE YOUR $$$$$
