All the locations are great for affordable DIY dog washes. This location is our favorite because the parking is easy and free (!!), and the water for the baths is warmer than the local average.

Greg is the best! Give this guy a raise, customer experience is what differentiates pet shops.We came by simply to inquire about the bathing services. Though we didn’t purchase anything today, he was friendly & gentle with our dog and made a lot of recommendations for our dogs sensitive stomach.

Definitely my favorite store for my 5 month old puppy!!I am a new puppy owner and everyone who works here always makes me feel welcomed and well taken care of by giving me the best recommendations and thoughtful info!!I also want to express my gratitude for Angelique!! Great options for food, treats, goodies, and all your pets needs. They have a bathing area that is quick and clean. Shampoo dispenses from soaking hose. No mess like when you have bottles of shampoos. Great service and staff is always friendly.

Pet self wash is amazing. Towels and aprons provided. Staff is always helpful and welcoming. Last time we used it after our husky swam in a dirty pool with the cows. After the bath he smelled amazing and looked squeaky clean.

The employees here were so extremely helpful. I walked in like a lost puppy and they found everything that I needed quickly. Everything was clean and they provided hand sanitizer and they'd sanitized the baskets. They were kind and had a number of really nice offers - like buy 3 get 1 free can of cat food. Everything on the shelves was really high quality, too.

Very friendly staff, comfortable location, I have been there twice to use the pet wash service and they recently increased the price, they went from $15 to $18 which I think it was kind of a high increase, but still I'm willing to pay it because of the convenience of the service, no more back pain bathing my dog at home!!!!!Excellent service!!!! 👍👍

My favorite pet supply store. Yes, it's small and your choices can be limited, but the quality is superior to the other major pet supply chains, and the prices reflect this --think Whole Foods for dogs, not Trader Joes. Young staff, super friendly and helpful, but not annoyingly so. Lol. Absolutely the best variety of dog treats--and all the weird stuff too! Chicken feet and tendon jerky, anyone? :)

Pet food express is a wonderful business. Their staff is extremely knowledgeable and passionate. They have amazing products and customer service. They always have great advice. The stores are pristine and some have a puppy bath station for $15. My first time there the girl helped me bathe my dog for 30 min. Best place to buy pet supplies.

Had good variety and inventory of the items I needed for my 2 kittens, bought some treats and the cashier told us about a deal that we were missing out on with the treats, so we got an extra one! Pretty good experience overall, just didn't have everything I needed.

The people who work here are always very nice, and very kind to my dogs. The dog washing facilities are just what you need, with warm water a choice of shampoos and a blow-dry setting if your dog will accept that. They had additional towels, and aprons for the dog washer, and even little special doggie treats at each station. Great place to wash my dogs!

This place is great to bring your pets to for food, treats, toys and even better you can scedule a appointment to reserve a do it yourself pet washing station. Very convenient for dog owners like myself. If you haven't checked out Pet Food Express yet. I certainly encourage you to pop in and check it out. The staff there are very nice and helpful with anything your looking for, or questions you might have.

This is the BEST pet store i’ve visited. Veronica knows all the products they sell and is familiar with news associated with pets! I came to buy dog treats when thinking about switching her diet. Veronica made some really good suggestions, and now I’m going home with two bags of new food and treats and canned food for my cats! Amazing service! Thank you:)

Great selection of high quality dog foods I found some great raw food treats food and kibble alternatives! The employees were very helpful and answered all my questions. Very knowledgeable as to where ingredients come from and much more info. They were helpful in answering all my questions and more.

Not all pet stores are created equal, and it's hard for these big chains to distinguish themselves from one another. What sets Pet Food Express off from the rest is its customer service. They have lots of knowledgeable people on the floor who recommend solid products and are great resources for help. Prices are reasonable and the selection is impressive for a store with a much smaller footprint compared to Petco and others. A little tough to access from its location but worth it.

The dog wash is back, just make sure to call ahead of time and make an appointment especially on weekends. Due to new rules for Covid19 they only have 2 wash stations open.Greatest thing is you can get a treat for your dog on the way out, or what ever else you may need, so it serves as a double duty trip and a happy dog for getting a treat after a wash. I always let my dog pick out a treat after a bath and now she doesn't mind getting a bath so much anymore!Also attentive and knowledgeable staff and the company is always looking for ways to give back to the community, thank you Pet Express!!

I love this mall. It feels like home. I worked at Macy’s for many years, so that is my “home” store. Then there’s See’s and Nordstrom shoes, El Grullense carnitas tacos in the new food court and only $1.68ish, Cheesecake Factory, Apple Store, & the new movie theater. What more could a girl need?
