Love this place an acquaintance had mentioned to me that they sold a brand of dog food that's really good. So we gave it a shot and our dogs love it. After buying x number of bags they keep a record of how many bags you've purchased and I believe the fifth one is free.

The owner skinni lady with bad attitude raise her voice when I ask for pet grooming on sunday stating that Appointment is required, she told me screaming WE DON'T TAKE CUSTOMERS WITH NO APOINTMENTSSSS. if she act like that with customers can you imagine what she do with your pet .

Super friendly,the guy is a really nice guy and always will try to help you to save money, he helped me with my filter problem,recommended me their self made filters, cheaper then corporate filters and work great and super easy to clean. Highly recommend this place.

Shame on you for taking a 6 week old puppy from its mom. Puppys are not ready to be weaned until 8 weeks. No wonder the puppy is sick even before it was stolen.

I have been coming to the family owned pet shop for years now, great customer service and prices. I bought my three dog here, the owner is so nice and helpful she doesn't try to rip you off by telling you need all these things for your dogs she recommends what you really need and doesn't see you as $$ in her pocket. All the employees there really nice, they try to help you, and they serve you the dog food my pound too if you don't want to buy the big bag..I recommend this place to anyone who cares about their animals😊

I bring my pup here to get his vaccines and food. Best service ever. They have the best shampoos, food, toys, leashes, etc for the best prices. They all have such big love for animals, would 100% recommend.

I had bought iguana here and other times wood pieces for the cage here and then i had a horrible mite problem both times, the first time i didnt think it was them but when you get rid of them all and they come back only after you go back to the same store it makes it hard to think other wise. Also they had a horrible ant problem last time i went in and no one offered help out if the 3 younger women who were standing in the back room talking so i just left. I like the lady who owns this store, when she is there the custoner service is great.

The owner needs to learn how to leave her problems from home out of her work place, ive been to this place since i was young and i really enjoyed it. the last 4 times ive been here have been nothing but terrible service, from her giving attitude to nasty remarks that are unnecessary. Hope you leave your problems at home next time, everyone has problems they have to deal with, people who go to your pet shop are genuinly happy and dont deserve to have your sour self ruining their day.

Bought a tree frog from them and they sold me a light that was too hot for the frog resulting in the frog getting a burn. I asked many times if that was the light it needed and he said yes.. they seem ignorant about the pets they sell. Also took my dog to get bathed, I only wanted a bath a small trim and my dog was almost completely shaved...

Cheap Wild Bird Food Only 3 bucks for big bag**** Small Warning °some people have reported their dogs gone missing when grooming so be careful when grooming your dog or cat *** ° and some report of bad customer service. As for the prices they are great :)

Take my two Maltese to get groomed and the owner treats them like her own while making sure they don't get hurt / run away . I highly recommend this place over petco they seem to read a guide WHILE grooming she has years of experience !
